I came to this store with the purpose of buying a GoPro Hero 7 White action camera. I knew for sure I wanted to buy it and before coming to the store, I checked online for the availability. As soon as I needed assistance, there were at least five sales advisors who were doing nothing, apart from talking to each other about personal stuff. They looked at me as if I was bothering them!! I was assisted by a guy called Muhammed who didn't even know about the special deal regarding this camera (camera + memory card for 188,79£). This is the first action camera I was going to buy and I asked Muhammed about its functionality. He did his best not to answer my questions, he didn't know anything about what he was selling. While doing the transaction, though, he did his best to convince me to pay more in order to get an "extra warranty" for my camera. Bad service! The box was not scanned properly, because the anti theft alarm was ringing in every other shop I entered afterwards. Of course I didn't steal anything!!

They might have what you want in stock, but if/when it goes wrong, they will do their best to wriggle out of their statutory obligations to get it sorted, as was confirmed to me when trying to get a replacement Fitbit at this branch.
If you haven't bought one of their aftercare insurance policies, they're not really interested.
Go armed with knowledge of their exact Consumer Rights Act responsibilities.

Was going to purchase a laptop. They didn't have it in stock, which is fair enough. They reserved it for me in another store. It wasn't until I got there and waited 20 minutes for the staff to get back to me that I found out that their system had reserved the display unit. Amateurs.

Worst customer service. Bought a 3 game cards, 2 work 1 doesnt, came to return it and thwy refused to exchange the one that didnt work and refused to give me my money back on the one that didnt. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN THERE FOR ANYTHING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY SELL YOU FAULTY THINGS AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU MONEY BACK OR EXCHANGE

These people go above and beyond. So amazing!
I wanted to buy a new laptop. I'd researched online and seen how much I could get it for with a bag and usb but wanted to see if I could get it in store to actually feel the product and if I was happy.
"I'm sorry we've sold out of that model sir! We only have the demo in stock."
I half joked and said I'd take it but was told it wasn't possible.
The manager then called over..."see if the store round the corner has any and one of you guys can go and get it for the customer"
An hour later I left with the exact model I wanted including office 365, McAfee premium, an HP bag, usb drive and they set it all up for over £130 less than RRP.
Also, it was £760 for the laptop, bag and usb online
I paid only £12 more and got all the extras.
