Cant thank these guys enough, spoke to Aaron on a Saturday out of his working hours and he spent the time on the phone with me explaining all different options for van security and advising me on what works well with my particular van. I was feeling paranoid as had the van broken into a few days earlier and stressed this to Aaron so he went out of his way to get someone over to me on the Monday at my house which made things so easy for me. Jim fitted all the locks to the rear of my van in no time at all and made an incredibly neat and tidy job of it then went over it all with me and explained how everything works. I will definitely be going back for more works very soon and have already recommended them to two of my friends who I know want the same works carried out. Easy to go with cheaper companies sometimes but to be fair I've got a quality job which is worth every penny and the old saying is true "buy cheap , buy twice" talk soon gents. Thanks again.

I have just had a new car radio fitted today. We received really good advice from a very helpful gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. The radio was fitted within an hour. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jim come out to fit deadlocks on my van, very easy booking process and very friendly, Promptly arrived on time at 8am as arranged and completed the job within the estimated time frame. I did question as on the side door where you put the key in , it was angled as i thought it would be straight, but Jim very politely explained to me because the panel inside the van is not 90 degrees and is angled the lock has to sit flat on it and as the lock is 90 degrees it angles the lock, he also showed me other pictures to explain and was very friendly, once explained i was very happy with the job, and cleaned up after himself

Booked my van in for an armaplate to be fitted to the side door on my Toyota following an attempted break in. Car sounds took a £40 deposit off me over the phone before they would book the van in. Turned up on the day as arranged, 2 hours later I returned, no armaplate fitted. The fitter said one of the bolts sheared off trying to get the door handle off so he refitted the Interior door panel and handle. Said I need a new handle before he could fit the plate. Got a new handle and had it fitted together with an armaplate by someone local as I was unable to get back to Epsom. Called and explained the situation and requested a refund of my £40 as they hadn't carried out the work I requested. I was told I had no chance of a refund as they had attempted to carry out the work all be it unsuccessfully. Person I spoke to on the phone was rude, arrogant and said to me"I certainly won't be refunding you you're money because we done the work. Shameful attitude. Would never use this company again and would strongly advise others likewise.
Shame on you car sounds.

This is an excellent and professional set up. I have a classic car, an Alfa Romeo Spider and managed to obtain an “ in period” radio cassette Pioneer unit. Steve removed the old radio and installed my Pioneer unit perfectly. I thought the price was very fair and had no concerns about leaving my beloved Alfa with him. I would thoroughly record this company to members of my owners’ club and anyone else that needed an installation.

A very good company, very fair priced and very clear on prices explaining vehicle may need an additional harness, gave me the price, and said worst ways this will be the cost, and will call me to confirm while there doing the work, which they did so i cant fault the service as no unexpected costs. Parking is a slight issue but they told me just to pull up and bring the keys in and they will sort out parking for me. A******

If you don't 'talk car' you will get ripped off. Go elsewhere. I was charged 2hr labour for what couldn't have been more than 20 mins work. I was also not contacted when the job was done. I had to call up myself. Very inconvenient

Saw that this was a relatively local store to me, so thought I'd stop by to ask a few questions from a beginners standpoint.
Went in to ask a question about a head unit, as I was buying for my first car. When I suggested something that the employee had no knowledge of, I was told it didn't exist. This was a mechless head unit, which does exist, very much so. I was told that "every car head unit had a CD player, they don't make them without them".
After driving for 45 minutes, and paying £4 parking in Epsom Center, I was essentially shoved out the door with a few brochures and told to "use the phone next time".
Ironically, one of the brochures had a mechless unit in it, made by Pioneer.
If you need questions answered, or need "local" advice, avoid like the plague.

I can echo being told things don't exist if it's beyond their knowledge. I asked for a quote for a remote start and they wanted to leave my spare (chipped) key in the glovebox permanently. - They'd never heard of 'defeating' the factory immobiliser and superseding it with a Thatcham approved one but they'll still charge you for one and let you tell your insurance they've fitted it.
I asked about a head unit recommendation with which I wouldn't lose the factory speed volume control feature... "Dosen't exist mate".
Turns out Pioneer AVIC units have it named ASL; to name one.
I do speak car: Avoid.

Had some deadlocks and hykee lock fitted to my custom about 3 months ago by Jim and did a very nice job. Fortunately some one tried to break in to it lastnite put im please to say even though they caused a lot of damage they didnt get in. A big thumbs up to Jim as im meant i could still go to work today with all my tools. Thanks Car Sounds money well spent

I didn’t really have a good experience with this company as not only did they screw through a wire for central locking but tried to tell me there was damp in the system then took the speakers out few months later to sell the vehicle and realised they put a screwdriver through my £ 400 speaker ( unprofessional and shameful)
