Excellent service from start to finish. Chris and the guys were great. Initial visit where we laid out everything that I wanted to achieve and how to do it. Chris made all the recommendations, and even drawings. The install was then completed on time as planned, and the guys even fitted an extra bit of trim for me that I asked if they could stick in as a freebie. Highly recommend them.

I recently used Car Sound Security to install a Sony Apple Play screen, on the phone Chris told me the best and cheapest place to purchase the screen, on the day of the installation I found the staff very friendly and courteous, there was a slight problem with the fitting due to the model of my vehicle but between Chris and a fitter they worked out a solution and I was on my way within half an hour, I can't recommend them enough.

I'm very happy with my recent purchases from Car Sound Security. Would definitely recommend these guys. I was booked in for Friday however the store had a cancellation and managed to complete the works a day earlier than scheduled. The fitters work was very professionally done (as good as factory fit), and the technical team were very knowledgeable. The prices were competitively priced, however the special offers are worth looking at. 5/5 Stars all day long!

The team are Professional, communicate very well and the mobile installer was very friendly and informative. The service was good and well carried out, followed up with a courtesy call to ensure I was happy with the service and I got what I wanted.
Only thing I would say is that the mobile billing / invoicing and receipt system needs to be a little more refined. Otherwise, can't say a bad word about Car Sound Security!

Purchased from and had a Dash Cam installed at Car Sound Security and really glad I chose these guys. They were really helpful when advising me what would be good for my car with no pressure sales. The installation was 1st class with all wires neatly hidden away and they spent as much time as I needed to help me set up the app on my phone and explain everything about the camera system. All the staff are really friendly great guys and I can highly recommend Car Sound Security.

Brilliant service, took two of my vehicles here for security upgrades. The guys secured both within a couple of hours.
Overall they were very competitively priced, punctual and efficient.
The demo was brilliant in both cars and they spent a decent amout of time taking me through the controls and functions.
I was exceptionally pleased that they managed to get one of my vehicles upgraded as its a newer model and this was one of the first of its kind programmed.

I contacted car sound and had a positive help choosing the right stereo unit for my car. I had contacted them even on a sunday and had a response. I had my unit fitted today 7.11.20 and the fitting was excellent no scratches and everything from the old unit neatly packed away in a box for me as I requested. Upon arrival I was taken to my car and had a demonstration of how my unit worked. I then contacted the shop later to ask a couple if questions and these questions was answered no fuss. I would highly recommend and friends or family use this shop the staff was helpful and polite and accommodating first class service .

Very easy to use website and some great offers which I think makes them stand out from the rest.
Was really easy to have a mobile installation of Ghost immobiliser carried out - the wait time was a little longer than I’d have liked but I understand.
Got a call in the morning with an ETA and a friendly technician to install. Talked me through everything and had it done within half an hour.
The only reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars is down to the company using third party installers and technicians which is fine - however my one came from a heavily populated city and didn’t wear gloves or a mask whilst in my car and when showing me the demo, got in the car with me and asked for the door to be shut again no mask etc.
The only reason I didn’t say anything or wear a mask myself is because I have already had COVID but this really shouldn’t have happened. This is such a dangerous act the fact he would be going to multiple people all over.
Despite this, I would still use again and recommend to others

I contacted this small business and by the next day they had fitted a tracker in my car. From my initial enquiry to meeting and dealing with Chris I was impressed with his professionalism; product knowledge and support. Chris exemplified true customer care over and above what would normally be expected. As a lone female it can be intimidating going into car specific businesses because of the gender bias often experienced. Chris evidenced the ease with which person care can be achieved.
