good guys !! I installed a subwoofer on them a year ago but also an immobilizer on the new car. very good and lower prices than others, I drove 1h: 30m to them even though I had a shop within a few miles of my home. ;) I highly recommend ????????

We take all of our company and personal vehicles to CSS. They are very knowledgeable in the work they do. We've had trackers and dash cams installed on our fleet. There was a problem with 1 vehicle as can happen sometimes, but they got us back into the shop the very next day and had the dash cam working as it should have. Plus its local to our office so another added bonus :)

Car Sound Security are very professional. I have install Dash cam Back camera on my vauxhall zafira. I am so impress with installation. It was expensive but worth it. they done cable work beyond my expectation. I have install 2 months back and still no issue and also they give 12 month warrant on labour... I will 100% recommended them..

Got a Ghost immobiliser installed yesterday from car sound security. I called on Monday and they managed to fit me in on a Wednesday. After the install..Imran took his time to explain the whole system and procedure on how to start the car. Even enquired about getting additional work done but was advised not to at the moment due to quality and technical issue with the type of system I wanted to install. Most companies would happily take your money and send you on your way. Will definitely return for more work in the future.

Called up for some advice on something which i was stuck with, they made out like it was a difficult task an had to book the car in with an engineer to get programmed (BS). Rang up someone else who guided me over the phone an had my problem solved within 2 mins, which these guys stated would take upto an hour to do.

Excellent service! I called up to enquire about the right security for my car last week, and I felt the warmth immediately. They managed to get me in the same day. Everything was patiently explained to me. All questions answered. I left very satisfied knowing I can always phone to ask for help if needed. Wow great service. I am loving the products.
I went for both the immobiliser and tracker package. Got both fitted on a Saturday.
Before purchasing the guys provided me with lots of information.
After the fitting, when I went to pick the car up, again they went through a handover at my pace. They did not rush and really wanted to ensure I was comfortable before I left them.
There are many others out there that will sell and fit these items, but I did not want to use anyone who advertises via a p.o. box address or a mobile number only. I wanted to go with someone that I could reach out to if I needed help. These guys offered me that. Three days after my purchase I had a few questions, and the guys were fantastic in the level of support they provided.
Before you buy from anyone else, please consider how they might provide aftercare. These guys have nailed quality customer experience.

I had heard of these guys in car meets and online forums with happy customers telling me about them hence why I tired them out for my pride and joy! The service is amazing, I had ordered a ghost security system for my BMW via the website. It was so simple to order and the only place in the car industry that I have ever seen with such a simple yet great process. Once I had booked the car in from the online website I then had a courtesy call to confirm my booking and I then visited the store on the A12 for fitting.
Thank you to the chap Imran who dealt with me, he was ever so courteous and understanding to what I require. They are not the typical mechanics who you would hear horror stories about, they are professional and very trustworthy. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will without a doubt be back with my next car.
