Chris looked after me from the very start, called him and he gave me great advice on what product would be best for me. Went to the shop to have the work carried out, i was actually an hour late which Chris was fine with and was really understanding.
Done a fantastic job of the products installed in my car really quickly and professionally! Would definitely use him again and have also used him in the past before this. Also took the time i needed to understand how to use the products installed correctly!!
Would highly recommend for any car ICE or security!!

Had a problem with the amps in my car, my knowledge on car audio is extremely limited so I rang these gents for advice, I explained the problem and to be honest they could have said I needed this or needed that and I would have been non the wiser, but instead of telling me that the guy I spoke to advised me to carry out a simple test that cost me nothing and it cured the problem, so to sum up, if you want honesty, good advice and superb customer service then go to these guys, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Took my old e38 7 series there to get Audison speakers + BT Radio upgrade and I got reasonable prices, wonderful service & most-importantly, an amazing sound upgrade! Make sure to book ahead though, these guys are always busy & I had to wait a whole week for my appointment, but they got it all installed & working within the same-day! They also have off-street parking.

I've driven past this place for years and finally had a reason to go in- I wasn't disappointed! My mum needed a new car alarm for her 27 year old Merc and having never had to get an alarm before we were pretty clueless. The guys in there are really friendly and looked after me and my mum. I am delighted with the end result and the price was as stated when I first inquired, no hidden costs. Dropped the car off in the morning and by 2 pm it was ready, no hitches. These guys really know their stuff. Fantastic job! I would definitely use again and I've already recommended to another friend. :-)

Imran and his team are something else, I have never experienced service like this before. I came into get a tracker fitted and a ghost alarm and the job got done quite rapidly. Imran talked me through the whole process showing me how the ghost alarm works and now my car is fully secure. The price was better than any other garage as well for the combo and the job was done impeccably. I drove all the way from Surrey to Ilford and I was not disappointed. Thanks boys I will definitely be back for all my future vehicles now. Thanks chris for doing such a fine job of installation.
