3 days ago I ordered rear sensors with colour coding for my car from Road Radio in Redhill, Surrey. The technician Ron came to the house and the whole process was professional, quick and all for a reasonable price. The paint matched well, and the sensors work perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron and Road Radio, Redhill.

I bought rear sensors with colour coding and display for my partner's car. The whole process was professional, quick and went beyond our expectations. The paint matched perfectly, the display is discreetly positioned, but with clear view from the rear view mirror and the sensors work perfectly. I would not hesistate to recommend this company.

Installed a new system in my Vauxhall Corsa a few weeks back. Very well priced, way cheaper than Howdens quoted me and a far superior service. Very highly recommended. My car sounds phenomenal now!

Spoke to Andy from Crawley and was given details for front and rear sensors for my Ford Kuga, eventually had fitted at Red Hill as nearer. Asked several questions which were answered from clearly expert fitters of their products. So far all works a dream - 5years Warranty however am sure product should last more and by then possibly would need upgrade. Thanks again for great service at affordable price.

Went in to have my smart car sorted which had terrible radio sound quality and awful hands-free system, They advised a new system gave me a fit day within three days which was great! I must say the new system is fantastic but just found their customer service really poor, I turned up To collect our vehicle to get explained that they could not fit the new speakers as they could not get the doors open to access the speakers, and would have to take the bumper off the car, They said this would be an additional half a day at a cost of £300, I must say I don’t know Many people that would charge £300 for half a days work, even in some of the top trades £300 for a days work It’s hard to achieve. So I find that very hard to believe more the fact they did not want to do it! I was told to get there at 5 pm so the engineer could go through the new system when we got there ! When we had paid , I asked would you mind showing my wife how to use it .... he said I can do ! The face pretty much told me he didn’t want to! At a cost of £500 for a parrot hands-free system and a subwoofer fitted I thought the price was extremely expensive , I would at least hope to have a demo on how to use the new system, I must say I found the customer service really poor , no call in the day to say they could not fit the new speakers, it was a present and a bit disappointing when we arrived to find this! The new system seems good and is very much improved on what we had before. ????

AWFUL customer service, staff members not all on the same page with quote prices, pressured to buy more expensive models then needed, bad attitude from staff members over the phone! Was told to “just pop in and my car would be dealt with” after driving down there I was turned away saying I should come back next week as there are only dealing with pre booked appointments” I would highly suggest going else where!!

Had them fit my own stereo system into my car, extremely nice people. Prices really cheap & extremely fast. They can do everything to do with electronics. Give them a bell.

Only tinted the rear of my car after agreeing to do the whole car and charged £50 more than any of the previous places I have been to and then fobbed me off bad customer service I would advise shopping around shady tints and str tinting in Croydon offer better service at a much better price by far the worst value for money out of the 10 different times I have had this service big thumbs down

Sadly there will be no redress for the appalling service received today, but at least writing this review may advise others. Two android phones I have do not pair with the fitted car stereo. The stereo I purchased doesn't have the "Made for Iphone" slogan and android compatibility is advertised on the £100 plus model fitted. I reported pairing issues shortly after returning to have extra parts fitted that they'd forgotten to order correctly on the first attempt (their fault, and yet very reasonably dealt with by me at the time - I happily state it would be no problem to return on another day). I was told that by both men that "they don't know much about Androids - they both have Iphones". And yet they fit car stereos advertising compatibility. I would suggest buying an "Understand your Android Smartphone" magazine from WHSmith for a fiver. Having tried to connect with two different Smartphones I reported the failure of pairing. Bear in mind that both phones connect seamlessly to various wireless speakers (and to my bluetooth audio earphones on a daily basis.) Nope, it's the phones. "What phone do you have?" was the next question. I answered, the eyes rolled and the smirk appeared. We both knew. Thank you, Road Radio, for making me suddenly realise that it is me who is yet another victim of the global Smart phone mis-selling scandal to hit modern times. I am a foolish victim of dodgy bluetooth Android phones - who should in retrospect have bought into the Iphone Eco-system in 2007 and never looked back. What breathtaking arrogance. I told him he was arrogant - he seemed to like this and another smile appeared. Things finally descended into a farcical defence of my smartphone make: "They're compatible with MOST android phones" came the next rebuttal. What do you have there - a Samsung?" No I do not have a Samsung, but I do have a flagship Smartphone which has never before suffered with connectivity issues and is likely never to do so again. "It's not some strange, imported chinese phone" I argued (yes - argued). "Yes it is" came the reply. I understand in life that some things don't like working with other things. That's life. That's what an independent seller is meant to be aware of and advise about (I could have gone to Halfords - they were selling the same phone, at a similar if not cheaper price all in). This is exactly why I went to Road Radio. But you don't defend your own products and blatantly and openly criticise the products of the other party, especially if your have already conceded your knowledge of these products is so limited. And you certainly don't do it with smugness, arrogance and with a look and tone of such pity that one of your unfortunate customers made a silly mistake and should have bought the right phone in the first place. Road Radio - an independent dealer who sadly play only by their own rules. Avoid.

Good people and give honest advice regardless of how much money you would to spend on audio. Good parking and fittings place. I bought Alpine SPG 17CS and 12" edge active subwoofer from there, after a lot of searching I can say they are the cheapest from other big or small car audio retailers.

On the 5th of December 2015 i went into the Redhill Branch and spoke to Stephen about upgrading my sound system in my car. He over advised me. Which in thinking about his advice was good. So instead of just a touchscreen head set i complete the whole system. Using Car Radios webpage i did my own research on the back of the advise that Stephen had given me. So i upgraded the speakers in the doors from what was advised. The rest i left as is. So i had a new headset put in, a pair of quality speakers in the front doors. Also rounded it off with a subwoofer with amp included in the subwoofer. i feel confident to used Car Radio again. i had used them in the past and was happy with their service. This time cements my confidence in what they are doing. i trust their professionalism and knowledge. When i will be needing further work done on my next vehicle i buy i will use Car Radion Redhill Branch again. Also if asked ' WHO ' to recommend. i can and will recommend Car Radio as they know what to do and it gets done properly. Thank you. rory.

These guys used to be big in the South East with many sites. Now just one site and its a shame that the service was so bad. Countless delays, chasing up, waste of time.
