Mark fitted a touch screen head unit focal front and rear speakers and 2 amps in the boot, one for the sub that i supplied and the other to power the front and rear speakers. They installed sound proof material in the doors and boot which has eliminated all rattles and spent a lot of time setting up the system. The cost, installation, and communication was great and i would recommend them to everyone that needs a stereo installed in there car.

George fitted a new Sony head unit into my Laguna, including telephony and steering controller. Looks amazing and works a treat. Road Radio also fitted reversing sensors (colour coded) on the same car a few months ago. These guys are great.

Ordered some Focal 6.5" speakers and some honda speaker adapters. They arrived next day, the adapters were damaged, but I contacted them and they replaced them free of charge/returns, replacements arrived the next day. Excellent service. Andy Crawford dealt with it all and was brilliant.

Extra star for their professionalism and customer service - very good.
However, I have now had two jobs done by RR and both have had issues.
Radio: not fitted in properly, the fascia was tacked on with black tack and was very loose and flimsy. Stereo also wasn't level...
Towbar: cables not tidied away properly, resulting in one hanging onto exhaust and burning through. Also, noted a nut was loose on the back of the electric socket.
Very professional and a good price, but you get what you pay for.

I originally went to Halfords to get a new car stereo and I was sold the wrong things to install it.
I was recommended to come here and they really know their stuff!
Got me the right things I needed and instead of me learning how to install it myself they could squeeze me in to fit the stereo in my car.
The parts may be more than in halfords, but here you know you're getting the right parts and top notch service to go with it.
Three words to describe this place.. Honest, helpful, and professional.

Big thank you to Mark and the Road Radio team. They just fitted a new install for the in car entertainment for my BMW F36. The standard stereo you get from BMW in their new couple is awful. Mark and team replaced the door speakers and tweeters, the under seat subs and put a sub in the boot. It sounds terrific, I'm 41 years old and an old school 90's boy racer and from the max power days and still like my music LOUD. Great install, excellent customer service and all round good eggs. If you want anything done to your car that these guys do GO FOR IT.

Called for a quote now. The person responded is pretty vague, confidently claimed that all their radios are android based (wrong, according to their website), when I laid down my required spec, didn't understand resistive vs capacitive screen, was in complete loss when asked about system memory, etc and eventually said they won't give quote over the phone. The front line comms experience for me is bad enough.
Called their Redhill branch afterwards and the nice chap explained it all, very knowledged and I got a good quote.

Very good service, TV and parking sensors fitted. However after spending over £600 I didn't get any batteries supplied for the headphones and remote supplied. The guy demonstrated that it worked and then removed the Batteries! I was particularly disappointed as I couldn't show the TV I had fitted to my Grandchildren that afternoon as I had to go to buy batteries in the morning to make it work. Come on Road Radio, I can't believe you can't find a couple of pounds for batteries when I have spent over £600!!

Window tinting = Bad experience.
I asked for Limo tint on the rear windows on my X5 and they done a different shade, its not limo i can see through it. They did try to persuade to go for a shade lighter or so but that was probably because they didn't even have limo tint. I can also see very little bubbles of dirt and bad off cuts where the tinter cut a bit too much. Im very fussy about my cars and i don't think my next car will be getting done here unless its a very cheap price or i come with a £500 car. My window tint was done months ago but I've just never got round to writing my review.
