What an amazing team @BCSS Coulsdon. I can not recommend them enough, with there knowledge of what will be best system to fit and sound quality.
I asked if they could help updating my sons 1st car, they really went above and beyond supplying and fitting a new head unit with carplay, dash cams and subs. They really made mine and my sons year.

These guys are brilliant at there job. I witnessed the alarm system 1st hand GHOST. Fitted on a RS5 AUDI the thieves tried programing a third key in the cars systems but because of how awesome this kit is they couldnt steal the motor. The car was then reprogrammed with the 2 keys and started fine no problems with GHOST and tracker unharmed and still working. Recommended these guys Alarms, soundsystems you name it. They can do it.

These guys did a great job upgrading the sound system on my 4 Series BMW. They're punctual, polite and professional. After a few days a problem developed (not their fault as it was related to the hardware), they booked me in immediately and Dean replaced the unit with a new one. I Don’t normally do reviews, but really felt these
guys deserve a mention.
Over the years I’ve had cars/vans which I have
experimented with various audio upgrades,(amps,speakers,head units etc), all of which have
been installed by various fitters round the country,
but I never felt truly happy with the outcome.
I always put this down to poor choice/recommendation of product, bad instillation.
Recently I took my VW t6 transporter to BCCS for speaker, amp, etc upgrade, the end result far exceeds
all my previous experiences elsewhere.
Brian & the boys did a fantastic job, very friendly & very helpful.
I only wish I took my first car there all those years ago !

From the personality to the knowledge you could not get any better. They offer you a warm welcome good advice depending on what your looking for. No matter the day there always smiling having a good time watching people experience true quality bass. From a 1st time sound system buyer to a bass addict they couldn't make the process any better. I find it hard to leave the shop as i am engrossed in everything they offer. any doubts or quires go to these guys.

I’ve had nothing but great advice and service from Brian. Had a few security systems installed including Ghost Immobiliser - which saved my car from being stolen. It’s been a year since the installation, but the system did its job when it was needed. The thieves were able to pick the car lock, lock my key out and reprogram their own key into the system, but still could do nothing to start the car. The security system combination Brian installed cut off the link to start the car. The engineer I called to fix the system had to get authorisation from the manufacture to restart the car. Knowing that the car has been targeted, I’ve gone ahead and installed further visible deterrents. Couldn’t thank Brian enough for his help with the initial installation as well as getting the car back up and running again after the incident. Highly recommend their service.

Great friendly guys, really knowledgeable, sorted my Apple carplay unit out in an hour and checked/corrected the wiring, no trouble at all. Honest pricing, couldn't recommend more highly, should be back for the front/reverse camera later in year guys!

My car alarm & locking was playing up. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful, and fitted a new system within a day for a reasonable price, and fixed the passenger door central locking too. They seemed to really know their stuff, too, which was reassuring. Really pleased to have the car locking working reliably now!

Had an alarm fitted two years ago to my Focus RS. Brian and the guys at the shop were very friendly, fun to talk to and were very knowledgeable! I went back in today and their customer service is still top notch! Any questions you may have you can pop them a message on facebook which is really handy.

Great lads. Fitted my sub into my BMW for me and wired it all up. Expert knowledge. Even pointed out that the amplifier wiring kit I had was not true to the gauge rating it stated so we uprgraded cable. Job done properly. Good price. Hard to find someone you can trust your car with but you can with these guys. Service road entering behind the shop is a bit tight so careful on your way in and out.

If anyone needs a definition of customer service it is the guys at BCSS. From the moment my son and I entered the shop, nothing was too much trouble. They took time to listen to what we wanted to achieve in our cars. My son's was a relatively simple upgrade of standard speakers with some bass reinforcement, where as mine involved multiple amps and sound processing and a fantastic custom built sub cabinet (thanks Brian Snr) Their suggestions were excellent and not just made to generate maximum profit, they were happy to incorporate my existing amps.

I have purchased a car from them on 14/11/2016. I would like to add to my review they are very honest and told me everything about the car, what needed replacing etc. Was fully informed about what modifications were on the car. They did a lot of work on the car including MOT before selling it to me. The car has been running very well mechanically so far with only a few minor issues but does not affect convenience (was informed before purchase)

I had a number of jobs done by these guys in the past year. Very swift and quality service every time.
I've sent a few of my friends here to get work done as well with no issues.
Out of all the places I've visited only BCSS provided proper customer service, was welcoming, polite and even showed a genuine interest like a true audio enthusiast.
I would certainly recommend everyone who is interested in aftermarket audio to come specifically here.

I was referred to Brian after another JL Audio authorised dealer did a terrible install job for me. Brian managed to fit me in at short notice, inspected and corrected a few things which weren't done properly, simplified the installation, and tuned the amp exactly how I wanted it first time around. They also tidied up all the wiring so it's neater and more accessible.
It's been 4 weeks, and everything is running perfectly!
I would highly recommend BCSS. Very professional guys, who did a quality rescue job for me. I wish I had taken it to them in the first place.

I'm a keen DIY'er mechanic and fairly knowledgeable when it comes to car electrics. Whenever I come unstuck its a phone call to C.S.S Car Sounds Ltd in Coulsdon town. No fuss free friendly advice every time from these lads and they often don’t charge. I was planning a trip away for a few days and my Stereo died. Imagine the frustration. I spent two days trying to sort it but these lads found the fault and fixed it within 10 minutes and only charged me £10. Top banana!!!

Simply the best ICE shop around, don't waste your time with others if you can get to them.
I had some JL speakers, amp and a under seat sub fitted last month to get the best out of my new double din stereo with nav, fast friendly service & a great price with labour.
Unfortunately, the amp stopped working yesterday so shot down there early this morning, they fitted me in straight away, found the fault (issue with amp) and replaced it, you can't get better service. I won't go anywhere else!
Highly recommended.
