I cannot thank Brian and Ben enough for fitting a Kenwood head Unit into my son’s Vauxhall Corsa. Very good service, very patient with me changing my mind 3 times (lol) and then an excellent job fitting the unit on the day I asked for even with a big job fitted in on the same day. Thanks guys, will be back in the future ????????

I bought and had fitted an Alpine Car Radio/CD Player last year. When I was unable to reset the clock, I went in to ask them to do it, the owner was extremely unhelpful and said I'd need to put the original radio back in to set the time, then take it out and put the new radio back, I wished they'd told me that before I disposed of the old radio!
Since then I've had a couple of minor problems and on one occasion the assistant reset the radio for me to connect a new iphone (This took him approx. 5 minutes). When I had the same problem again I phoned and got the owner, he was very unhelpful and asked me to make an appointment to get someone to have a look, when I explained that the last time I'd had this same issue it had taken his staff member 5 minutes to put right, he'd been very short with me.
I've since gone to another Car Stereo shop and they've fitted an adapter so I can still use the steering wheel controls and change the clock (without having the old radio put back in) they've also fitted a better aerial so the DAB signal doesn't keep dropping out and I now have a proper FM/AM signal.
I will never go back to Brian Car Sounds. Very grumpy owner, very poor service.

Went to these guys after Halfords failed to fit my new car radio properly after two hours of trying. Brian's sorted out the problem in under 20 minutes and also tidied up the previous shoddy work. Highly recommend.

i approached bcss because i was looking for better speakers for my E46 convertible, i remember Brian Snr from when i was into big bass in my car many moons ago and know his knowledge and expertise is 1st class, i decided to see what he would recommend and found Brian Jnr follows in his fathers footsteps, what they supplied me with sounds amazing.
im glad i stumbled on bcss when i was researching what i should get..
i recommend this shop to everyone, could have quite easily tried to get me to buy better speakers at a bigger price but what they supplied me with is more than adequate.. very trustworthy and im very happy.

Great price great service Brian senior (good chat) and junior (sold me with knowledge and being a nice bloke) and the other staff (put extra effort in) were top notch, great knowledge with Carplay systems, the only company I contacted out of 10 that didn't quote rip off labour prices or require un-necessary parts, explained everything in detail, demonstrated the unit they installed and did a neat job.
