I’ve just had an audio upgrade at SMK and was so impressed by the service. Excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Was very impressed with the fact they sanitised my car with a special fogging machine prior to collection giving me great confidence in these challenging times.

Shopped with SMK for almost 15 years. Never doubted the relationship until recently tried to overcharge me with supply only stock. Will take any recommendations back and only give negatives. My advice is if you give them a chance check online and also dont believe that they are the only stockists for JLaudio in the UK they are very good talkers to people that would be vulnerable i.e. no knowledge of in car entertainment systems and pricing. Complete waste of time and efforts guys.

Very friendly and well experienced guys knows their stuff. If you want feel haven in the car with your eyes closed than that is the place to visit. If you looking for high end car audio you won't find better than SMK Audio.

I had the door speaker upgraded to focal coaxial speaker in my bmw 118i and the differance was amazing. This upgrade is well worth the money and they did not even charge for fitting.

The moment you walk in you receive 5 star service, end result was better than I expected. I had front speakers and sub installed, everything well hidden, you may think car is stock until late you press play... It's just amazing experience! Will definitely recommend! Also considering tinting my windows because they do all sort of mods for the car.

SMK are the absolute best car entertainment and security specialists I have been to.
They are professional, courteous, ensure they ascertain your needs and provide a solution to meet those needs and they are very very knowledgeable.
They have been in the business for over 20 years and it shows. The job was amazing and the sound was great. They did not upsell to recommend new speakers even though I told them the speaker sounds ripped. The response was lets put in the unit and see, they were right the speakers were fine saving me money.
They also deal with security for cars especially new cars which is highly recommended given its so easy to break into keeless cars using scanners to obtain signals to open and start the cars. They have a full proof solution it is well worth visiting them.
Don't go anywhere else you will regret it.

I recently purchased a Merc ML350 which had a factory fit system. I decided to upgrade the audio system but wanted no visibility of any changes. I was recommended SMK and visited the showroom. My initial impression was excellent - a professional atmosphere with a range of products. I approached the advisor who was extremely helpful. He asked me what type of music I listened to and a range of other questions. He intelligently built a profile on me and presented an option which matched my requirements perfectly. There was no 'Sales push' and my decision to purchase was a direct result of the technical ability of the advisor.
The guys had my car for a day, kept me updated with progress and didn't once try to upsell any further products / services. In fact I thought I needed additional speakers, but was told there was no need and I would be wasting money.
On collection of my car the advisor played a range of tracks, hitting all frequencies. The sound quality was excellent.
Overall - an excellent experience. A really friendly atmosphere, professionalism and those working formed a team who were passionate about the quality of their work.
I would recommend SMK Audio for anyone who is looking for a quality audio installation. My car was returned to me looking cleaner than when I left it :-)
