Purchased some speakers from Car Audio Centre because I was impressed by their Price Match Promise, which claims they check their competitors' websites daily to make sure they are always competitive.
You can imagine my surprise when I found out one of their named competitors on the price check sells the items I purchased for a whopping 25% less!
I've since attempted to contact them about their price match over multiple mediums and have just been ignored.

Just had a stereo upgrade on my Mercedes at Car Audio Centre in Tooting and they did a really great job. The cost for the head unit, amp and wiring was very competitive and the Install cost was very reasonable. I was able to keep the existing Bose speakers which saved me some money. The finished product looks and sounds great. Thanks to Billy and the team.

Very happy with my experience at this shop. My stereo in my vauxhall combo wasnt working so i brought a new one from elsewhere and still nothing so i knew i needed to get it looked at, called this shop to check they do repairs and explained that i really needed it fixed as i was driving to birmingham the next day and really didnt fancy it with no radio. They said to bring it down and they would get it sorted by the end if the day. Took it to the shop where they done multiple tests as the radio wasnt getting enough power, they were checking everything and turns out the live cable somewhere between the radio and power had fraid, they done what they had to do and got me fixed and on my way, i was so happy with my experience here...i am planning to go back again soon to have more speakers fitted inside the back of my van.

Purchased from these guys for my CR-V and had the item fitted. Very helpful and knowledgeable. There was an issue on the day of fitting as wrong item was delivered but the after sales was excellent, replacement parts fitted later, no chasing, they contacted at every stage. I would recommend them to anyone

Car Audio Centre in Garratt Ln replaced the factory stereo in my 2011 Audi with a new touch screen model by Pioneer. I was worried about how the work would look once complete. There was no need for concern, Car Audio Centre did an excellent job, the new stereo looks great in the car and sounds fantastic.

Great service. Halfords had said they couldn't work with the Jeep because of the factory fitted amp. These guys straight away were able to let me know what parts would be required to fit a replacement head unit and connect it all up. They were very helpful in showing what could be achieved for the budget and when there was a slight snag due to the factory amp being knackered, they provided a cost-effective workaround. Five stars!

A while ago I bought some front speaker upgrades for my Vectra, and was very pleased. More recently I bought a subwoofer from the B-stock, which noted "This item has been refurbished and has signs of use, it may also have damaged packaging or no packaging." What it failed to mention was that it would be missing the entire connection kit that was advertised. When I called customer support they were very blasé and said that it was just copy and pasted from their website and if I was unhappy I'd have to send it back. The price of the wiring kit isn't an issue, but I paid for next day delivery so I could install it that day, and now I have to wait another day to fit it, when if they had said it didn't come with the kit, I could have ordered one to arrive at the same time. Unfortunately, this lack of customer service means I will no longer be using them, or suggesting anyone friends use them.

Just got my tracker installed on my van from the Car Audio centre on Garratt Lane and had the most appalling service on many fronts. Firstly nobody notified me to empty the cab area of the van when I booked the appointment. On the day of the installation the ill mannered technician, after he had finished working on the fuse box apparently, had taken out everything from under the cab seat storage and other areas of the cab and just left it out on the seats & the floor area of the cab. When asked why everything was left out, instead of a polite response, I got two different excuses firstly by the sales assistant who had a completely flippant attitude and then the technician, who seemed too lazy to do a professional job and did not even bother to even put the manual back in its place.
I have acknowledged your reply on the 9th of January 2020 and I’m not sure what rude remarks you are referring to and who offered to help? Your technician said he will oversee me place everything back into its place and insisted I do it in front of him but disappeared after a few seconds. Also, the way your sales assistant dealt with the situation was very different to the tone you have used in the reply to my google review. If I had been dealt with in a polite and professional manner I have no desire to leave you a bad review. You really do need to step up your customer service.

I asked these guys to replace my factory stereo in my Impreza WRX STi. I had a new head unit, upgraded and replaced all door speakers and had a sub fitted in the boot. The whole install took 5hrs and was professionally done. I have been using it for a few weeks and have no issues. It all works perfectly. I will be returning here at some point when I want a dashcam fitted.

Got an Auto Vox 2 rear dash cam and rear view mirror installed in my BMW 3series. The work done was of a very high standards and Billy is very. Knowledgeable. He understands his job and the time required to get it done. He was Spot on with the work, very clean and finished the job on time. The camera has 3 set of wires plugged in but still it never looked messy. Thanks for the installation. I Highly recommend him.

Excellent professional service! We got an audio system fitted into the car, as well change the whole alarm system (since ours was completely kaput!). Staff are amazing, explained all the functions/settings to the system, which made it so much easier to use. I was even told to call up if I have any queries or concerns. Everything was done very efficiently and for a great price too! Very happy with the outcome!

Excellent service, and really friendly guys. Whilst I was there they fitted a replacement amp for another customer, but wouldn't accept payment from him. As a thank-you, he ordered a ton of pizza. So when they had finished fitting my system they invited me to stay for lunch!

I contacted Car audio centre about putting in a car stereo into my car. Both Yasin and his colleague were very knowledgeable and made the process seamless. Had a stereo and rev camera fitted for £155. Had an after sales problem, revisited to deal with issue. They broke my stereo and then quibbled for over an hour about the refund amount. Never got a full refund, was disappointed with the standard of service.

Great service. Jimmy, a nice friendly fella, fitted a Pioneer Avicf88DAB into my Vivaro van. The finished job is top notch and like what it can do.
A good thing with the Car Audio Centre is they normaly have everything in stock so you're not having to pre order, well not in my case anyway.
Would definitely recommend and will be back for speakers next ????

Excellent service,
Walked off the street after checking the website and instantly got the impression the people know what they are doing. After finding the unit I wanted, a couple of quick checks confirmed what I wanted was feasible. 90 minutes later the unit was fitted with DAB aerial and microphone for the phone. All wires were hidden away and you wouldn't know they took panels off to fit the radio. They also talked me through how to work it all before I left.

I was a bit nervous of leaving my 2013 Range Rover Sport here as I had just bought it and its the most expensive thing I own. The stock sound system was, well let's face it, shite! So I did a load of research because no one likes a top heavy stereo and came here. Billy and Mohammad got to work. I had a fairly modest budget to be honest but they suggested starting slow and saving most of the funds! They fitted a JL Audio stealth sub and matching amp behind existing panelling in the boot. It did not compromise on space and you wouldn't even know it was there but the general sound is absolutely insane. This car system is now beyond sweet. These guys are the bomb. Thanks a million guys. I'd recommend this to anyone.
