Greg and his team have fitted stunning sounding audio systems to my cars over the years (Morel Elate Ltd, Sinfoni, Pioneer kit) and their knowledge and expertise is second to none. A lot of music professionals like myself demand the best sound and this is the only place I trust to deliver. They also do full restorations and as you can see from the pics they are trusted with some of the most prized vehicles in the world. Took my 80s MR2 there to get the sound system changed out. Nish and the team did an incredible job with the car, and it sounds amazing! Also tidied up a few areas and stopped some rattling too. They really went the extra mile. Fantastic service and a really fair price too for all the work they did.

I had tried to upgrade my car stereo in a BMW 1 series and ran into problems getting the new unit powering up. Clearly out of my depth, I left Auto Audio a message and got a call back first thing the next morning from Nish who was brilliant from start to finish. There was no judgement at all and he was able to sort my problem in 30mins at a very competitive cost, taking me through all the features to make sure I was happy.
I would recommend to anyone and would come back here next time I have a need for work on my car.

I did, and had a lovely warm experience.
I rang up and met up with a lovely guy named Nish, who booked me in for the afternoon.
He asked me everything and told me everything and showed me everything . I was also offered hot beverages. I NEVER expected to be treated like this, being in my work clothes. I was taken on a Tour and showed what they was doing to my old car. I thought that this only happens on TV... And the price was just right. I am so, so very pleased with the work and knowledge that they have done that I'm going back there next week to have a subwoofer and my lights repaired.
Everyone was lovely to me, there.

I booked in for the amp to be replaced, but the day before we had torrential rain and the drivers side floor was flooded. Nish said i should bring in the car straight away, which i did, and he got the car under cover, seat and carpet removed, under seat electrics rescued, foam underlay dried out, drains cleared and water tested. I got the car back in great condition, carpets and the whole car cleaned. Unbelievably professional service, really helpful, giving me options all the way aimed at keeping the cost down. Which he did. And btw i now have sound!

They are incredibly knowledgeable, and their customer service is truly exceptional. If you are as particular as I am, to find an organisation who cares for both the vehicle and the customer as much as they do is very rare, so would not hesitate to recommend them (and have done so on many occasions) to anyone looking to have work completed on their vehicle.

I have had the pleasure of taking my car to Auto Audio for the past 10 years now. Not only do they go the extra mile but they treat my car (a mini cooper) with the same level of care as most of Auto Audio’s more typical/common high powered sports cars.
Being a family run business also adds to the appeal of taking my car to Auto Audio. On a number of occasions i have visited Greg (General Manager) who has throughly helped me through the products and often advised against me buying some products! That honesty does go along way!
Auto Audio is a huge operation and is not your regular 2 or 3 bay car garage with a few engineers like most other similar companies out there. All of this alongside 40+ years of reputation you can assure your in car (like mine) is in safe hands!

Unfortunately, I had the job I wanted done by another company for half the price and came out to my premises as well as using genuine OEM parts whereas AutoAudio wasn't going to use OEM parts nor come out to me. I will however say that they genuinely take the time to understand a customer's needs and run through lots of options with the customer in comprehensive detail! They also undertake some seriously impressive work and this is why they get 5-stars. Where they weren't able to fulfill my needs on this occasion, it is likely that there are other modifications that they can carry out for me in the future

I called in to get some advice as other car audio places have been giving me some contradicting information. The old man I spoke to says they do not deal with Kenwood as it is complicated. Tried to change my mind onto Alpine (horrible unit x901-d) and Pioneer. I already have my mind set on 3 Kenwood units. The man kept telling me to come in and force me to see other models and try to get them to fit everything when i already have a garage who will do this for me next to nothing. He does not want to listen to what I have to say. Waste of my time. Feel quite angry.

I can say without any fear of hyperbole that dealing with Auto Audio was the worse customer experience I have ever had.
Their operative, John, sold the service to me over the phone as the best in London, citing the quality of their engineers and the types of cars that they worked on.
They picked my car up on the Monday and promised to have it back 24 hours later. 24 hours later I had to call them to find out where my car was, I was told it wouldn't be ready. There was no apology. I was told it would be ready the following day.
The following day I called and was told it would be ready the following day. No apology was offered. I then had to call again the following day to find out what was wrong and to find out when I'd get my car back and was told that by John that "we're really busy and we're trying our best and all I'm getting is aggro!" No apology was offered.
I hadn't even raised my voice, I just wanted to know when I'd get my car back.
To cut an horrific story short, I eventually got my car back on the Friday. It was delivered late in the evening. When I got in to drive it myself about an hour later, none of the interior lights worked, not one. Everything had shorted out and the delivery driver would have known but didn't tell me. Some of the work they did would have necessitated removing the back seat. They moved my child seat and when the work was done they put it back in place but didn't secure it! I drove for three days with my 2 year old daughter in the back in an insecure car seat until I realised it was not fitted properly. Had they taken the common sense option of laying the seat on it's side or putting it in the boot then I'd have known. But they didn't. Never was the word 'sorry' uttered. I work in a service industry and I always say that to make mistakes is human so I judge people and companies on how they atone for their mistakes and I have to say these people fail in every way.
I subsequently took my car somewhere else and paid for the lights to be fixed rather than deal with Auto Audio again. I have since told anyone I encounter to stay well clear of them. I urge anyone ready this review to do the same.

Are these guys cheap? No. But then I don't want cheap - I want value for money. And I feel like I got it from Nish and these guys. They upgraded the sound system in my beautiful old Saab, meaning I have spot on Sat Nav, Android Auto, complete re-wire and a sub. They also got a few dinks out and she looks like a new car. When I got the car back, a few things weren't right - they sent someone out, picked up the car, upgraded the head unit and delivered it back same day, no charge. In my business, I am not the cheapest, but I think my customers get what they pay for. Same with Auto Audio. Highly recommend

My experience with this company, and in particular Simon has been nothing short of miraculous. I cant recommend them highly enough. My requirement was small fry compared to their standard jobs, yet they still went over and above the call of duty to make sure they delivered to my expectations. As a customer my experience was initially with a guy called Nish Parmar and its good to speak with someone who knows what they're on about, as having extensive knowledge in car audio myself i can often suss out the blaggers and sales pushers, and can safely say he wasn't one of those! He knew exactly what he was talking about. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, keep up the good work guys!

Had a rattling speaker fixed and charged over £400 for the privilege. They even had the front to claim they discounted the final bill. Took them 6 hours to realise it was a lose wire on the amp. Went back when the door trim (same side) came lose a few weeks later, first denied it was them, and then reluctantly fixed it. Went back again a couple of days with the same trim lose again, and now want me to charge 2 hours labour to fix it. Absolute rip off, the owner is rude and obnoxious, refused to even acknowledge me, let alone apologise.

I can't recommend autoaudio enough. They have upgraded the audio systems on 4 of my cars over the last few years. Their attention to detail and care they take is second to none. The latest work to my classic BMW coupe has given it Andriod Auto with the latest sat nav as well as a discrete subwoofer - bringing the connectivity and audio system bang upto date. I also had my wheels refurbished and the windows tinted. The car now looks and sounds amazing- thanks guys.

I can't recommend these guys more. I had a new stereo installed into my 911 which now links upto my phone and i can use google maps instead of some satnav that doesn't show the traffic. It looks like it was factory fitted.
While i was there i was talking about a few bits that i wanted sorting on the body work. They ended up sorting that out too and were way cheaper than other quotes i had had. Everything was sorted in 3 days.
I am going to go back to sort out my campervan next... i'm just annoyed i didn't take it there first.

Hello,
I don't usually write online feedback but I firmly believe in giving credit where it’s due and with Autoaudio this is certainly the case.
I love music and my car (also wife and kids but that’s a different story) but I’m also an ordinary bloke and certainly not an Oligarch and I try to do things on a budget.
However after one bad installation of a head unit at ‘cheap car audio shop’ I decided I need some better quality and after looking around (online) a bit, AutoAudio’s reputation precedes it.
When I first visited their premises in Park Royal, and saw all the Rolls Royces and Lamborghinis parked outside I almost turned back - I'm not a millionaire by any stretch of imagination, but I braved and walked in and I'm happy I did.
Greg and the rest of the team are clearly very professional, in fact, I'd say that they are probably the best car audio specialists in the UK. Greg was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable, he wouldn't let me buy car audio components that won't actually improve the sound but were cheaper (I know, I tried ;-) and actually advised me to save my money until I could afford something better.
He is also quite creative and flexible and eventually found a great solution for me - a pair of awesome Morel Speakers and a Sinfoni amp. It did cost a little bit more than I initially thought, but the sound in the car now is simply phenomenal. This is subjective, but I believe that great music deserves an awesome sound - and in the car, it transcended the driving experience from ‘barely getting from point A t B’ to ‘enjoying the journey’.
The installation and aftercare is top notch as you'd expect. This is important because in a car fixing things is much harder than say, in a home HiFi set-up because it's obviously harder to get inside doors/dashboard etc. I've once before made the mistake of cutting corners on the installation (see above) and 3 years later the bad work quality still haunted me – until Greg and the guys sorted it out – highly recommended!
