I took my Mini Cooper to Enigma Audio as my car stereo stopped working. Sometimes going to car garages as a woman I can feel a little daunting as I know nothing about cars but they explained to me what needed doing and fixed while I wanted. I'd say a 5 star service for sure. A lot cheaper than 2 other garages I had got quotes from too so that's always a bonus! I'll be back and recommending Enigma Audio to everyone I know!

Sylwester is passionate about what he does. I have had my cars audio improved by adding a subwoofer and Sylwester does a professional job. Any audio problems I go to him as I trust that he takes great care when dealing with your car. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from Sylwester and the whole team at enigma. I called them up and they were very friendly and easy to talk to; they talked me through the different witness camera options for my 2 series. After having discussions I decided to go for the Thinkware u1000 camera. All the work was carried out on time and to a very high standard!

Excellent workmanship & attention to detail. I wouldn't trust just anyone to work on my car, but Enigma have proven themselves very capable. The Owners club/forum to which I belong - an OCD bunch of exacting pedants to say the least! - increasing rely upon Enigma to carry out ICE, alarm/tracker and other specialist electrical work work upon our ageing Garage Queens! That's a bigger compliment than you imagine. I personally have had a full interior sound-proofing, stereo, speakers & sub, rear parking-assist sensors, hands-free phone kit and amp all done over several different visits - I keep going back and will be using Enigma for the new alarm & tracker I have on order. If you want a cheap shoddy job, go to a cheap garage. If you want a very high quality experience, trust these guys.

Was looking for a professional to do stereo / speakers upgrade, as well as sound deadening in an old Porsche. Obviously checked different forums and there was unanimous praise for Sylvester at Enigma.
Went there to Perivale (a bit tricky to find it at first) to meet Sylvester and explain what I wanted. He understood the brief perfectly, booked the job, and some weeks later (he’s a busy chap), he got it done.
I’ve to say that the car has been transformed, and brought to 21st century levels of comfort. Now, rather than shouting over wind / road noise and engine sound, me and the missus can have very pleasant conversations, while enjoying some classical music in the background. The sound of the engine is still there, which is very important, but it is no longer overbearing. In long drives a quiet cabin is, to me at least, a must have and particularly important to not get unnecessarily tired.
Sylvester’s attention to detail is second to none and he made extra sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Just couldn’t recommend / praise highly enough.

Have had both of my Mercedes Sprinters done by the boys at Enigma Audio. Having done multiple van dead-locks, alarm systems and witness cameras the workmanship has always been of the highest quality giving me the confidence to constantly return for more products. Their knowledge always comes through in conversations meaning that you're fully aware of what they're doing with your vehicle, why they're doing it and what the effect of the work will be. I highly recommend them!!!
The quote 'the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten' in their office proclaims their perpetuating attitude towards quality, and it truly resonates with their work.

Writing this review whilst sitting in Sylverster's office (which I was kindly offered as work space during the install). It's very rare to find someone so knowledgeable with the 'can do' attitude who presents solutions rather than problems! Fantastic install and extremely pleased with the result.
If you're in London, save yourself the hassle for shopping around and visit this place for your car audio needs. And this is coming from someone who doesn't really leave reviews!!

Quoted £1.448.00 with VAT for changing my navigation to new one. One of the reasons was that Pioneer company doesn't offer cheaper navigations than £700+ which is a lie and everyone reading this review is welcome to check that even the ones for £200 from Pioneer have navigation system within (I have proposed one for £380 from Pioneer but was told I misread the functions and it has no navigation; after double checking it does). This also means the other £700 was for cables, adapter and their time. All other specialist have quoted me £500-600 with work included, personally I would avoid as either their knowledge is minimal or someone has attitude issues. Thanks!

Fixed my in-car device charging unit. I had been to two places before, who had been unable to sort the issue. Turns out it was a fuse, the guy knew right away and had the necessary equipment to test and sort the issue. I found them very last minute but the service was fantastic. Reasonable pricing and very helpful. I will definitely go back to get a hands free fitted!. .

I am not often writing a review but I decided to leave 5 stars here. These guys are worth a recommendation.
Installation was completed to the highest standard, no rush service, no corners cut. For sure I am bringing my next car to Enigma Audio. If you are series about upgrading your car (sound, system, security, tracking device or cameras) Enigma Audio is the place to go. I had my custom install done and I love it. Perhaps you find “cheaper” installers but … and here is the catch you will get what you paid for. Enigma Audio is worth every penny.
Professional and know what they are doing. Your car will be in safe hands.

They did great job on my off road car by installing latest Pioneer sat-nav system with CarPlay, DAB Radio, Bluetooth and DVD.
Also at the same time they upgrade my sound system with new speakers, amplifier and subwoofer.
Highly recommended place.

A very professional job - executed with great care - adding and integrating a phone cradle in a sensible place on the dashboard without any trailing cables etc. Entrusting your car to someone who you know will need to take it apart is always a worry. Sylwester was everything I would expect from a diligent engineer. I cannot praise him enough for the way he worked - and the end result is perfect.

Simply excellent. If you want the best for your car, you should really use Enigma. Sylwester has done a lot of work for me over the years, on a variety of cars. His work is always of the very highest standard. He's been doing this for years and his workshop is always full of exotic machinery. Most specialists that I have come across look for the easiest way to do a job, Sylwester always looks for the best way. Maybe I'm just overly fussy, but when you find someone you can trust wholeheartedly, you simply cannot go anywhere else.

Am not the rating kind of guy but I just have to give my rating for this one. The guy really know what he is doing. He knows the job just too well. A bit downside is that it's expensive but what good thing comes cheap. I installed a subwoofer for my bmw 3series m sport and the sub was superb. Kinda beyond my expectations. Am definitely gonna go back there to do more.

Been going too Enigma Audio for more than 8 years, never been anywhere since... Sylwester is the right man for the job... He knows his stuff too well and the good part is that he is an honest guy. I've had quotes from other audio guys who have always been more and I've regretted going in the past...
I've bought a brand new 16 plate SClass today and I didn't get the sound upgrade because Enigma Audio will do a better job for much less...
