Great service and super friendly staff. I had very little knowledge of what needed doing in an entire speaker system replacement on my Mk5 Golf, but the staff were incredibly helpful, and talked me through exactly what they were doing, and how much it would cost. Speaking of cost, the price was excellent and it was the lowest I was quoted nearby Uxbridge, where I live.
Overall a great experience, would highly recommend.

Problem: CD's stuck in the CD changer. Went to several dealers who wanted to send the item to the manufacturer.
Solution: Friendly chaps at the audio centre not only fixed the problem there and then, But did so with amazing tenacity and service with a smile! Saved me loads of time and money. Made my day ????

Great service from the Northwood branch, not just recommending and fitting a DAB car stereo, but more than helpful when I dropped by a few months later to ask a follow up question. None of this "it's in the manual" stuff, but "we'll get in the car to show you and explain what we're doing"... you can't get that kind of service on the web or with anonymous large retail outlets...

Got a new car audio system with DAB digital radio and iPod/iPhone connectivity, as ours was an older car this required the installation of a DAB aerial and cabling for the iPhone. Installation was very careful and elegant, with the wire coming out of an inconspicuous place and the DAB aerial & hands free mic hardly noticeable. Staff took time to demonstrate the functionality, answer my questions, and make me a cup of tea while I waited. Very pleased with the job and would be very happy to recommend this store.

I had my digital radio/stereo fitted here just after Christmas and it was a very positive experience indeed. I told the chaps what I was looking for and I was guided towards a stereo that completely suited my needs. They even put me off a more expensive model saying it wasn't worth the extra money and didn't have anything that I didn't have on the cheaper model. I was very impressed with this as so many people just try and sell you the most expensive model in the shop. They even put me off buying new speakers until after I'd used the new stereo for a while, saying that I would notice a great improvement and would probably find I didn't need new speakers.They were able to fit it straight away even though it was going to take them beyond closing time. They fitted my phone charger in so that it was tidy and not dangling all over my steering wheel. They were tidy and careful. Their dad even made us a cup of tea and chatted to us whilst we were waiting. After 3 weeks of using my new stereo I am absolutely delighted. It is everything they said it would be, the quality is great and it looks really good in my battered old Freelander. They reassured me that I could phone at anytime if I needed any help using the new system. This was after a very comprehensive lesson on how to use my new kit! I wouldn't go anywhere else now and would highly recommend their friendly, professional and informative service. You won't be disappointed.

Took my van in to have a pioneer radio fitted. Great price for the radio and fitting was cheap too. Quick, honest and friendly people who did a great job. They even tidied the van up a bit!!! When quoting, I told them that I had steering wheel controls which cost an extra £30. When I came back they told me that this fee had obviously been removed. Sounds simple and honest but I question whether all fitting places would do the same.
Yasin and Illie did the work for me and gave me a thorough walk through and demo of the radio, before asking that I get in touch if ever there were any problems. Thanks gents!!

Decided to give these guys a try after feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of fitting a Bluetooth device to the back of my CD/Radio player.
They did the job in next to no time and I left with a big smile on my face, now I don't need to mess about with CD's 10/10 would definitely recommend them.

Initially went to a competitor of theirs up the road to make enquiries about getting a system fitted in my car, but didn't like their attitude / service. I wasted my time and petrol to go there and get two pair of speakers from there only to find that they charge more or how much they want at their store. Before I go there I called them for availability and tell them that I'm coming, they didn't say anything about the price difference from the web at that time.
I will never go there again, staff are rude and can't give you a good reason for the price increase.
I called their head office too about this and they are unhelpful too all they say is that " it is a franchise and, OK, OK, OK OK......

After trying for weeks to get a new stereo fitted at a well known establishment (Halfords) and it failing every time , I decided that I would go to Car Audio Northwood for some advice.
I was greeted by Illy who was extremely friendly. We talked about the parts for the car and I was told that I could get the new radio fitted there and then. There were no hidden fees and no annoying up sells. The fitting was swift and overall was amazingly good value for money.
I was very impressed with the level of service and so happy with my stereo!

Small store, but has everything you would need.
The main store is kept locked and you have to ask to be let in.
Most baffling thing is that items in-store are more expensive than online. For example I was buying a head unit advertised online for £144.99, shelf ticket said £170, actually paid £150 as there is a £5 surcharge for in-store payments. I can't fathom a sensible reason for this.
Sales assistant was very rushed, as he appeared to be midway through an insulation for annother customer.

These guys at car audio centre tooting have made my car sound system complete with install of equalizer, front coaxial speakers, rear shelf speakers, tweeters and 4 channel amp to run them on as i already had a subwoofer and monoblock amp in my car but it wasnt giving me what i wanted so now thanks to billy and mo im a happy 1st time customer see you again soon...????

was quite fussy with my car install as wasn't happy with original Halford's install of the head unit and microphone. Chose the car audio centre because of the reviews. I told this to Yasin when i arrived to talk through improving my speakers as one had blown. When I left he said to leave a review with my experience so here it is...

Service and install great.
moved position of my microphone for free which involved extending the cable.
got the job done so it was ready for me the next day.
My car sounds amazing! I'm a professional sound engineer. I did spend a while altering the settings to my taste but the advice on which speakers and subwoofer to install to suit the sound I was looking for was spot on!
The quality of the cable work was great, loomed and completely hidden. very impressed.
whilst it hasn't been an issue I am confident that if I did have any problems I could go back to get some help. great team.

This is the place to go guys without a doubt...no need to even bother checking other companies. ...i have spent ££££ trying different places to install my mayhem sub into my x5 and all other places have let me down big time...oh how i wish i came here from the beginning i would of saved so much...Yaz and Illy proper good guys, friendly professional and easy to talk to...They know what they talking about and they are super willing to help with great advice and recommendations and you feel secure at this branch with no fear of being conned or tricked or pressurised into buying something. ...These guys deserve a massive bonus!!!!!
