I have used the services for many years now and have always found the staff helpful and polite. Especially Joanna who has helped me in emergency situations on so many occasions. If they don't have what I need there and then (though they usually do) they order it for me to collect within 24 hours. Great service and an extensive stock list!

Truthfully this a good shop but the young east European woman who served me was absolutely clueless and had a serious attitude problem - to the point of trying to misrepresent what I’d asked her for in the first place. Someone like this gives a bad name to the tolerant society we all want

On entering the store I was promptly greeted by a sales assistant. I browsed for a little while and I remembered a particular set of scissors I had many years ago. I asked if they had such scissors and indeed they had. The staff were happy to answer my questions. I must admit that the shop window dressing looks a little drab and has not seemingly been changed in a while. There is a fair selection of assisted living aids and other bits of medical related items.
Tip: This store has a plethora of items suitable for projects including some informative posters.
