On searching for a car I came across Parkland motors on Ebay, when making the phone call regarding a GTD Golf I felt reassured with the friendly and helpful service.
When I went over to look at the car at the impressive car showroom I was greeted by Jason one of the salesmen there who was very friendly and helpful and allowed you all the time you wanted to look around the car on your own with no pushy sales pressure.
Very good communication and all the little jobs that wanted doing on the car were done when I went to collect the car.
I fully recommend Parkland Motors and would not hesitate to deal with them in the future or recommend them to family or friends.

Don't even try to buy something from this dealership. I am very surprised why a lot of people leave quite positive feedback. I had a bad experience with them recently where I rang on a Saturday about a car, I was told that it was available and set off after it, 40 miles away from my house. I was almost there when someone called me to day it has been reserved subject to finance with a deposit. I then was unhappy and set back home. On the next monday saw the car still available on the website called and a guy told me that is available. I then told him if he is sure because this is what happened and he asked and after came back telling me that is reserved, not for sale anymore.
They don't get their story right, unprofessional, unsure, who knows what issue the car had or why they were playing catch with it.
For me it was clear, i don't want to spend my money here and have to deal with unprepared, unsure, unprofessional people. AVOID!

The car I was looking at was priced fairly, had low mileage and full service history, but what really had me sold was the experience with the dealership, and the no expense spared approach to preparing the car as a quality used car. Essentially a 13 year old automatic car which drives as smooth as butter.
In prepping the car for me, they changed the rear brake discs and rear brake pads, replaced an ABS pump and repaired a "major exhaust leak", as well as doing a complete service and fresh 12 month MOT with no advisories - at no extra cost to me. There was an issue with a jammed paddle shifter, but the dealership agreed to resolve this issue for me - also at no extra cost to me.
A major thank you to Fedz at Parklands, admittedly it was a long process while they prepared the car, but I was always kept in the loop, and the end product was more than worth the wait. Forget what you think you know about a car salesman, Fedz is next level. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a used car, without hesitation.

Parkland Motors advertised a trade exchange mini with some issues. Called the dealer and was told car had issue with driver door not locking correctly..
Travelled 2 hours to view the car, on inspection the car had NO oil in & very little water! Was told to just start it up, that wouldn’t be a problem?? I stated that it could be a problem & wanted to see if there was a reason the car had no oil in. Oil was put in and car started. White smoke bellowed out, belts screeching, power steering pump whining. Clearly some major issues with the vehicle.
Guys please consider your potential customers time and money (travelling to view cars that you advertise for sale that you obviously don’t check in advance). Second car I saw advertised at the same time had flat tires, so again you don’t care...
Wouldn’t advise anybody make a specific journey just to view cars at Parkland Motors!!

We initially came down to view a vehicle we had seen online on Tuesday the 5th of November , arrived at Parkland Motors and the building looked very professional and it was also lovely and clean!
We spoke with Noah and said we had an idea of the car we wanted , he went and fetched the keys and let us go take a look at the car , no pressure what so ever , that’s what I love when looking at cars!
We came back in and said we liked the car but a couple of things needed doing , Noah agreed and explained it would be put through an MOT and go for a service before it was taken away.
We went on a test drive and poor Noah squished into the back of the car so I could sit in the front with my other half test driving the car
We came back in and said we would take it and Noah went through the finance options with us , explained things clearly and got us the best deal.
Noah genuinely cares that you get a good deal and what you are looking for rather than just making a quick sale
We returned on Friday the 9th to pick up the car and as Noah had said everything I had mentioned about the car had been fixed or replaces so we were very happy
My other half loves his new car and we are both very very pleased with the service we received from Noah and the team!
I would highly recommend Parkland Motors to anyone

My wife and I have just visited at short notice to look and test drive a Peugeot car, from turning up to leaving this has to be the best dealership I have delt with.
The car was buried in compound Noah bless him moved 5 cars to get this one out he kept apologising however I said it was as much our fault more or less just turning up.
We took car couple of miles up road and back very pleased purchased car.
Apart from the car being to our liking, Noah also had a big impact, he is very professional in his attitude towards making you feel very comfortable in a friendly environment, in fact all the salesmen are friendly and we all ended up having a laugh and joke with each other one way or another.
If you find yourself here you wont get better treatment anywhere else.
I have also told them I'll be back tomorrow for that Audi if I win the lottery tonight hahaha
