We spent £300 each to travel from the isle of man (including return car ferry tickets) to buy a fiesta st which was scuffed , stone chipped and dirty after having our request for photos ignored we left disappointed after an attempt to rectify the issue was left in a worse state than we initially found it in. No pride in their work.

Hopeless establishment! Went to sign documents on behalf of another Evans Halshaw dealership further afield and they couldn't even get that right. Very lapse attitude lead to us missing signature pages delaying our purchase of the other vehicle at another dealership.
Workshop is also hopeless! A family member bought a warranty through them and then found out that they couldn't actually work on the vehicle when it was needed as it wasn't a Ford!?! The nearest vauxhall dealership was over 30 miles away! Ridiculous! Avoid!

Terrible Customer Service. Book and Paid for a test drive slot. Not only was the car not ready we actually ran out of petrol less than a mile away from the garage. We walked back. The advertised price wasn't negotiable and even had a hidden Administration charge to be paid of another £98. Coffee machine out of order, toilets broken. Overall a waste of 2 hours. Customer service Non-existent.

Very poor service. Sold a car to me that I paid 16k for and was unfit for purpose. Took a month for them to admit responsibility after being passed around and around on the phones and never receiving call backs. Shocking....all my friends and family will never buy from any of your dealerships and they have passed the message on to their friends too!
