My husband and I purchased a BMW from Danny. Our experience with Autobahn has been great. First time buying a car without seeing or driving it. It was delivered on the scheduled day and the driver was really helpful and answered all the questions I had. The car arrived in excellent condition and they took care of all the paperwork. The whole experience has been tremendous and I would highly recommend buying from Danny.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST DANNY MANN. WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DEALING WITH HIM. FALSE MOT'S - DVSA now involved as I have proof the car is dangerous to drive and should never have passed the MOT. Break sensors disconnected and taped up, shocks Knackered, turbo knackered etc etc. Needs at least £5000 of work to get it roadworthy Citizens advice, trading standards and solicitor all been contacted and evidence provided to them. Apparently he has sent me my refund 3 times! Still yet to receive it nearly month later. Avoids all phone calls. Even blocks you. I am taking this all the way. He should be shut down! See you in court Danny boy!!!! Further to your reply Danny which again is a pack of lies!!!! You have not responded to any emails, ignored phone calls and even letters starting the legal process! The car had not done thousands of miles since I had it. It's not safe to drive as per BMW report you received. Also we are still waiting for the phone call to arrange collection of the unsafe car and refund given. As you promised!! But you are still ignoring all attempts of contact we try! All evidence has been sent to the court. And the MOT was done at Mann garages.....isn't that your surname.. Quit with the lies and just answer your calls, emails anything to sort this out! Be a decent man for once in your life!!!

We bought a car from this garage but discovered a few problems and after an agreement with the owners of the garage we carried out out the repairs and the owner paid swiftly and promptly. Really accommodating and polite would recommend to friends. Thank you

Really good experience buying from Danny at autobahn. Due to lockdown we weren't able to see the car before purchasing it, but Danny arranged to have our new car delivered to our house and it was just as described. I highly recommend these guys. ???? Oscar.

My wife and I purchased a BMW 520 M sport from Dan last month. I decided to wait before I left a review. Due to the lockdown restrictions we were unable to view the BMW but Dan sent us a video and we were happy to proceed with the sale. The car arrived 2 days after payment and exceeded our expectations. Our car was presented really well and we also got an Rac warranty included in the agreed price. Overall we are really happy with our new car. We certainly recommend Dan.

Drove over 200 miles for a car that had perfect interior and exterior and full service history. On arriving absolutely none of that was true. As we know a little about cars all we want is honestly which is not what we got.

Put a £100 deposit down on a car and arranged to collect it at the weekend. Seller didn't answer his phone when I had driven 100 miles to collect it. He had obviously sold it and didn't have the courtesy to let me know. 200 mile round trip for nothing. Will be contacting my credit card company to register the transaction as fraudulent. Edit: obviously a liar and not someone you’d want to trust to buy an expensive car from. See below for evidence of £100 deposit transaction.

Not worth a star but apparently you have to put one before you can leave a review! Thieves, ripoff merchants, please AVOID at all cost! Spend your hard earned money on a trustworthy dealer, these are NOT trustworthy. Once they have your money, its impossible to get in touch with them again. GO ELSEWHERE

From start to finish it was first class service. Absolutely fantastic service and an amazing knowledge of the cars they present for sale. I bought a Mercedes E class a month ago. I wanted to wait a while before I left a review. However, It is a great reliable car and I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Buy with confidence and satisfaction. Fantastic garage! I paid via transfer and Dan arranged for my new car to be brought to my home within 24 hours of enquiring! I would highly recommend this garage and I will return in the near future.

Very disappointing. Cars are excellently priced but unfortunately Dan is the most deceptive person I've ever dealt with and unfortunately he chooses too ignore you if theres a problem On the 22nd August 2020 I telephoned autobahn after finding what i believed to be an excellently priced very presentable volkswagen passat GM15HXF Dan sounded friendly and an appointment was made for the following day. Unfortunately I was late for this but did telephone dan to tell him of this and it was not a problem. The passat was in the carpark and sure enough it was white (ish) and a volkswagen passat but to be honest I didnt mind seeing it unprepared it showed me that dan was if nothing else an excellent photographer. A deal was reached an excellent part exchange price for my car a finance proposal accepted. Dan said the service, clutch , 3 tyres, paintwork and a few other things would be done 3 days later. I telephoned Dan on the tuesday and he said he was sorry he hadn't informed me but the car wouldn't be going to the workshop until thursday and this meant it would not be ready until the following sunday. I was disheartened and upset but said I would see him sunday Dan then ignored my phone calls for 3 days and I checked the vehicles mot status and it had been updated on the 26th august 2020 with a fresh 12 months mot and no advisories, however the mileage was wrong by over 200 miles. (I have proof of this as I have a photo of the odometer from when I sat in it on the 23rd august 2020) I then phoned Dan from another number and he answered straight away! I explained who I was and he tried to say he had no missed calls (again I have photos too prove how many calls he ignored) Dan explained my car would be ready on sunday but the clutch did not need replacing the car had already had the wheels painted the wingmirror painted the centre caps glued and a service to which he even pretended to read parts out on a job sheet that never materialised. But was waiting for the tyres still. I found this strange as 1 of the tyres would have at least been an advisory item an MOT and it was advisory free ... he stated this was because the tester knew they were on order. I explained to him that was illegal and the tester would have to have noted it down as seen at the time of test When sunday the 30th august 2020 arrived dan text me to say he had been let down by his tyre man and the tyres would not arrive until told monday midday. I told him I would collect monday afternoon On monday the 31st august I telephoned dan many times which he ignored so I text him yes him the same number we had always communicated on and the number advertised on his website to say i would be there at 3pm this was ignored and when I got there the building was shut up and I had to drive home but not before seeing the passat in the carpark with non of the work carried out! Tuesday the 1st of September I turned up argued with dan about all of the above and caught him out lying on everything mentioned. He apologised and blaimed the workshop stating that he had been told everything was done even though the car was parked right under his nose !! Not one thing had been done on the car the bulbs were still inoperative the defective tyres still on and yet it had been MOTed with the wrong mileage.. I suspect the car was never presented for test and just passed but have no proof of this so have reported my concerns too the DVSA I have also informed close brothersmotor finance Dan then said I should visit his other branch. Blackbird crossroad cars as they had another Passat at the same price and he was sorry for lying. I said is it your other site then he said well no it's a friends I visited this garage who had never heard of him Please if you've read this review stay away he is a liar and if it all goes wrong he will just ignore you. I have never bought from an independent dealer before. But the right car came along and so Went to have a look. From the first phone call through to arranging the finance and then collection was excellent from start to finish. The little touches are so nice. I was collected from Leicester train station and was even given a box of chocolates on collection. Even though the car I bought was on the lower end of the cars they have in stock, the Customer service Was still second to none. From this experience I will always now be keeping an eye on their stock looking for my next car. Thank you guys!

I bought a golf R from this showroom and the car didn't come with mats, at the time Danny was being nice and polite saying he would send the mats through post. I waited and waited and nothing came so after trying to contact him many times he eventually replies saying sorry he would send them immediately asking for my address. Another month has gone by and nothing from this guy. Although it's something small you shouldn't lie or ignore customers after they spend alot of money on your cars terrible customer service.

Absolutely useless and gave us no confidence regarding the car. We wanted to purchase a car, it came back as need 1 repair, 2 repairs, 3 repairs, worrying that the car was not prepared prior to be advertised. Danny was terrible at communictaing the situation, ignored most calls and had little thought for his customers. He also lied regarding another cars mileage and listed it online as lower than it actually had.

I was sold a car by Danny, I was happy with the car until I needed the warranty that he supposedly sold me. I was sold a 6 month warranty and have the advert to prove this. I phoned him as he said that he would send through the details of my warranty. He then said that it was only a 3 month warranty and not a 6 month one.(Danny tried to lie to get me to go away) I then confirmed with RAC that autobahn never put a warranty on my car! I kept trying to get in contact with Autobahn but they ignored all of my calls and messages. I have now sent my 3 letters proving that I am trying to resolve this issue but they are still ignoring me! I am now making plans to take them to court to claim the money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

From the moment I spoke to Autobahn on the phone, it was clear I was dealing with a professional company with excellent staff. A massive thanks to Danny for giving us, such a great experience! It is rare to see someone with such passion for what they do and go above & beyond to keep the customer happy. I personally feel, the service I received was better than many main dealerships. Danny went the extra mile by staying in late, so that I could pick-up the car on the same day. The after sale follow up is also excellent and the team is always at hand to answer any questions. Great service, great deal. I knew the exact model I wanted so then was able to search all available cars across the country. The one I located at Autobahn was significantly cheaper than any others I found so I thought it was worth a look if nothing else, thinking it was possibly a bit dodgy. I was mistaken. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and Danny, the sales manager was great. As the prices are fair - bargain there's no need to haggle so it was a case of paying a deposit and agreeing to pick it up. Really smooth transaction and as far as I could see, very professional. I would definitely use them again. The money I saved allowed me to buy an extended warranty for extra peace of mind.

Great overall experience, looked at a Golf R online 3 days before I travelled down by train. I was collected from the train station. When I got there I was greeted by a salesman. The salesman was knowledgable and very helpful. I was given a comprehensive 6 months warranty at no extra charge. All the cars are presented very well and I was given plenty of time to make my decision. Really happy with my Golf and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Danny was very helpful during the purchase process of my first car (Ford Fiesta ST). He helped sorting out the insurance and even gave free drive away insurance. I got a 6 months Rac warranty with breakdown cover. I would highly recommend this dealership. Lovely people!

I saw a car for sale on a Saturday morning good priced but 70 miles from where I live and I didn't have a car. The owner picked me up from leicester train station took me for a drive couldn't be more helpful and helped me sort out my insurance and road tax. Would definitely recommend.

Very well presented showroom with clean cars. I purchased a BMW 1 series in March and I'm very pleased with the car. Danny was very helpful. I had a slight issue with the car which was resolved very quickly with the warranty provided by Danny.

We don't usually leave reviews. However, I bought a Golf R off Danny a month ago and he promised I wouldn't be disappointed.....well he was right, it is fantastic to drive and looks stunning. The whole transaction from the first phone call to signing on the dotted line was very smooth and he was quick to send me extra pictures. Presented very well which is a credit to his valeter who must work very hard as all his cars were immaculately presented, Danny even organised the log book and tax to be registered in my name there and then. I would have no reservations to deal with Danny again as I found him very pleasant and proficient and unlike many car sales people, he knows his cars. thanks to dan we got picked up from the train station when i bought my first car a bmw 1 series and found the cheapest in the country. very good condition upon inspection. overall happy and 5 star service from dan!

AVOID Made me drive for an hour and half to out of blue increase the price by £2k and upon test driving the car I realised it was damaged and showing signs of turbo failure. They are obviously selling poorly repaired damaged cars. Edit : I did record everything since I got to your garage where you were nowhere to be found dear “John” or “Danny” or “Khan” however you call yourself !!!! especially when I realised you instructed your brother Jafar and your dad to do not honour the deal we had over the phone, so whoever is reading this review and considering buying from you can reach out to me and I’ll send the evidence so potential genuine buyer can see who they’d deal with. Ps : calling a customer abrupt and rude when I’m miles away from that shows what sort of customer service standard you live up to. SCAMMER

Bought an expensive car (Aston Martin) from Danny at autobahn recently. Initially very friendly and stated clearly verbally and in the advert that car would come with 12 months warranty however stopped responding to my messages when asked him to send the warranty documents to me. Company is set up on lies and fraud it seems. Having read the other reviews now it seems this is not an isolated incident. AVOID at all costs. ADDENDUM: I have messages on my phone (please see attachment) where i can prove that he did not reply to my messages. I tried calling him as well but got no reply. As for receiving warranty in the post.... well surprise that is also a complete lie. Danny or whatever his name is a complete fraudster. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID.

I have purchased several cars from autobahn. I recently purchased a Type R. I am very happy with the customer service Autobahn has to offer Danny was very helpful would definitely buy another car in the near future.

Absolutely terrible service. Went to see a vehicle, looks absolutely perfect on the photos but drove 2 and a half hours and saw that the car was all scratched and had broken parts which were all hidden from the photos posted on auto trader.

I have previously posted a review and so have numerous other customers but miraculously they have been wiped and replaced by positive reviews by family members. The after care is shocking, initially friendly to flog you a car but the after care atrocious, been nearly 3 months now and I haven't received my log book, and every time I contact the individual he has no interest in solving my query now does not even answer my calls, all I want is my log book how hard is that for a trader just shows that they can't complete a simple legal task how can you place your trust in a trader like this, stay clear guys !!! This is a genuine review.
