We purchased a car from DR Motors and we are so impressed by the way they handled everything. It was a smooth process and their service is impeccable not only did they go out of their way to ensure the car was up to scratch but they were also kind enough to hold the car for us for an additional week as we couldn’t make it down at the specified date. After having taken the car I had to ring for a few queries which again they handled with such professionalism and kindness at the same time. I can't fault the sales man, polite and friendly enough. I purchased an automatic audi, and being my first auto didn't think anything of the delay when pulling off. I let a friend drive it who only drives an auto, he said the clutch is slipping, so I took it to a mechanic who confirmed that its slipping slightly. I found this out after the 14 day money back guarantee. I've been quoted £400 for the clutch and associated bits then there is the labour to add to that, so maybe take somebody who knows about cars with you when going to buy from here. Also when I got home, in the paperwork "that wasn't there when I looked through it at the showroom", was a receipt for front end damage that had been repaired.

Amazing service from DR Motors, they allowed us to look around the car freely on our own. The car was prepped to an outstanding condition for viewing. I am very happy with the purchase of my first car from DR Motors and I will definitely be using their service again. There was a minor problem (at no fault of DR Motors) which my warranty did not cover and Steve kindly reimbursed me for the repairs. The staff at DR Motors delivery exceptional customer service.

A great company, highly recommend to all. From the initial phone call requesting a viewing to receiving the warranty information the day after driving off the forecourt the whole process was first class.
Steve let me look around the car on my own, no pushy sales tactics, just as it should be. There was a wide range of vehicles to choose from so if the car I went to view wasn't suitable I already knew that I may find something else.
The whole process was easy and I collected my new car a few days later. The car was sanitized as much as possible ready for my arrival and Dav kindly stayed behind after hours so that I could collect, even though I had been caught up in a traffic jam so was running late.
The car runs and drives perfectly, so I'm one very happy customer.
Ignore the negative reviews, especially the ones that were obviously written by someone who hasn't actually purchased from this company.
I will happily recommend to friends and family and won't have an issue in returning when the time comes to trade this car in for something newer. Great service and it's refreshing to have a car company that are just lovely chaps, with no pressure or sales patter. Thanks both of you and all the best.

Not as described.wast of time. They provide third party warranty, which is hard to get long process. I return the car due to gearbox problem. Unfairly, they refused to refund me all my money. I only used the car for 19 days. I can see the car in thier website they offer it again with the same issue.

DR Motors were exceptionally professional talking through the appropriate car for my type of driving and gave sound advice on the models I was considering. Even though I did not proceed with the purchase (not due to them/their cars) I have no doubts I would have been a happy customer. Their gold warranty is also far more encompassing than other independent garages.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my partner through DR Motors, and as part of that purchase, I part exchanged my vehicle against it.
Purchasing this vehicle was made easy by them. I am quite particular when it comes to this sort of thing and want every thing correct to the point of being annoying. I must say DR Motors were always understanding always going the extra mile to put me at my ease, and doing everything possible in order to make me feel completely satisfied. They also gave me a fair price for my car in PX and always delivered on their word, doing everything they said they would. It would be remiss if I did not mention Dav from DR Motors, he is an absolute gem of a man, and puts my faith back in true customer service and what that stands for. Ran through some of the features of the car as we test drove, explained the hybrid side of things to me (first timer!).

The staff were very friendly and explained everything very well.
I joked about receiving flowers when I collected the car. However on the day I went to collect it I was actually given a nice bouquet.

2 for 1 Deal excellent service with a nice smile and a healthy bank balance at the end of it. I set out with the sole intention of purchasing 1 vehicle for myself and ended up buying 2. I purchased 2 very good cars at a very good mileage from Steve somewhat of a specialty at this particular garage. Bought my own then saw a nice little run around for my mother at a very competitive price. Ideal garage for a first time buyer strongly recommend it low mileage cars sales guys far from pushy and very helpful with the after sales service. 6 months warranty thrown in to boot what more can you ask for no harm in asking and visiting their website which i did give them a go.

Recently bought a car from them. They did not tell me that half of the car was repaired and painted in different shade of colour which was hard to see when I went to buy the car because car was wet. They obviously knew that the car was repaired because in ad they only add pictures from one side of the car. Do not recommend.

You better watch out for this dealer. They sold me a Lexus 250 SE-I and gave it to be a SE-L .... I asked the seller several times if it was the SE-L version, every time he confirmed. As it turned out, this is the Lexus is 250 SE-I ..Special misleading the customer....
