PRIMA DONNA
Bought a car from here last Saturday. It drives like a dream and was reasonably priced. The owner was extremely helpful and very accommodating; even arranged for the car to be delivered to my home on Monday morning! [At a reasonable cost]. The test will be to see how the car is running in 6-12 months from now, but at the moment, I am very happy. [I am deducting one star for the "Admin" fee] but overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to others looking to get a reliable, value for money car.

Brought a car from here Dec 2020, had a couple of things fixed that have come up but nothing that the garage could have known it would need so no problems there. Just drove to Scotland and back and it ran perfectly. Really easy on the day to test drive and no fuss over the sale of the car. Owner was really nice and overall it was a positive experience.

Bought our second car from TUCC (still own the first one), a great experience, and fair prices. The car had a small issue with the dashboard which Shiraz gladly offered to help solve (Thanks so much Shiraz!) I've been driving the car for a month now and it drives great. Fantastic service. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We was left to look around the cars we were interested in and test drove 2 cars. I purchased a car recently from this dealership which was unfit for purpose. As under the consumer rights 2015 if this occurs within 30 days of purchase your are entitled to a refund. NOT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. This dealership believes they are not obliged to follow UK Trading Standards guidelines and would rather take the matter to court. More fool them.

Came all the way from Leeds to see a car, we were told it’s been parked for 3 weeks, tyre was totally flat, how did they think we would test drive it? it was advertised as full service history but there was only a 1/3. There was a catastrophic oil leak from the engine. Was told car was fine when I spoke to them over phone, just needed a few small jobs. We got there at 5.50 just before they closed, no one came outside to show me the car thy sat in the office. Soon as it hit 6pm they kept saying let’s talk money. They denied the price that was agreed on the phone. He kept saying he has food in the oven and was trying to rush me into buying which I clearly didn’t. Online it says they open at 10am but when we rang they said they open at 2pm on a Friday. So disrespectful of our time and travelling with kids. Avoid these guys are dodgy. If I could give it a zero star I would. Waste of time and rude, should have read reviews beforehand.

I brought a ford focus in may 2019 and after only 1 and a half days the engine management light came on so i took back to the garage for the dealer to check the code and clear it and it was a coil pack fault which i asked if he could sort it as when brought the car he said there was not a problem with it,he said if the light came on again id have to sort it out myself.i would understand if was 6month i bought it but not after 1 day.not a very happy person,just a warning for people to be aware

AVOID this car dealer, he is a FRAUD! He sells faulty cars that will have major problems, codes wiped off ect and that can deffinetly lead to life threatening accidents. Issues with cars include faulty breaks, gearbox, clutch, wipers not working, timing belt partly broken ect. He does not care and gets very abusive when confronted. We are now left out of pocket as we do not know what to do. But the fact that this DISGUSTING man can run a business like this is appauling and something needs to be done about it. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! DONT LET THE CHEAP PRICES BE THE REASON YOU OR A LOVED ONE ENDS UP IN AN ACCIDENT OR WORSER.

Just been to view a car, looked well older than the mileage, driver door wouldnt open, owner says "Thanks for wasting my time" as i walked out. Claimed he opened up especially for us despite the 5pm advertised closed. He then started swearing at me as i walked away. Great customer service... wish i could give NO stars.

5 weeks AFTER we paid for our car were we able to use it. jobs that his temp mechanic who no longer works there (if u can call him that) said he had done were butchered leaving us with coolant and fuel fumes coming into the car and on closer inspection half the screws and bolts missing or very loose that the engine could have fallen out while we were driving. we had to have a fuel leak sorted a coolant leak sorted and a fan belt that the "same" mechanic put on the WRONG way. so finally after the garage owner had quite rightly paid for nearly all jobs and half the cost of the fuel filter housing to replaced as I insisted I wanted a new one not a second hand one as the one he had previously sent to us was broken. he even paid for the car to be picked up and delivered back to us as it still had a leak. had the car back yesterday and now we've got it booked in for the gear box bearings to be done because apparently they don't do it down that way and we've also got a broken key as the buttons are not working anymore so only the drivers door and boot will lock so that's £111 on the key and worst case £800 tomorrow (which the warranty will cover £500) just hope the leak they said is fixed isn't a temporary fix and could go again. I did want a full refund but said he'd only give us a refund when he sells the car which is why we opted to keep the car but it would have been better for him to have kept the car and sold it for more than we paid for it given that he has had to fork out more on getting our car to a standard that it should have been when we handed over our cash. he did pretty much call us liars as he said there wasn't a leak but only because it didn't happen all the time and only when pressure had built up. they did find where it was coming from but no apology just an apology for the car not being right in the 1st place. UPDATE: warranty wouldn't pay up for the wheel bearings so the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. our car has visited 4 trusted garages near to me and all have said the work was patched up and butchered. think they were hoping the problems wouldn't start as soon as they did but for them to happen less than 12hours after leaving his garage he didn't have a leg to stand on. currently were in the process of recovering costs via the financial ombudsman for the warranty to pay up and trading standards. then we will be reporting Shiraz and this garage. I see he has removed all bad reviews from yell after I informed him that I had read them and there was a few.

Avoid!!! Purchased a car from here just over a month ago and already had to pay out £500 in repairs and now the head gasket has gone and to replace will cost £600. Phoned the garage to say I want to return the car and was told "considering the condition of the car, I cant take the car back". Offered to repair the car but I would have to pay!! Ended up having to part exchange the car and out of pocket of well over a grand.

First impressions are quite big for a budget used car sales, but after my sister inlaw purchased a used car, only to find within 24 hours it needs a new clutch and gearbox, that wasn't good. She contacted the dealer why said when she purchased the car, she signed a waver to state she brought the car with all its faults and can't be returned. So that makes the 3 month warranty useless. To be radius she knew about the clutch and the paid an acceptable price to reflect this, but gearbox, that's a while new story. Is a shame because the car looked nice, the dealer said it had been through a rigerous test process to ensure it's safety and quality, but clearly he can't tell when a clutch slips so badly you can hardly pull away, nor a knackered gearbox. Watch this space because if he willing to change his mind and honour the warranty, I will amend my review to reflect this. For now, buy from somewhere else.

Appauling experience! I bought my car after being in an accident in March. After explaining my situation and my worries about driving and being in a safe car i was reassured my car would be safe and reliable with a full MOT. Having the car 1 day i realised the window wipers didn't work so i went back and a used eBay motor was put in. Since then i went to my garage as my breaks weren't working who asked if my car had an MOT...i said yes and showed them my certificate. They said well it wouldn't pass today! The rear coil spring was put in upside down!!! And the advisories from the failed test had not been replaced even though it since passed. When i contacted the garage i was given abuse and told i was threatening them s i ended up paying the bills myself however i now wish i had taken this further as since then I have had to have new electrics, a new cam belt, water pump, boot lock and wishbone! I would never reccomend this garage to anybody and i am very upset with the dodgy car and customer service that i recieved.

Saw an advert on a Autotrader and they seemed to have a lot of decent looking cars in stock. Drove 80 miles both ways to see a car - service history checked out 70k miles on a modern solid car. Salesman would not budge on px price for my wifes car and seemed a "typical" salesman. I Inspected the car in their dimly lit showroom - all their cars are well valeted. Test drive with a mechanic for 5 minutes car seemed ok. A knocking became evident at 40-60 mph on shallow left bends as I was driving it home. Upon checking the front drivers side track rod end had wear resulting in an audible clonk and obvious movement in the front wheel back and fore about 1/4 of an inch resulting in wheel flutter and knocking at certain speeds and angles. I rang the dealer to broker a solution either through the warantee that they proudly sold or through some sort of small reimbursement so that I could effect repair. The salesman tried to tell me that it was a "rubber bush" referring to the anti roll bar bushes. He did not know the difference between a steering rack and an anti roll bar and I wasted 2 minutes explaining it. He then told me that they test drive all their cars and it "must have happened on the way home." He then put his mechanic on the phone to repeat this mantra. I explaiuned that a track rod end is an item that wears slowly and not suddenly but I was told "obviously youre the expert unlike me." Well I guess so "mechanic". The saleman came back on and asked me "why I was lying" at which point I explained the small claims court procedure to him as he continued to abuse me and hung up on him. Clowns obviously don't check these cars they just clean them nicely. AVOID.

Went to see a Corsa supposedly with full service history but no service since 2013 . Back tyres worn one illegal but had new MOT. Went for test drive and there was a knocking noise and indicator stick was loose .would not budge on price as said would get asking price also you have to buy the warranty .buyer beware .
