I purchased a BMW 1 Series from Lee on a very snowy grey day. After taking the car home and giving it a clean and a dry I noticed a few paint defects and a rattle from the exhaust. I contacted Lee regarding these issues and he took the car back without question to get all the defects rectified without question or cost to myself and provided a nice courtesy car to help me get around while the work was been done. The car was brought back to me today and presented to very high standard. Lee and his staff were very professional and attentive throughout the entire process and clearly know exactly what they are doing when it comes to providing high quality customer care. I would 100% recommend to everyone.

Lee is a fantastic dealer, I can honestly say you can buy in complete confidence with him! Clear communication throughout and he was happy to answer every one of my many questions! Due to covid and buying out of area, Lee was totally open about the condition of the vehicle he was selling, sending photos of every detail of the van without even being asked. He happily liaised with the pick up company to collect the van for it to be delivered to me. There was no pressure to buy and he was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. The van is fantastic, it will serve us well, with the added reassurance of the 14 day test drive period and 3 month warranty. Thank you again! We shall be keeping an eye out for any future vehicles we may want to buy.

VW Passat R line estate wasn’t as described on eBay, disappointing 4 hours Journeys..... make sure you ask for a video link to see the car very well before travelling especially a lot of the details it was avoided when taking pictures. Very disappointed !

Bought a cheap run around as my son's first car, mechanically seemed sound, cosmetically it's was pretty shocking! But we knew that so that was fine. Cut a longer story short, car battery was dead so needed a new one before we could drive it away, paid full price for car and Lee agreed to fit a new battery. Collected car next day and although a new battery was fitted it was smaller with less capacity (and no doubt cheaper!) than the correct replacement. Given the car is a diesel the car ideally should have had the heavier duty battery. A couple of subsequent calls and Lee provided a new correct replacement battery. So overall happy with car and how the issue was finally resolved.

Brought a lovely clean astra from bridge car sales and from the beginning to the end absolute honesty about the car unfortunately there was a problem with the battery and starter which wasn't noticed till weeks after purchasing and at no hesitation when asked was told to bring the car in for repair at no cost to myself! Every step of purchasing this vehicle to the after sales care has been flawless and professional all the way will definitely be back when it's time for my next car won't go anywhere else highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy from somewhere they can trust.

Good experience from start to finish. I purchased a 20 year old bora that lee assured me that it had a small fortune spent on it and that the last owner had to give up driving. I was sceptical at first due to its age. Reassured by lee I made the journey by train from Yorkshire the Leciester, honestly he had told me the whole truth about the car over email, I was pretty blown away with how clean it was and how well it drove. I brought my bmw 1 Series Sport from them 3 years ago I have now sold the car on looking for something new but have to say this car was amazing it was in grate condition and grate price never in the past 3 year had any issues at all or had any repairs apart for the normal wear and tear brakes and tires that’s it it came from bmw was a company car when I brought it. I have to say it was a grate car so thank you very much. I’ve looked on your site and I’m sad that you don’t have the car I am looking for in stock as I would defo buy from him again Knowing he has good cars at a grate standard and price

I bought a 520d off Lee at Bridge Car sales. I found Lee honest and responsive to my enquiry's. On arrival the car was clean and in great condition as described. However it was missing a rear parcel shelf, after some discussions Lee agreed to discount the car for the price of the shelf which I purchased separately. I guess we are all measured on quickly and easily problems are sorted and I commend him for that.

Bought a lovely land rover from these guys, great honest dealer. They did a deal on my previous land rover which had a few issues. The staff even went the extra mile and drove me to the post office to get taxed, then gave me a bit of cash for fuel for way home.

I would definitely recommend Bridge Car Sales to everyone. I travelled from Scotland to purchase my Audi A6 and have not been disappointed. My Audi developed a fault within 2 weeks of purchasing the car, Mr Lee Marshall asked me to supply him with a fault diagnostics and a price to repair at my local garage and he authorised and paid for this to be repaired locally for me. My car has been running like a dream ever since.:-)
