l can't praise Accident Cameras enough for their dedication and involvement in their after sales care service. Having had to return a faulty Dash Cam it took a while to get the item replaced due to technical problems through no fault of their own and was impressed in the way the matter was handled in such a friendly and dedicated way. Top Marks to Accident Cameras especially many thanks to staff member Andy for his help and advice. Second purchase from this company now and they've been great, so much so that I wanted to write a review. My initial purchase a few months ago was for a camera for my wife's car and everything was perfect, order placed on their site, arrived within a couple of days. Second purchase last week, for me this time now that i'd seen the benefits of my spouses camera, was from a call to them as I wanted to up the ante slightly and go for something with a bit more technology. I cant fault the guys at Accident Cameras! Such knowledge and they really did answer every question I threw at them (and there were quite a few as I'd really been doing my homework beforehand). Very happy customer 5/5 I'll be back either when our kids start driving, or if I see some footage on the camera that means I re-marry :-)

6 month old camera failed, received label by e mail. Replaced immediately without quibble, so now all up & running again. My original e mail went to their spam & 'phones being upgraded, which delayed getting hold of them, but once done, service excellent. That is the only reason for the missing star.

They confirmed a unit I bought from them had developed a fault and needed exchanging. Despite returning it by recorded delivery and e-mails and a letter I have heard nothing from them (their phone line never works). So, irrespective of the quality of their products if you might want any form of customer service or support I suggest you give these people a miss.

I asked a couple of questions regarding this camera which were answered without delay My order arrived very quickly and I must say the set up and ease of use of the camera are absolutely as described I would recommend accident cameras should you be considering buying a dual dash cam Great communication after purchase too as I rather stupidly forgot to order an SD Card Sorted now though nyqer66

Bought two cameras in April 2016. Had nothing but problems. Assured me that it wasn't their cameras and could be my wiring. Despite myself being an electrician and having wired up both military and civilian aircraft over a 30 year career. They did replace one of my cam's as a goodwill gesture, which has a totally different menu system compared to the other one I bought from them. I tried good spec memory cards and both or either of the cam's would still randomly lock up. So recently I took the plunge and bought two nextbase 212 cam's from Halfords. In two weeks of operation not one single lock up or error from them. Really wished I had never ever bought from this company. Will certainly not be recommending them to friends or colleagues.

Mixed bag of a review really. The camera itself is good BUT - and it's a big BUT - the power cable causes so much interference that you can't listen to the radio - and because the camera itself works fine the company refuses to acknowledge that there is any fault - even though they do acknowledge that it is a known fault that the cable causes interference! They are trying to blame the shielding in my vehicle - though nothing else electrical is affecting the radio - GPS included. I was informed by them to buy ferrite beads and attach them - I now have a total of 11 ferrite beads on the cable at extra cost to me and still can't listen to the radio properly and now the company refuses to acknowledge my emails and their phone line is being 'upgraded' - something that has now been going on for a fortnight. Oddly enough their own website won't let me leave a review either so I now wonder if the reviews on the site are real or fake. Would I buy from them again? - absolutely not.

First dashcam was replaced (eventually) 2nd dashcam keeps switching off. Their customer service telephone lines don't work. No response to emails even though promised that if I have further issues they will be willing to help. No responses to emails. Phone lines do not work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Quick enough to take your money but the support is dire. Camera no longer recognises SD cards no matter what make or model i use. I have logged tickets with their support website which get ignore, emailed them which also get ignored, been promised call backs which never happen. Avoid them

The immediate and professional technical help I received was second to none and there always seemed to be somebody on the end of the line with the appropriate technical expertise. Many thanks to the team at ACCIDENT CAMERAS. I would have no hesitation in recommending this supplier.

I ordered a RePlay Prime X camera for £269.99. Got an email from Accident Cameras saying they couldn`t fill the order but would replace it with the Tomtom Bandit camera "at no extra cost to you" with a link to the Bandit on their site showing a price of £299.99. Being short of time and believing this to be a good and genuine offer I accepted. When it arrived I went to the Tomtom website to get an operating manual. There I found the product for sale at £239.99. I emailed Accident Cameras and asked for a refund of the difference. Their answer was that they offered it at that price and I accepted. True, but sneaky I think. Always double check any Accident Cameras offers "at no extra cost to you". Like me, you may finish up paying significantly more for your product than you should
