I ordered a photo album for Christmas - more than a month ago - for click&collect and they never sent it; I called and emailed them multiple times. Today I asked for my money back since they failed to provide the product within 30 days, and they said that's "not something their policy allows them to do".
I'm curious what this means, since companies are expected to honor deliveries within a reasonable amount of time.
Still waiting for my money back. Such a shame - I'm in the market for a new camera and was considering them, but now I'll say well clear.

It has been a whole year since I went to this Jessops shop to process two films of photos made for a client (way before the pandemic), they still haven't managed to process the photos. I've been trying to contact them on numerous occasions to get my films back since they seem unable to process them so at least I can recover them and process them in another local shop which will actually do what they charge for. It seems that they have lost for good my two films, but they refuse and tell me "to keep waiting, as they have a slight delay". Well, it has been a whole year instead of the promised 5 weeks and I haven't got neither a refund, my films back (with or without processing) nor the photos. My client hasn't paid me for this job.
Jessops, you have lost thousands of pounds in purchases from me for your incompetence. As a matter of fact, a quick search on Google shopping will give you the option to buy the same products cheaper from other shops, I will never again fall into the Jessop's trap.

Always loved Jessops but lately you can’t contact them no telephone number to discuss any issues I personally find that a little annoying when you are spending large amounts of money and get no information on where your delivery is or when it will be.

Went there to buy the latest version of the Dji Mini Drone and I asked the guy “which one is the latest version? Are you going to receive the Dji Mini 2 soon? The answer was No.
5 days after that Jessops sent me an advert saying “Get the New Dji Mini II”
This was the end...
By the way like £100 less expensive.

Jessops sold me a £ 700 camera that was opened and used. When I got home, it was full of someone else's holidays photos. I went to the shop to exchange it or get a refund, but the guy who attended me denied me the right to exchange it or get a refund, he said I was the one that used it. Beware of these big scammers. I now buy all my photography equipment in Amazon.

The shop looks amazing and offers a great selection of photographic products including photo prints and gifts. However the main reason for the 5 stars is the staff; they are very approachable and knowledgeable and are clearly passionate about the industry they work within. If you are looking for good advice or considering printing your images, this shop is second to none.

The staff are friendly & very helpful. I recently had to visit & was on crutches, they kindly offered me seating while they went about finding some information for me, while processing my order. Bought a recorder from Oxford street branch and explained them what exactly i am looking for and why! Also told them i need something which could be useful a for a long term and I want to use memory card where i can save my recordings. Despite telling them whole story I was very disappointed when I realised that they they did not provide me whatever I was looking for. I spent well over £100 for a recorder which is useless and does not work properly.
I have been there quite few times to buy a memory card but staff does not seems very helpful. They don’t care if someone is having issue or if there is anything which they can resolve. Customer service doesn’t exists in Jessops
I would not use them ever again.

Staff didn't seem competent enough to provide professional answers / recommendations although they have a Nikon lanyard. I have a Nikon D500 and was recommended an 18-140mm and a 55-200mm. Disgrace.

This review is with regards to 'Jessops Photo' online printing service:
Unfortunately can't recommend, ordered prints (13 in total) on 9/10/19 and to the date of this review (22/10/2019) I have still not received the prints.
I had to make a phone call myself to find the status of the order (nothing available online to check yourself), to which after many attempts of trying to find out what has happened .. still no further, not at any point offered an apology or shown any empathy or any interest to try to put things right.
I have since grown tired and bored of waiting so have contacted PayPal to resolve the dispute in order to receive a refund. Jessops may not give a toss about the photos but this was for an exhibition so I really did give a toss.
If the news is true of Jessops facing financial administration then I can't say that I am surprised, stop showing your customers utter disdain and maybe things will improve.

Large central London camera store with lots of staff to assist but will also let you browse happily.
Staff are knowledgeable but worth doing your research before you go as they have a very big range and if you don't know where you are heading easy to get lost.
In store prices reasonable and same as their website. They do a price match promise but it is limited to single items not bundles offered elsewhere. However there seems to be a lot of in store discretion on matches as this store wouldn't match Park Cameras nearby but the other Jessops in New Oxford St would. So do shop around.

This is the new store, they have very friendly team. I got my Fuji x-t30 and they helped me to setup everything and even show me how to use and improve the performance of the system. I will definitely go back to get my prime lens.

Jessops has great ideas transforming its business and its offering a great range of services. Unfortunately nothing seems to be coordinated nor it has got the infrastructure to do it . I ordered an item online and asked to collect from store. After waiting for 10+ working days, this item not only has not arrived, but when I phoned up the store they said they have not received my order at all. I then phoned up the customer services line but it seems they are constrained at what they can actually do, the only advice from them is for me to phone the store again and they will do the investigation, which is not very helpful. I bought this as a present so I do require consistency in terms of when it will arrive, and if after 10 + working days Jessops still doesn't even know of my order, then there is a fundamental flaw there.

I was looking for a beginners video camera at a reasonable price, when we approached the staff they were patronising (especially old staff) when I asked for something around £250-350, I don’t know much about cameras and thought it would be more sensible to buy something cheaper and learn more about it before buying something expensive, however they scoffed and told us that I can only buy something from £1000 onwards and were unhelpful in trying to find a camera for a more reasonable price.

The staff have an awful 'I'm superior to you' attitude if you don't know everything about cameras. If you haven't already done your research don't bother because the help you get from these guys is vague at best.
Asides from that, selection is good. Lighting also good, have a good test on the cameras. Clean shop, and right in the centre of town.

Very helpful staff, who do not waste your time if you're in a hurry. My advice is, check and do your research on line before walking in, have your phone ready with prices and your selection, test in store, then you'll be surely be leaving satisfied with a new camera or an accessory. Managers /supervisors are knowledgeable of the products, rest of staff need a bit more training.
