I saw a Canon 6d on clearance at £100 cheaper than any other website I've visited, asked for more information about it before deciding if I should buy it. Someone got back to me in a few hours which was great.
Ordered the camera at 4pm, received it at 3pm the following day.
The camera's condition excedeed my expectations, it looks great and works as it should. Definitely reccomend!

London Store experience was amazing. However, since the stores are closed, very poor online/phone customer service from sales team to customer care team. I would have expected much better customer service, Especially these days when you have to convert from store experience to phone/online experience due to Covid-19. Hopefully it will improve.

Used their on line sales for a pair of Steiner binoculars. Best price I could find, delivered exceptionally well packaged a few days later. Wife was so impressed i ordered a second pair which arrived believe it or not, the next day. Fantastic price and service. Amazon begone with you.

I ordered a Canon PIXMA iP8750 - A3+ Wireless Photo Printer on 20th February 2021 and there was information about the leading time as 10 days or less.
I haven't heard anything from this company until 15 days past after I purchased. when I called them, they said they haven't got the printer yet and expecting to receive it in the middle of March. I was very disappointed. We need this printer for work.
Today is 14.03.21 and still no information or delivery from them. I contacted them again and still the same answer they don't know despite I have been waiting for a month now.
Ridiculous! They are misleading people. When you are buying, they never inform you that they don't know the delivery time. You cannot sell something if you dont knwo the delivery time and even if you do, be honest and inform people then.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM!!!!!!

Went to buy tripod and it was marked as £224 but at the counter it was £229. I let this go and selected a bag that was clearly marked as £135. At the counter it was £179. Lies were given that they did not have time to change prices yet the next size up bag was marked as £139 so the lies told to me about cornonavirus and the shop being open for 3 days since it was closed could not stand up. The assistant must have taken me for a mug. I have bought small items in the past from this shop off Oxford street but will never go there again.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! We went on Sunday and had a quick look at one camera model with one of the guys there, who spent maybe 10-15 min just showing us different functions of the camera and how these affect pictures in a real setup. After some extra research online, we decided we would like to see the superior model of the camera from a few days ago so i got in touch with the store directly. They were again very helpful and reserved it for me until i could reach the store in the evening. Needless to say, half hour later i left the store with a new (and upgraded) toy, plus a number of accessories, all ready to try this weekend in Rome. Thanks Richard for all your help!

It's always nice to walk in the shop even before closing time. Normally I reserve the items I need so there is no frustration. The thing is I could never manage to leave to leave the shop in less tan an hour. Nice service, professional staff 90% of time.

Wanted to compare spotting scopes as they sell them online. However, none available in the shop. The offer to order one in specially which I might be able to look at if there were no seals to be broken was hardly helpful. How do you expect me to spend thousands of pounds on a product I cannot even look at first?

The people there are friendly and will help once approached but half of them seem distracted so you may have to go find them. This isn't too much of an issue because there has always been a large number of staff when I have gone in.
There is lots of open space for a camera store, and the selection is small but seems of high quality.

I did not realize for a week that I did not have the item and although initially not found they agreed to discount & order a replacement, I was happy with that. Good central London camera store with knowledgeable staff. They are happy to answer questions and let you handle cameras/lenses before buying. Normally have a very good stock in store and can order in if needed.
Really worth doing your research first as they have a big range and lots of offers on their website which are not always known to staff in store. Also they do work closely with some manufacturers so may be favorable to their kit. They will price match local shops within reason.

I bought an expensive - GBP 3200 - camera with two lenses from Park. The lens-cap didn't fit its lens and Park in a few days supplied me with the correct cap; an excellent service, although a lens should have had its correct cap when sold.
Later, I bought a second camera but my bank declined my payment on 'fraud' grounds. I spent ages on the 'phone to my bank to effect the sale. The salesperson did not really care.
Park neither recognize nor appreciate their previous customers and transactions.

Came in on Saturday morning and was served by Kevin and another young man who's name I don't recall but I spoke to most. Both excellent. Very knowledgeable about the Canon SLR bodies and lenses. Very professional and easy going. No pressure at all to buy, just engaged to show me what the latest bodies did and showed me the new EOS R.
