Were very helpful, we were greeted warmly and they sorted out a really messy situation for us involving multiple people dropping out of a house.
Plus we weren't charged a penny in fees (Sometimes being a student is awesome)
Would recommend them to any student.

Some of the most awful customer service I have ever experienced - two employers were very rude and no one seemed to know what was going on at any point. We were promised things that didn't deliver and we were blamed. Do not whatsoever let a house from here.

It seemed like we were an inconvenience for them, and they rushed around trying to pressure us into a rubbish house by saying things like 'oh that one's just gone, see its like that' 'another estate agent is about to take this one, but we can get in there first' and constantly telling us how few houses there were left. The prices on the windows differed to those told to us inside, and also most of the window houses were not available. They rushed to the door as soon as they saw us, and were just generally unfriendly. I will be telling everyone to avoid them in the future. I'd say space were much better, very friendly and honest about things. The first house we saw with space was the one we chose. It seems like Cintra show the worst houses first because they want to get rid of them.

Possibly one of the most unhelpful and unprofessional agencies I have ever dealt with in all my life. Words cannot express how disappointed I was with the customer service that was bestowed upon us. Their office is shoddy and unwelcoming, which is more that can be said about their manner. We were constantly put under pressure to agree to take various houses that were not up to scratch, and we were constantly being shown houses that were not suitable for our needs. Their sales tactics boarder on pressure selling, and they feel that just because we are students they can pull the wool over our eyes. The man who was showing us around houses was rude and was making sweeping generalisations about current tenants which made everybody in the party feel uneasy and unwelcome.
Indeed Cintra Estates should be used in universities as a case study for poor institutions.

Essentially the same as the other on here, pressured into renting an overly expensive, poor quality house. House has been literally falling apart, we were assured we were with cintra's "Top landlord". Landlord tells us Cintra is in charge of repairs and refuses to help, Cintra claims landlord is in charge of repairs. Do NOT use this agent, completely unprofessional and exceptionally expensive.

We were a group of 7 boys, previously wen't through both Adams and Westgate estate agents, although they couldn't find us anything up to our standards and Adams were quite pushy with payments, which we didn't like.
We understood that Cintra had some bad rumours flying about, but we still wanted to check all our options, so we decided to go to them after. However, when we went to Cintra they were very friendly, helpful and had lots of options for us that were all of a good quality. We felt prioritised and they supplied a van to take us all around with, which before the other agents didn't and this was quite annoying being made to walk to see each of the households.
Another main point we were happy about was their relaxed nature about the procedure, they weren't pushy and they listened to what we exactly wanted, rather than just supplying us with whatever they had.
Overall, the whole experience with Cintra was fast, easy and successful. I also can't personally pick out any negative points, so I would happily recommend their services to anyone else - especially student housing wise.

We was renting from Cintra and these guys are really disorganised and unprofessional. They just want to take your rent and not provide any service for it. We had so many issue sin our property and they ignored all of our request to repair. They are unaware of their obligations as an agent and should be avoided at all costs. Then they want to deduct your deposit!!!

At first they seemed ok, a little pushy rushing us from house to house and telling us how much we didn't really have much time to choose as they'd all be gone soon. From there on in we felt like an inconvenience to them. We were ill-informed about payments, they were disorganised with what we owed and what we had paid. We had been with them for almost 5 months, yet they had no idea who we were or what our file was- which did nothing for customer service. They ignored our requests not to be contacted by third parties and happily sent them our information and mobile numbers! The last straw was attempting to talk to them on the phone and being hung up!- Then they ask us to write a review because "fake" bad reviews by their competitors are being set up- which sounds like a awful petty excuse.
Although from face family it seemed like any other agency- lack of customer service and complete disorganisation would make this one to go with.

Terrible customer service, kept our deposits and I had to ring them 3 times just to get it back after we moved out. They continually made mistakes and then we suffered as a consequence. Would not recommend.
