PLEASE READ AND BE WARNED:
Cintra (& Ridgemoor) have made mine and my housemate's stay in our house HELL. They have completely conned us. They do no repairs (we asked from June 2017, we've only recently had most repairs completed) and the repairs are inadequate. This property has been dangerous to live in. They do not reply to phone calls or emails. They are rude. Mr Khan is a horrifically disgusting human being, and the property manager is also terrible. They are rude and unkind. You should all know they've had lots of legal action taken out against them and they are currently bankrupt. I'd write more but I can be bothered giving any more time or writing this. they aren't worth it. We have a full list of everything they've done (or haven't done). PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID. ESPECIALLY STUDENTS.

Amar was very informative in helping us secure our house. We thought that the free mini bus service when showing us viewings was very useful and appreciated on a cold winter night! Amar was really friendly and we felt very comfortable signing a contract with Cintra. No student fees, what a bonus! (From all the girls who made you stay late, sorry!)

Cintra estates Reading are not a company you should rely on. We went to 4 viewings yesterday, and asked the company to send us an email RIGHT away with pictures of the houses we went to. We didn't receive the email that day, and we had to call 3 TIMES the next day to have them to send us the pictures. When we finally got the pictures, we replied to minutes after "We want the house, how should we do this? Do you want us to stop by today" They never replied, and i called back two hours later, and then the house was taken. I cant belive it. We were going to decide right after we got the pictures of the houses, and its their fault we didn't get this house. This is so unprofessional.

Good that there are no student fees, but was asked to write a review as there were several "fake" bad reviews on here bringing the overall rating down. They can be helpful, but are very badly organised and are constantly contacting my housemates asking for paperwork we handed in and first months rent we paid months ago!

Cintra is nice, but the property they found us is horrible. We moved into a filthy house with previous tenants things still lying around including food. Nobody even bothered to clean the house before giving us the keys. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. No acknowledgements even if we report the issues. I would never get a property from them ever again.

The company was extremely rude and rented out our house over the summer without letting us know. We were forced to change houses at very little notice. They also failed to clean the new house and there was even a leak from the bathroom, that caused the kitchen ceiling to crack. Never going with this company ever again!!!!!

Cintra Estates(Christchurch Road)- adjacent to the University of Reading is simply amazing. The staff working there are very welcoming and quite helpful...... I mean they do not relent until your housing issue/problem is sorted out. As a foreign/international student my greatest headache when I got University Admission was where to live especially since University Accommodation was exhausted. I dropped them and other Letting Agents an e-mail a month before travelling to the UK and unlike the others, they responded effectively giving me several available options. Upon my arrival, I did several viewings free of charge......yes, no fees charged on students, what more could a student want???
What I also like about them is that they do not leave you stranded even after you have let the house. One time I had a problem with plumbing and they took it up with my landlord and the issue was fixed immediately......

most useless company i have dealt with, ask to speak to commercial agent and he/she is never there, doubt they employ one, email them, no reply. say they will call back when you phone, no call. say they will pass on a message. doubt that happens to. never deal with these people. dont waste your time or energy

Great experience with cintra, viewed 5 houses - driven to each house by Benji who gave us tours and informed us fully of each of the houses. Decided on one house during this trip and we were able to put down a deposit and secure the house within 20 minutes of deciding - great service, have used cintra in the past and would use again ????

Great Service! Been using them for the last 4 years to rent various different houses over student life (Think I'm on my 5th house from their listing so far, and this one is the best yet!).
They Professional and they will actually help you out in a jam: I remember one time we had a problem with a landlord being absolutley rude and not agreeing to fix anything in his house - Cintra, after not being able to reason with him, just helped us get out of that house (even got us a van) and moved into another one within 24 hours!
Totally recommend using these guys!
