Absolutely rubbish experience. Purchased an item, returned the next day but the money never reached my account. Now Zara representative tells me that I should wait for up to 10 working days for MY money to reach my account. I am sorry but this is nonsense. Store 453 on Oxford street in London - outrageous experience!

Was advised by online chat assistant that an item was in stock in Oxford St and that if I called them they would reserve it for me. First call the boy who answered laughed and pretended he couldnt hear me, second attempt they told me I wasnt through to the stotre and they couldnt help. Third try, I was told I was speaking to the store but its their company policy not to reserve items for customers. How infuriating! Can't beleive their staff treat customers like this - Such annoyingly poor service!
