Covent Garden Medical Centre

My husband and I have been patients at this practice since we moved to London 4 years ago from the United States. Every time we have needed to see our doctor, Dr. Stephen Cheung, we have always been able to get an appointment with him rather quickly and he has always been great at diagnosing what was wrong and getting us to feel better quickly. During the pandemic when we have been unable to just walk in for an appointment, we have had telephone appointments with Dr. Cheung and they have gone smoothly and seamlessly and even though it had to be over the phone, our issues were handled and treated perfectly. Overall, we are very happy with the services we have received at Covent Garden Medical Centre and everyone we have dealt with (receptionists, nurses, doctors) have always treated us kindly and with great care.

Absolute negligence and malpractice. Terribly rude and horrible admin staff, broken system, difficulties are overlooked and impossible to be seen by a GP on time. This place should be investigated and if nothing changes then shut down. They are I’ll equipped to help people.

Bad admin experience. I registered and saw a nurse for the initial examination, about one year later when I actually needed their services I was told I'm no longer registered with them. No clear reason given, I was just asked to find another GP

This doctor’s surgery is simply amazing, I’ve been a patient for over a year now and I’m astounded at how much better it is than my previous NHS practice in Chelsea, it’s incomparable. This surgery should stand as a blue print for all National Health GP surgeries . The receptionist is beyond friendly and informative and the doctors and nurses are sublime . I feel like I’m dealing with a private practice whenever I deal with them, they are actually a lot better than a lot of private practices too! Well done everyone . 10/10

Since Zak has gone the reception is akin to being checked into a prison. Rude, no eye contact. Thank goodness I don't suffer anxiety as treatment like this just isn't good for anyone's mental health.
