I am a very hard to please kind of person and being a perfectionist, I demand and expect excellenct customer service. I have never been content with any pharmacy so far, until came across Blenheim Pharmacy where the customer service is truly beyond excellent. The pharmacists are super helpful and also highly empathetic, friendly and caring. Including the cashier! They all have such a positive vibe and one almost feels like being in the hands of own family. Super genuine people and top top customer service!

Great service. I went to buy some medicine and usually most of pharmacists don't give you advices. Today it was my first time in this pharmacy and without the help of one of the staff member, I would have gone for the wrong choice of medicines, he was really nice and helpful. Thank you !

Awful customer service, very moody pharmacists and cashier. Overpriced masks and hand sanitiser (one small bottle for £7), trying to profit out of the pandemic is disgraceful.

Charging £10 for a 100ml hand sanitiser that would normally cost £1 at the height of the pandemic was pretty awful to your local community. I have changed my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Also very rude staff

My good friends at Blenheim Pharmacy have helped me and supported me through one of the toughest, hardest times of my life. They are and consistently continue to be a fantastic team, always friendly, always smiling and always the most excellent profesional service. I have many other nearer pharmacies I could go to, but I choose Benheim Pharmacy on Portobello Road. I couldnt ask for a better service tbh.

Worst service ever. Unhelpful and impolite. As a reply: I did not ask the staff to stay behind for any amount of time. I just asked at what time the pharmacy closes. You said to come before 7pm and hung up on me.

Management and staff are all very lazy and incompetent.
I buy an NHS Prescription Prepayment Certificate every 3 months which make my prescriptions cheaper as I am on repeat prescriptions and on low income.
My GP sends the chemist an electronic paper repeat prescription.
The chemist kept my prescription in their store room where they keep other patient's prescription as well.
When I went to collect my medicine within the time frame before my certificate expired, they claimed that I did have the prescription in question. They did not bother to check on their computer or their store room.
Very soon after I visited the chemist again I did not have a valid certificate then. It had expired. I paid for one prescription at the NHS rate.
I was then informed that there is another prescription that I had not collected. (The missing one)
On checking the prescription date, I noticed that it would have been covered by my previous certificate.. I was told that I will have to pay for it.
I was very upset and no given apology or explanation as to why they held it. It is clear that their carelessness resulted that i had to pay for it if I wanted it.
Now I have stopped going there and have changed my pharmacy.
