The best pharmacy in the world. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I went there today to pick up my prescription and when I open it up at home I found a lovely hand write message inside. It made me smile and reminded me of kindness.

My daughter went to pick up my medication with my exemption certificate and she was rudely quizzed as to why I was entitled to get it free.
The reason I receive it free is nothing to do with the pharmacy sales person, I hold a valid certificate and as per GDPR my private details should not be requested by persons not entitled to know them and certainly not in a public space.
I have been getting my medication from this pharmacy since it was over the road. Since it has been taken over the service has gone down and the prices UP!
I will be changing where I get my medication.
I don't leave reviews as a rule so this shows just how unhappy I am about this.

Excellent chemists and serving staff. I am always happy with how friendly everyone is. There is a consultation room here and they deliver. This chemist is always busy but they to make sure everyone is served quickly. There is social distancing in place and hand sanitiser available. They sell a wide range of products and have been able to order some items previously for me when I have needed them. They are two seats inside close to the serving counter and for the days when my leg is not behaving properly is a great help.
I would recommend this chemist. All chemists are busy during this time and means at most times they will be busy. A lot of people have been unwell and unable to go to their GPs and along with peoples regular medication high demand is being placed on our chemists. This chemist will try to deal with you quickly and are really lovely people.

The way you have been treating the local customers regarding hiking the prices of certain items is absolutely disgusting. I came in yesterday to purchase paracetamol and you wanted to charge me £14 for a box, this is disgusting and I will not be using you shop again .
Remember this virus will not last for ever and I hope neither will you business.

Terrific local pharmacy, has been in the area (in a previous form) for decades, and has excellent relationships with local residents and doctors. Will order in any product or medication swiftly and provides expert advice. Leagues ahead of the big chain pharmacies because of its dedication to the local community.

I have used this pharmacy since I moved to the area 22 years ago. The pharmacist is unfailingly kind and knowledgeable, and is my first point of call when I have an ailment unless I know I have to go to my GP, e.g. for a prescription. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shameful and unacceptable behaviour from local pharmancy. Charging £8.99 for a hand sanitiser and £14.95 for face masks at a time of crisis. Should be stopped and made punishable!! Let's make them know that we don't accept such behaviours!!!

Dhiren, the pharmacist, is extremely helpful and kind. He is known for providing an excellent service to his local customers and well liked in the community. He gives advice when asked and can administer flu jabs (when in stock) and give consultations. He and his staff will go out of their way to deliver medicines to locals who are house bound. His new shop is bright and airy and well stocked. Highly recommended for local service.

I've been in here a couple of times. First time was just to grab something over the counter. The man rushed me and insisted it was the correct product. When I got home to use it was a completely different product. Which is fine, I assumed it was a mistake as the proper product does look similar. The second time I was there was to fill a prescription. The same man served me and for some reason was extremely combative when I tried to enquire about my prescription. He wouldn't let me finish any sentences, continually interrupting me in a very aggressive dismissive manner.
I left feeling rather upset with my experience as I have a chronic condition and wanted help from the pharmacist to understand my medication better.
If you are just picking up a couple of things or filling a simple prescription this place is fine. But anything more complicated or a valid medical related question, I would suggest going somewhere else.

The Hammersmith Pharmacy is a rip off, they sell 90 Paracetamol for £8.99 when legally should only sell 32, they were selling 500ml of Sanitizer gel at £34.95, the Government should prosecute this type of extortion

Extremely rude... called ahead to check if they had a prescription item in stock. He didn't. When I asked how much it'd be he said I'd have to come in, "can't you work tell me now?" - "no" and hung up. What do you expect from someone who can't even work out how to put their website or phone number on google?
