Very rude staff and not helpful. Aviod at all cost. They need to learn customer services. After arguing with them I managed to get the prescribe medicine for my partner. The guy at the cashier needs to learn how to be polite and smile. Miserable lot.

If I had an option I would give ZERO rating for this pharmacy. Waited over an hour for my medication and when they call my ticket number they said one medication in not available. No communication practice at all. I could see all pharmacy staff running like a headless chicken. Pathetic.

Be prepared to wait for more than a hour. Experienced more than once at this pharmacy. Make sure you have full battery or some reading material. You might even have to spend a night there you never know. They are slower than a 1 legged dog on a tranquillizer

Please could this place be reported. Longest wait times. I was told the wait is just over 3.5 hours for antibiotics which had to be taken stat after a procedure. When i told them i cannot wait as needed to go back to work, they couldn’t help. I asked if i can use the prescription elsewhere (like Boots) and pay for the medicines and was told yes by the man behind the counter. I went back to work and to the local boots and was informed that as the prescription was unsigned, it doesn’t work outside the hospital. I ended up not taking the medicine. Thankfully there was no infection after the procedure but if there was one I would be looking to take legal action. I am also going to formally complain to the hospital and urge others to do the same. No reason why waiting times are so long other than inefficiency and laziness.

Was not told what the waiting time was upon handing my prescription. 1hour and 30 minutes later, it is finally my turn. Received absolutely no apology although the woman did apologize to some customers before me. Extremely bad customer service and staff who do not seem to care about people. Had I known that upfront, I would not have gone. Please ensure you are checking the waiting time beforehand so no nasty surprises will come your way. I strongly recommend using a normal pharmacy (if applicable) where you would have a speedy service. Do not use that pharmacy unless you do not have the choice.

I've used this pharmacy now a few times and I must be honest, the staff are very caring, attentive and go the extra mile to help out when medications are not available. The service is outstanding and members of the team are very receptive to customer needs. Thank you so much for the kind service Lloyds Team. I went to collect my prescription, ordered by Rheumatology dept the day before. My order was ready and waiting for me I only waited 5 mins, staff were polite and helpful. I think the trick is to arrive early if you can

Worst terrible Pharmacy I've been to. Unhelpful and incompetence service. I was prescribed medication by the neurologist and have been waiting over 3 weeks for this medication which is ridiculous, it shouldn't take that long. Miscommunication with staff about it, I'll be getting it elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very disappointed with this place. After waiting time 40 minutes I have realized at home when I suppose to take my first Lubion injection they forgot to give me syringes and needles. So much stress afterwards what to do no need.

World's longest wait i.e. 1hr 15 mins. They swiftly take your prescription before telling how long the wait will be. You will wait up to an hour for your number to be called and then another 15-20mins for them to actually give you your prescription. Basically they call your number when it isn't ready, and then even when it is ready there is no-one to dispense it to you. Also, zero confidentiality about what your prescription is for. Expect a very expensive prescription if you come by car as you will be spending at least an hour extra on parking fees. I was 5 minutes over and received a £100 parking fine.

The worst service. Staff have No customer service skills After being seen by hospital within 30mins of my appointment. You have no choice but to use there in house chemist Lloyds. After a short queue to hand in my prescription I was told the wait would be an hour. Time 11.28am. Not to bad il have lunch and Come back. My ticket number was finally announced at 12.50pm so I asked the assistant if my prescription was ready and was told it was not! So I waited for another 10 mins and then asked a different member of staff for my prescription as it was called out already. He told me to join the queue which was now out the door. Frustrated I joined the queue and heard the only member of staff at collections desk calling out numbers passed mine. Now 1.10pm. Finally after complaining loudly the numbers are not being called in order what is the point of having a ticket system My number was called and I was told it was ready when it was called out!! Confused!! No apology for waiting more than an hour to myself or all the other members of the public waiting in defiantly. We should not be forced to collect prescription from here.

You're never waiting too long. There's an electronic board displaying approximate waiting time which allows you to go the small cafe in the corridor rather than sit and fidget. Staff are approachable after you've passed your prescription but bare in mind each time you keep asking how long it will be you're delaying someone else from passing​ theirs through ! Be patient.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy ever, miscommunication between staff, if there was any to begin with, spent over an hour waiting for one prescription that was dropped off the previous day...and they got that wrong too. Just awful service.

Don't go to this place with private IVF scripts - they will say your order number and it's a long one so I've left it (you can be overheard from the waiting area where people are waiting it's only up stairs) - they should be done in order - as hearing 10+ people with numbers after you is annoying!

Initially did not give me all the medicines (I had to check everything was there) on my prescription and I only discovered that I had to keep one of the medicines in the fridge once I got home. Normally a pharmacist walk you through each medicine and explains if a particular medicine needs special treatment like refrigeration. I was extremely disappointed given that this is a hospital pharmacy.

Terrible service. An hour wait to get less than a third of what I was prescribed. They told me to get a new prescription and come back in 4 weeks. A total waste of time. If you can get your medicines somewhere else - do so.
