Unhelpful and dismissive staff at the prescriptions section. It was the first and definitely the last time I bought my prescription medicine there.
1) the pharmacist gave me a generic anti-epilepsy medicine instead of a branded one without even asking me what medicine I had been taking before. Changing anti-epilepsy drugs can be tricky and even dangerous.
I know he dispensed according to the prescription but he could have warned me at least. I would have gone to another pharmacy.
2) the pharmacist didn't enclose PATIENT INFORMATION LEAFLET which is mandatory.
3) they refused bluntly to source my second medication which was "out of stock due to manufacture issue". Well I went to another Notting hill pharmacy where the pharmacist had no issue ordering medication for me.
Deeply disappointing and frustrating.

WARNING - do not buy their COVID-19 Travel tests. You will certainly not get you results on time. 48 hours after we dropped off ours we still dont have anything form them. We have to go and ask for refund now for all 5 tests kits! They are using a lab called Medicspot which seems to be a total scam. STAY AWAY!

The most sanitary and hygienic pharmacy in the area, have been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years now and the customer service is excellent and they are very understanding and helpful with the matter at hand. Professional service would 100% recommend.

We purchased a COVID 19 Travel test from Hillcrest supplied by Medicspot & Chemist guaranteed the results back by no later than 11pm Thursday 10th Dec.
The tests never arrived until almost midnight, leaving us very anxious. We could not sleep or relax, which has resulted in not a very nice start to our holiday.
We did call in at 7pm on Wednesday 9th around 7pm and waited 58 minutes for the call to be answered and were informed everything was in place and the swabs were in the lab and would receive the results no later than 11pm on Wednesday 9th. This never happened. Go on TrustPilot and you will see many similar stories. I would suggest using Axiom test only £100 and test results back in a few hours.
All the above mentioned was upsetting and caused loss of sleep and wasted time.

Love this pharmacy. Amazing staff who really know their products. Incredible range of products on offer, including hard to find international brands, and if they don't have something they will order it for you and deliver it to your door! Doesn't get much better than this.

They have a good varierty of products but they seem to be only focused on money making and forgot about the fact that they are health professionals to serve the public. Today I got stung by a bee at Holland Park and since this was my local pharmacy that I shop at frequently, I went there asking for help (i.e. very simple amoniac treatment). Since I was exercising at the park I did not have any cash with me and they refused to do such a simple and cheap treatment. I was also surprised to see that whilst they are health professionals, they don't even have a first aid kit.

Always a hard time getting prescriptions sent from the GP to here, three times this week my partner has stopped my to pick up a prescription and has been given everything but said prescription despite having been there and having been given the slip for the prescription and presenting it at the till.

My elderly mother has carers who are required to give medicines from blister packs. Why does it take Hillcrest Chemist 12 days to produce blister packs. We were not informed of this and now will take our business elsewhere.
