Just had a scan with Alison. She is amazing . Service is more that 5 ⭐️ from the moment you stepped into the clinic . Absolutely Fabulous team. Glad I found them .

Please do not be put off by the rude and unprofessional receptionist who will almost make you feel like not booking the appointment with the Consultant, who is amazing and I would highly recommend. Luckily he was recommended to me, otherwise I would have cancelled the appointment.

The sonographer was very good and that is the end of anything positive. The place is pretentious, even though they are in a basement. The reception team is rude and there is no attention for customer care. I was made to wait for 20 minutes for my appointment with no apologies offered. To top it all I did not receive the report of my scan, I had to chase them... and when I asked why wasn't sent one (after weeks...) I was told they did not know and no apology was offered. Eventually I stayed on the phone while they were sending me the scan to make sure they were sending it. Personally when I pay a premium price I expect a premium service. If you want to pay a lot and have substandard service by all means do go there. Otherwise: AVOID AT ALL COST.

I went to UDS for a 28 wk scan and was very pleased. The consultant took the time to answer all our questions even those that were not directly linked to the scan but had more to do with the pregnancy and delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. We were seen on time. I would definitely recommend their services.

I've seen Prof Aris for two pregnancies now and he is wonderful! Very thorough, kind, patient, approachable, and friendly. All his staff are lovely and the clinic is run very efficiently - I've never had to wait and it's always very pleasant in there. I've always come out of UDS feeling reassured, and that I am in good hands, which is especially important when you are dealing with what can be quite an anxious time. A great experience every time!

We highly recommend this practice. Prof. Papageorghiou and his team took care of us in a very stressful and critical moment of the pregnancy. The Professor was so friendly and approachable the whole time. Lovely and friendly staff. Thank you all!

We saw Dr Aris, he was a rare mix of very experienced and knowledgable combined with approachable and kind. He seemed genuinely to care about the results of our ultrasound. The practice manager was also particularly kind and patient with some questions we had prior to our appointment. We would highly recommend this practice.

We went to the clinic several times and were taken care of by Prof. Papageorghiou. He and his team looked after my wife wonderfully. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience, and I highly recommend this clinic.

I had two pregnancies with Aris Papageorghiou as my diagnostic consultant. I have nothing but great feedback and would highly recommend him to anyone! With both preganancies I felt like me and baby were in safe hands. Aris always made sure to explain things thoroughly and kept a very cool and calm environment.
