I’m on the other side of the ocean from this beautiful shop, but thanks to their lovely online presence and impeccable, patient, and helpful customer service, I still have a wonderful time browsing and asking and shopping. And let’s be real: they have some of the most magnificent treasures I’ve ever seen. What’s not to love?

I found a beautiful antique ring on Instagram and reached out to Piccadilly Vaults. I got a quick and detailed reply, and the ring successfully made it from London to NYC in the middle of a pandemic. It fits perfectly and was just as pictured and described. Multiple team members were in touch via Instagram and email, and all were kind and professional. I am looking forward to exploring the shop in person when the world gets to the new-normal!

Would highly recommend Simon and his team. I took some badly damaged sunglasses in here which Cartier previously said were irrepairable (after a month of looking over them). Simon had them looking brand new within a couple of hours. Thanks v much.
