I found Wempe by complete chance, and I am glad I did. Scott, their in-house master watchmaker was professional, knowledgeable and happy to take a lot of time out to help me despite the fact I could see he was busy working on a watch when I arrived (the workshop is incredible to see through the glass walls). Never once did I feel like I was being bothersome - and I did ask a lot of technical/watch geeky questions. I am really glad to have found an AD that can service Rolex in house, issue actual Rolex service warranties with the repair, and most importantly don't charge the inflated prices other Central London ADs seem to think it is ok to charge. Wempe bosses take note - you have a great guy on your team!

Fantastic independent jewelry store in New Bond Street area. Bought a great watch as they have a better selection than the high street brands. Staff very friendly and polite with a professional attitude. They also offer repairs and amendments without the watch leaving the store.

We went to looking at rings. The sales lady was so kind and help full. We ended up with a ring well my wife did. The most wonderful ring diamond and Tanzernight. We were given a wonderful bottle of champagne and even an umbrella due to weather This has to be one of the best shopping experience of a life time. Thank you so much.

So much better than other Rolex AD's. They actually take the time to talk to you without a condescending tone, and are sympathetic to the fact that some models are harder to come by. With a clear explanation given. Unlike others, namely Rolex on New Bond Street and Watches of Switzerland that offer nothing but disdain when even daring to ask for a steel sports watch.

A loyal customer of Wempe in Hamburg (Jungfernstieg), I bought an expensive watch at their London store after Christmas 2018. The whole experience was impeccable. The staff is very knowledgeable, really friendly, attentative and switched on (details that make a difference, for instance, we were offered that the Wempe-bag can be put into a neutral bag without logo after we said we had not finished our shopping tour for the day). I can highly recommend Wempe’s London store.

Very frustrated with the current trend of these “authorized rolex dealers” . How can be the Authorized dealer and distributor of these watches when you really only have 3-4 ladies date just for sale. They carry less than 10% of rolex models. To be fair this is not only at Wempe but I find it absurd that to be able to buy one of these watches you’ve to find some basement in an apartment in Soho.. were some guy has 5 gmt batman and 2 skydwellers . These watches should be for people to wear them , not for someone to make a business selling them as if they were guns hidden in apartments being sold online or thru 15 calls. I assume rolex thinks that because the watches are selling twice the retail price that is because supply/demand.. and is part that.. but really its supply is being distorted really, because a lot of “business, tourist, profesional” will not make the effort and research to go hunt these down really to these apartments.. and some are actually put off by the very few green/diamond two-tone date justs that are the only ones that these AD can display.. and the watches obviously are available but in a distorted reality..

I sent in to Wempe, Bond Street for the first time 18 October 2016. I was only after a watch strap and a screw for my old Cartier clock. I was treated so well buy a salesman and the watchmaker. I just wanted to thank everyone there for the excellent service even though I did not buy anything. Excellent retail experience - the best in many years. Thank you.

Gave one Rolex for service and paid £938.00. which is £350.00 more than Rolex charges. I also asked the girl to put back a pin to hold the bracelet of another watch. She quoted me verbally approximately £650.00 and 6 weeks!!! Took the watch to a shop that sold quality watches down the road and they fixed it in 5mn and kindly did not charge me a penny. When I talked to the London MD she told me rather aggressively that they are not allowed to carry any repair on a Rolex and that it was perfectly normal procedure!! Never again will I ever go to Wempe. Taking the client for a fool seems to be their Marketing policy.

Excellent customer service from Sunil Madhvani and Antony Pike-Ball for the resizing of a ring and returning it in such good time. I cannot praise them enough. It is always enjoyable to visit Wempe in New Bond Street as there is always so much to tantalise and entice! No hard salesmanship, just excellent advice. Many thanks to Sunil Madhvani for his thorough knowledge and expertise on Saturday. Service is always of the first order at Wempe London, and Sunil is my go-to expert to guide me through making the best possible purchase. Why go anywhere else? Always Wempe, always Sunil. We are repeat customers at Wempe for good reason. My husband and I visited Wempe London today to collect a Christmas gift, which Sunil Madhvani had expertly advised on and arranged for us. Sunil is extremely knowledgeable and patient, and we ended up buying another gift so we are sorted for Christmas! And I always love the Wempe chocolates :) Previously: I visited Wempe London today and found the staff extremely welcoming, attentive, friendly and highly efficient. Excellent customer service, expert advice and a fantastic experience. Other businesses could learn much from Wempe London. Previously: Superb all round customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and five stars are not enough to illustrate how fantastic this store and staff are. I keep coming back for more! I cannot recommend Wempe London highly enough. The staff in here are super-friendly and the store itself is lovely. My father bought his Patek from Boodles in Chester and it was so snooty. Wempe took some links out of my boyfriend's watch for him at the weekend and the lady recalled it was his birthday as I'd emailed in advance to let them know we'd be calling in. It makes me think I'll hold off getting the watch serviced until I visit London so we can use Wempe again; really impressed!

I had to visit Wempe towards the end of December 2016 to get my Tag Monaco repaired, a christmas gift, which had stopped working after only 1 day of using it! although it took 10 weeks for Tag to carry out the repair, Wempe themselves did an excellent job in keeping me informed in what was going on until I got my watch back. Overall a good experience, will take my watch back to get it serviced there from now on.

They refuse to engrave a watch free of charge, when this service is a Baume & Mercier policy around the world until 3 months after the purchase. They should do the engraving for free even if the watch has been purchased in a different shop! The gentlemen answering to my query was very polite but very politely fobbed me off. Baume & Mercier head office is aware of the matter!! Thank you for your custom!
