Paul was recommended to me by one of my friends, when I was looking to get that all important Engagement Ring.
I was so blown away by the experience that I also ordered the wedding band as well. Paul is extremely attentive, friendly and most importantly experienced. My wife is always having complements about how unique her Engagement ring is after Paul created a bespoke Engagement ring from scratch.
We have been up each year to have them cleaned which is a lovely touch. I have also referred my best friend to him to get a ring and also my sister.

We decided to purchase our wedding rings from Harper Tait after an appointment with Paul. The detail he went into and making us feel comfortable about what would work best based on our ideas were the deciding factors in choosing Harper Tait. On top of that Paul managed to aid in the repair of my wife’s family jewellery to be used at the wedding. The jewellery was of great sentimental value and he went above and beyond to source stones and repair the jewellery. The wedding rings when complete were exactly what we were after, Paul offers an absolutely fantastic service.
The following year I decided to get my wife a ring for her 30th birthday. I had some ideas and thoughts and had no hesitation to speak to Paul and go through options. I quickly booked a meeting with Paul in Harper Tait’s office where Paul had sourced some stones so I could see in person the different sizes and colours. We went through pros and cons on the design, Paul offering insight on what would work best. The ring was made promptly to the design and when I presented it to my wife on her birthday she was absolutely over the moon with the ring. I think it’s fair to say when we will be heading back to Harper Tait in the future and would highly recommend them! We cannot thank Paul enough.

I was looking for an engagement ring, a nice looking sapphire surrounded by diamonds. Classic ring but it's always hard in jewellery tu trust or know the quality. Paul took the time through different meeting to understand what I wanted and explain what to expect. He presented me 8 very nice looking sapphires. After the selection he provided 3D visuals of what the ring would like and even accepted to get the sapphire certificated which is not common. The ring I received was absolutely perfect, so perfect that my fiancee keep reminding me how she loves the ring. Paul made all that stressful process of finding the perfecting ring so easy and man friendly. I highly recommend and will recommend him to my contact. Once again thank you Paul.

Paul’s knowledge on gemmology is so impressive and interesting and his down to earth nature made everything really fun - as did the bottle of champagne we managed to get through!

I would 100% recommend to all of my friends, Paul have fantastic service and advice, being readily available over email, phone or WhatsApp to answer any and all of my many questions. Sessions with Paul to research and design the ring were enjoyable and educational, with Paul evidently having a detailed knowledge of gemmology and being able to explain the finer details of what makes a great diamond.

I got my beautiful wedding ring from Harper Tait, and I'm delighted with it. Nothing was too much trouble, I asked for a smaller size and it fits perfectly beside my vintage engagement ring. Paul is lovely, friendly, and offered us drinks when we first went in and went through all the styles with us. He has offered free ring cleaning and it came with an engraving which really makes it look special. He even had my other half's ring engraved for us too. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect recommendation..... I was put in touch with Paul at Harper Tait by a couple of friends when they found out I was looking to propose to my then Girlfriend, being based in Hatton Garden I wasn't sure what to expect as I'd been told to avoid the area due to the quite daunting experience. But dealing with Harper Tait was nothing like any other Jewellers I had dealt with in the past. the office was bright clean and airy and a perfect comfortable setting to choose your jewellery. from the moment you get in touch with them you know you are getting a fully personal experience and an amazing product at the end.
