My partner got my engagement ring from here and then we got our wedding bands from here also. My rings are stunning and I love them. We had great customer service from the staff and they communicated with us throughout the whole process. We got our rings quickly and are very happy with the quality and price. Will be coming back in the future if we need anything else and for ring servicing.

I did a lot of research when buying my diamond. I learned the importance of certification by GIA and the fundamental characteristics I wanted with respect to cut, clarity and colour. I visited nearly 15 different places in and out of London. What everyone showed me was one diamond for the specification I required. The problem with this is that you can have two diamonds with exactly the same specifications but they can still vary with respect to other things but most importantly the wow factor... the sparkle! When I visited Zafar at Divine I was a little apprehensive as he did not have a big showroom like the other places in Hatton Garden but he was very busy. Zafar from the get go was honest, he emphasised on everything I wanted with respect to certification and priority of criteria but most importantly he showed me many diamonds within the same criteria to compare (which hardly any other jeweller did). He worked with me until we found a really special diamond that really sparkled. Also as Zafar did not have the overheads of his competition his prices were very competitive. All in all it was Zafar’s honesty, knowledge and patience that led me to buy from them. In the end I was very happy with my purchase and the band to go with it was amazing too.

Disappointing - lies and false promises. Falsely low prices to lure you on. Tried to play the good old diamond switcharoo on me. Pay a few hundred pounds more and buy from a trustworthy shop - don't be tempted by this regretful dumpster retailer or Zafars false promises. Do not pay your deposit without the product!

Great after sales service too. Ring was a bit loose so we returned it and without quibble they got it adjusted and sent it through the post a few days later. The ring fits perfectly.

I bought an engagement ring from Pro at Divine Diamonds and was delighted by the service and the end product. So much so that we've returned to sort our wedding rings.
For your own sake (and theirs) I suggest doing a little bit of research into things like engagement ring 4C's so you have an idea of what you want (and what you can afford) before you go. It'll mean you can spend more time and effort on the finer details/customisation which Divine Diamonds are extremely helpful and accommodating on.

It's terrible that I am only just getting around to writing this review for Divine Diamonds and specifically Muda. It's about time I did it.
I didn't have a clue what I was doing when I arrived at the boutique's door, I just knew I wanted an engagement ring for my long-suffering partner, a rough idea of what I wanted to get her, and that diamonds were measured in carats.
Muda sat down for the best part of 30 minutes and explained how diamonds are valued and the benefits of different materials for bands over others. He carefully listened to what I had in mind and what my budget was, and then helped me design exactly what I was after.
Before I left, Muda explained the process of it being made, saying that he would show me a CAD drawing of the ring and allow me to provide any feedback/customisation before proceeding. He kept in constant contact with me on the progress of the ring and let me know when it would have been ready for collection.
At first, I was a bit uneasy. As I said, I didn't really know what I was doing, and walking into a random boutique-type environment. Naturally, I was concerned I was going to be mugged off. I shouldn't have. Muda was fantastic and even messaged me on the day I said I was going to propose to ask how it went. What a gent.

As soon as I reached out to Zafar at Divine Diamonds, he was extremely helpful from the beginning. He was very patient in helping me design the ring I had in mind and spent a lot of time answering my questions whilst putting my nerves at ease! Even though initially I was unsure about buying, but he didn’t push me regarding the sale. Which is why I came back a few months later to actually buy the all the rings from him which he design completely bespoke for me.

Pro and all the team at Divine Diamonds were excellent. They were massive helps in deciding the design and the stone. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing. in fact the ring I ended up with was at the lower end of my budget but I couldn't be happier with it. The aftercare was fantastic, they worked to our tight schedule and were able to sort out resizing in a timely fashion. Could not recommend them enough if you are thinking about buying a bespoke piece of jewellery.

You may be put off by the location of Divine Diamonds as it does not have a glitzy stand alone jewellery window but is instead part of a jewellery mall. we looked at many stores and initially walked past the mall but I'm so pleased we turned back and went inside. We were served by Muda, he was extremely helpful and advised us about the different cuts and grading of diamonds and the importance of GIA certification. I described the style of ring I was looking for and he was able to show me exactly what I wanted. My customised ring took 3 weeks to make and when I picked it up last week I was so very very pleased. Thank you Muda. I would most definitely recommend Divine Diamonds to anyone and have already done so with my family.

Very happy with an engagement ring I got from Divine Diamonds at the 36 Boutique store in Hatton Garden. I had a short turnaround time and needed the ring within 3 weeks - a little anxious at first however they delivered on what I was after in good time. Muda was great and gave me good advice and an excellent price. Free resizing was also offered, although luckily not needed. Will definitely consider getting my wedding bands from them as well!

Got our engagement ring here after a friend's recommendation. Muda answered all our questions, was very patient and we never felt he was trying to push anything on us, just there to help.
He sent us lots of updates including photos and videos of the ring before we came to collect, then again when we came to collect took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were totally happy. Which we were! The ring (trilogy diamond ring) is absolutely perfect, and Muda was incredibly good.

Just bought a engagement ring from Zafar, I went in whilst wondering up and down Hatton garden looking for rings, I ended up getting one custom made with a quality diamond a lot cheaper than all the equivalent engagement rings in the windows of surrounding shops! From start to finish the process took about 3-4 weeks and he sent me photos and updates every step of the production process, when I picked up the ring they produced it in a stunning ring box with all GIA documentation and a insurance valuation certificate!! Very happy and would highly recommend!
