Every single person who works here is absolutely fantastic. Very professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable.
From start to finish, our experience has been the best example of customer service we have seen in the industry. There have been numerous occasions where they have gone above and beyond, while showcasing at every step a genuine sense of care at such an important moment for us.
Recently, we wanted to make a couple design changes to our custom ring and to no surprise, the team executed our wishes to a tee - keeping us well in the loop for the whole process. CAD designs, photos of the ring in progress and expert opinions on every detail you can imagine - shared with us promptly and courteously.
I would absolutely recommend Hearts of London, they fully deserve every bit of praise they have received and the many, many more I guarantee they will gain in the future.

We got our engagement ring and wedding bands from Hearts back when they were operating out of a 1st floor office with no shop front. Even then you could see they were a touch of class compared to a majority of the jewellers in Hatton Garden. No pressure selling, plenty of stock and competitive pricing. Great staff and a real pleasure to deal with. We recently popped back for a resizing and a clean up, now in their fancy new shop. I'm glad to say the same level of service applied, happy to make the adjustments and fulfill the free aftercare for life promise! I would highly recommend Hearts or they're sister shop Queensmith next door.

They service is as good as the reviews say! I went there with my fiancee to choose her engagement ring. The staff are very knowledgeable, advising on the best ring without feeling pushy and they easily understand what you are looking for. The finish of the ring is perfect, even for a detailed person like me. Would gladly recommend them, and actually, we are planning to go back for our wedding bands! Thank you Hearts of London! My experience with Hearts of London was fantastic. My first contact with the store was in 2018 when I bought my engagement ring. Laura was very friendly and patient; she even engaged in a mini lecture about diamonds! The ring was ready on time and was exactly as expected. Most recently, I returned to order my wedding ring and, once again, everything was perfect. My ring even arrived before the expected date. I could not recommend them more!

Eddi was extremely helpful and pivotal in choosing the perfect ring for my needs. He took the time to explain every detail and answered professionally all of my curiosities.
They also had the best pricing for the quality of the gem that I bought. Other jewelry shop told me Hearts of London and Queensmith would have tried to empty my wallet but in truth the had the best price for gems of similar quality, which was really impressive.
The place is modern and beautiful and all the rest of the stuff made me feel at home there. I couldn't have chosen a better place to get my ring from.
The ring was delivered in time and it was just stunning, flawless work, my fiancee loves it.

If you're are wanting to buy a ring for a special occasion then this place makes you feel like you're being taken into the depths of a Swiss bank in the best possible way! I was listened to, understood, advised and taken care of. The staff were knowledgeable and sympathetic to all budgets.

I work near Hatton Garden so it seemed like the obvious choice to have a wander down when starting my journey in looking for an engagement ring. I found that most of the stores down the road are tired looking shop fronts, kind of like old car showrooms with some people outside attempting to lure you in and promising you a good deal. All in all, I wasn't majorly impressed.
Down a side street I pretty much accidentally found Hearts, which looked a bit more modern and upbeat, and thought I may as well give it a try.
Best decision I could have made.
The store is more like a lab than a showroom, and Eddi and the team were all welcoming and informative from the get go. The journey in choosing an engagement ring was more like an educated consultation process rather than a sales pitch, and I found myself learning about all aspects of what makes each particular diamond so unique and valuable.
There was no pushy attitude trying to force a sale on me - it was more a conversation about what I was comfortable in spending and then all the options were laid out on the table for me. They appreciated the fact that the decision process takes time and therefore didn't mind me coming back several times to weigh it all up. There's also the reassurance that we can go back and get everything cleaned and resized whenever we need, without any fuss or extra charges.
All in all the experience was great and the service was so good we got our wedding bands from there too.

Following a recommendation from a friend I booked an appointment with Hearts of London to have an engagement ring made in late 2017.
I had a very rough idea in mind, my fiancée loves butterflies and I wanted to somehow incorporate them into the ring. Eddi, who was excellent to deal with, talked me through selecting the diamond - breaking down the various criteria that govern their quality - and came up with a potential design solution to add the butterflies. Once we'd agreed on the idea, Hearts of London generated a 3D image of the ring design for my approval before going ahead with making it.
I don't think my fiancée or I could have been any happier with the final outcome. It truly is a work of art in our eyes and I cannot recommend this company highly enough ... from the initial phone conversation to book the appointment, the relaxed and incredibly helpful consultation, the final finished article and even the aftercare when we had to have a slight size adjustment made to it. An all round excellent service. We will certainly be going back here when the time comes to have our wedding rings made!

We got our engagement ring made here and we are really happy with it. We popped in on a Saturday without an appointment but the staff accommodated us anyway and gave us great advice. Laura dealt with us in a professional and relaxed way and we always felt in good hands. Our ring is a coloured sapphire so it's slightly different from what Hearts usually do, and we're really happy with the result!

We visited Hatton Garden at the end of January and after seeing Hearts of London online decided to take a look and we really are SO happy we did.
We were given an extremely friendly greeting and looked after immediately. Eddi helped us out, nothing was too much trouble, he took the time to talk us through everything, was very respectful and overall made the whole experience fantastic.
Our rings were ready in perfect timing even though it was short notice and after picking them up today they were even better than I remembered.
The engagement and wedding rings are so beautiful and offer such a wide range to suit.
I would recommend Hearts of London to everyone, absolute first class service and incredible quality. Cannot thank you enough!

My wife and I both got our wedding rings custom made here. By far the best place to go in London. Hearts of London was able to create the exact designs (from scratch) of what we were looking for. Specifically, for my wife’s engagement ring, it was difficult to find a matching wedding band but they were able to create a perfect design. Can’t recommend them enough!

Top tip - pick a stone and ask them to put it in a temporary ring. Then you can return as a couple to pick the setting.

We were shown a wide variety of different styles and metals and were fitted with rings in half size increments (something we didn't see elsewhere). They also stored our rings for us until the big day. Highly recommended.

Bought the engagement ring for my fiancee here and I can thoroughly recommend it!
Laura was hugely helpful and very friendly while picking the stone and setting, was very knowledgeable (as you'd expect) and took the time to answer all my questions about diamonds (by the end of the process you will have had a crash course in diamond grading). I was also helped by Octavian in the following steps, and he was equally friendly and helpful. I did not get a chance to meet the people who worked on the ring, but they have done a brilliant job as well, and my fiancee loves the finished ring!
Thank you Laura, Octavian and all the team for your help in taking the edge off of what could have been a stressful process, and for a lovely engagement ring!

Absolutely a great experience! Eddi was really helpful not only in helping me decide the type of diamond and ring but also cared in explaining the characteristics of the diamonds, etc.
They were able to accommodate the tight deadline I had, to have the ring ready for the perfect occasion.
Plenty of jewelry shops in Hatton Garden but personally, it's impossible to be disappointed if you give these guys a visit...

Like many here, I chose Hearts of London due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback on both Google and Trip Advisor. I was quite apprehensive about entering a store, discussing rings and stones etc. but as soon as I started talking to Octavian I felt at ease and confident that I would be able to find the perfect ring. There was no pushiness, no hard-sell, just clear information and a great choice of designs and stones. Octavian clearly knew his subject very well, had an excellent manner, and helped me to make a decision that I was very happy with. A week and a half later, I collected the finished ring, and was assisted by Brett, who was also very helpful and welcoming. The ring was perfect, and overall the service that I received was absolutely first-rate. Very highly recommended!

From the very beginning, Hearts of London and their staff have been super helpful and attentive to all of our needs.
I had a problem with another jeweller nearby who had sold the ring I had ordered (and paid for) before I had collected the ring.
Hearts of London took my order and the ordering process itself was very informative as well as complete. I felt they knew their craft better than some of the other jewellers I had met. They provided me with an imitation ring that I could propose with whilst they made the real one.
The final product was beautiful and something that we both treasure.
Obviously we would not have gone anywhere else for our wedding rings and again Hearts of London did not fail to disappoint. Everything was perfect. So much so that we asked them to make a ring for us. A family member had recently died and we wanted a replica ring made that she owned. All Hearts of London had to go from was a picture from an angle, but they produced a beautiful replica.
All in all we would thoroughly recommend Hearts of London to anyone. Their staff are courteous, empathetic but very professional. They made the process easier which is hugely appreciated.

Thank you Hearts of London! Aside from an exquisitely crafted engagement ring, you turned what I thought would probably be a stressful and somewhat daunting experience into an enjoyable and memorable one instead.
Based on the reviews I had read online, I had high hopes when I visited Hearts of London. Having seen countless reviews mentioning their professional but also friendly and welcoming customer service, to help put my nerves at ease, I deliberately chose to go there first...it turned out that I didn't go anywhere else. I definitely made the right decision! Before getting on to discussing the ring itself, Eddi took the time to get to know me and who I was buying the ring for. He clearly explained how Hearts of London worked and what the overall process would be, and within minutes any nerves of mine had disappeared.
Throughout the entire process, whether looking at ring styles or individual diamonds, Eddi conveyed his unquestionable knowledge of the industry and their product in a way that was easy to understand. Not once did I feel rushed, though, having said that, I was surprised that I'd chosen what I thought to be the prefect ring within two and bit hours. I envisaged it taking a lot longer, but the fact that it didn't is simply a testament to the quality of service Hearts of London provide.
As for the ring itself, which was ready around a month later, it only exceeded my expectations. Again, when picking up the ring and this time meeting with Laura, the process was never rushed. My partner absolutely loves it and cannot wait to meet those who made it possible when we return to Hearts of London for our wedding bands.

Outstanding Quality and Service is Second to None!
Firstly the service received from Brett (Director) was outstanding. He is very professional, knowledgable and always goes above and beyond. He created a truly unique and dazzling engagement ring for my fiance. It was a very intricate and specific design and the finished ring did not fail to impress. My fiance and I are perfectionists and rather hard to please, but he did an amazing job on the finished product. He later created another two outstanding wedding bands. I cannot recommend Hearts of London enough! The best bespoke jewelers in Hatton Garden! Get your rings made here, you will not be disappointed. I will certainly be passing on the praise and recommending them to all of my friends, many of which are getting hitched soon.

When we walked into Hearts we were both slightly apprehensive as we were requesting something special and bespoke (resetting some diamonds into a more modern eternity ring and making a bespoke diamond pendant). We were delighted to be greeted by Laura who immediately put us at ease with her friendly but professional manner. Laura was super patient with what we wanted and we never felt rushed or pushed into anything. All the team at Hearts, showed interest and had an opinion which really helped to create our beautiful pieces. Hearts superseded all our expectations and we have ended up with some magnificent heirlooms.
They are expert gemologists and have a genuine passion for what they do here, it's like a lovely family of diamond geeks (in the nicest possible way). Thank you Hearts, we will certainly be returning.

A friend recommended Hearts of London to me when I began my search for my engagement ring. I am so glad that I went to see Eddi and the team as they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and a delight to deal with. I knew I wanted a bespoke ring and finding the right Asscher cut diamond was key to it. Eddi was able to source me the most incredible centre stone (extremely difficult to find the shape and spec I wanted in London). He then patiently guided me through the entire ring design process as we went back and forth with the changes in the CAD drawings and wax models. The end result and craftsmanship of the ring was stunning – a reflection of the care and attention to detail showed by Eddi and the team. From start to finish, Hearts of London has been exceptional! I went there without having an appointment as I was just planning on having a look around Hatton Gardens. They made the effort to invite me in and the patience to educate me on diamonds.
The whole experience was so friendly and not once did they try to pressure me into anything, other places around Hatton Gardens do not compare.
It takes around 4 weeks to make the ring but you will not be disappointed. You can see the care and the attention to detail they put into every single ring. The ring I had was slightly too big for her, but that's no fault of theirs. I came back and they had it resized within a week.
I will definitely be returning back to Hearts of London for our wedding bands. I cannot recommend Hearts of London enough, go there and you will not be disappointed.

I was recommended S-J at Hearts of London by a mate who had his fiance's engagement ring designed there - and I would certainly be very happy to recommend them too after my experience.
S-J helped me over a couple of months and a few visits, by explaining everything I needed to know about diamonds, settings and styles and helping me land on a design for my girlfriend's engagement ring that has exceeded my expectations. She and the team successfully created a ring that has made the very best of a stone I'd been left by my grandmother - in a vintage style but through thoroughly modern techniques (CAD designed; 3D printed platinum / gold - it's very cool!) to create something really rather special. The quality is excellent - and most importantly, it passed the ultimate test: she said yes!
Definitely recommend S-J and Hearts of London for anything jewellery related - especially designing / setting / modifying items you already have. Very personable and friendly team who are happy to be patient with complete novices in the jewellery world.

Where do I start.... I was your typical man stumbling around Hatton Garden looking for an engagement ring and finding the whole experience a living hell. I then looked up the reviews in the area and found Hearts Of London and I'm so thankful I did. From the moment you walk in you get a personal not pushy service which to the person who knows nothing apart from how much they wish to spend is such a relief. I dealt with Eddi who was so knowledgeable and had that brilliant mix of being a master in his craft and also having that light touch with customers. Needless to say engagement ring was purchased. I liked them so much I took my soon to be wife to get our wedding rings and again dealt with the fantastic Eddi and also Octavian who was also superb. My wife was very impressed with the personal service. Its that personal touch that sets the place apart. If you want engagement/wedding rings then look no further. This place is a class apart.
