It was such an incredible experience getting my engagement ring made with Flawless. I had originally found a ring that was hugely out of my price range with another seller and they were able to make that ring for an incredible price, allowing my dream ring to come true. Vrinda and the team were so meticulous and patient with me while I decided exactly what I wanted. We were wonderfully seen to by Samba who was kind and knowledgable when helping us pick out our diamond and helping with ring design. He was fantastic in adding little touches that really made the whole experience so valuable to us. We got the perfect ring for us and the wider team were excellent when we came to pick it up. Fantastic customer service! Was very pleased with the whole experience and Lila was excellent, very professional and friendly. Really made finding the perfect diamond and ring very efficient and fun experience. Lila answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I thought having to do this whilst in lockdown would make things difficult but the team really went above and beyond! My fiancé absolutely loved the ring! So I proposed to my fiancee in Crete last summer and haven't got around to writing this review sooner due to the covid situation! However I purchased the engagement ring from Daniel at Flawless and his professionalism, friendliness and all round customer service was exceptional. When we talk about "going the extra mile" Daniel certainly did this for us getting the ring to us even during lock down. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for a quality engagement ring at affordable costs. We have just bought ourselves our first flat and so we had a budget and Daniel accommodated us incredibly well. My fiancee was over the moon with her bespoke ring and we will certainly be getting our wedding bands from Flawless and specifically Daniel when the time comes!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Flawless Jewellers last year. I’m pleased with the ring, but when a diamond came out of the halo, I expected them to fix it without any fuss. The man that my now husband dealt with was very nice when he bought the ring but he was harder to get in touch with when we needed the repair doing but this is not a negative review as the ring is nice and these things happen and overall I’m pleased.

Honestly, look no further especially at Hatton Garden! We too tried many shops but as soon as we met Samba at Flawless we stopped our search.
Samba was great help and we knew this was our place. Was helpful, polite and everything you needed when buying an engagement ring. Great service and competitive on price! Will be back...

I highly recommend Malak at Flawless to anyone looking for an engagement ring.
I visited 5 jewellers in the area prior to Flawless and knew immediatley that this was the one. Malak was genuinely interested in discovering what I wanted, and clearly wasn't pushing certain stones, as was the case in other jewellers.
Unless you have an unlimited budget, when you buy a diamond, you are deciding between the things that you will and won't compromise on. Malak's experience, knowledge and counsel made this process painless. She went through my preferences and we discussed how they could be best met within my budget. I ended up with a ring that both my fiancé and I love.
As I had chosen the ring myself, it was very reassuring to know that Malak would be there to help with any changes, if required. When my fiancé visited to get the band resized, Ehsan and Malak were patient, accommodating and really made her feel special!

But even though they had similar rings I brought, the difference with flawless was there hospitality and they were very helpful and not pushy at all. Every moment—from the warm virtual welcome, our in-person consultation, to the moment we picked up the ring—everything felt ceremonial and special.
Samba spent two hours helping us craft the most perfect ring, and we knew we were in such good hands—he was so lovely, helpful and encouraging throughout. As the territory was unfamiliar to us, Samba took the time to carefully explain every aspect.

We visited a number of jewellery shops in Hatton Garden and upon walking into Flawless, we felt very comfortable we were in the right place. Eshan worked with us to design the perfect ring, through many iterations, and was patient and sensitive throughout. We were very lucky to work with Eshan and could not recommend him enough - he went above and beyond and was available throughout his evenings and weekends when we had questions or the designs had come in. Excellent. Flawless was the first shop we visited, and we met Eshan. He was able to understand what we were looking for and help make some useful suggestions. We did the whole of Hatton Garden but in the end we knew that Flawless had the ring and Customer Services we wanted. Malak was on hand to answer any questions, and provide her personal opinion. Even after I had paid for the ring and left the store the customer service experience never dropped.

Malak and Samba where very helpful. They really listened what we wanted and guided us so we where able to choose the perfect rings. Also they have good prices compared to the other stores on that street.
I personally appreciate the fact that everything was custom made and nobody got to try our rings before. This made me feel that the rings only belonged to me all the time since they where produced.
