I do not know where to even start! If I could give this place more then 10* I would! Tony is honestly got the best service in whole of Hatton Gardens and rings!! If you are looking for rings around the area I wouldn't even bother to look anywhere else! I am soooooo glad that I managed to sit down and create my dream ring which till this day has left me speechless! Tony listened to absolutely everything that i was after and helped make my bespoke ring even more special then even imaginable. He's very knowledgeable in what he does and doesn't waste anytime with ensuring to only source the best. I am so so greatful for all the time and effort that Tony put in. He managed to turn things around very quickly even when we had to change the material of the Groom's ring. Thank you Tony for the great service and great experience.. wouldn't recommend anyone other then you to get their rings made by!

We had such a great experience, we highly rate the business and Sophie specifically. She was so patient, helpful and friendly, as we chose our wedding bands. Both of our rings were custom-made. She was responsive to all our emails and calls. She even recommended places to check out during our honeymoon in Asia! We got a great rate as well. So happy with my ring. Beautiful setting, gorgeous diamonds that are of a v high quality. Will wear it always! Highly recommend.

I bought a lovely white gold and diamond eternity ring from Diamond Palace about 10 years ago. I have never seen another design like it. A few months ago I started to think about having it re made with bigger diamonds. On a visit to London I took my original ring back and Tim sat down with me and went through exactly what I wanted. They kept my original ring for a few weeks to get the design right, then sent it back to me all cleaned and gleaming. I was kept informed of how my ring was coming along by Tim and when the finished article arrived I was absolutely delighted. It is stunning and exactly what I asked for. I absolutely love it! Tim was very helpful and kept me informed at all times and I can highly recommend Diamond Palace. I have had the ring looked at by an independent jeweller and he confirmed what I was told, that the diamonds are very high quality. I am a very happy bunny.

I stumbled across Hatton Diamonds about 15 years ago looking for an engagement ring and have returned time and time again and recommended them to friends and family, who have in turn passed on the recommendation to others.
The service is fantastic, kind, patient (very patient) with advice but not overbearing. I have also never felt I was being ‘sold’ to or pushed to buy anything - sometimes I just pop in to say hello.
The quality of the pieces is great, and I trust them completely.
It is always a lovely experience to visit.

From the first meeting to find out our exact requirements and then following that we set a date for collection and we made changes to the design as we went along but still kept to deadline and budget - very happy and would certainly recommend. First class, honest customer service with the quality to match! I would highly recommend Diamond Palace, the team were very accommodating and truly took care of me during the very stressful process. Tony told me what I needed to know rather than going through a generic sales pitch telling me what he thinks I want to hear (like most of the other jewellery stores). His advise and input were bespoke and specific to my needs despite the indecisiveness. Him and the whole team were very understanding and patient. I couldn't speak more highly of my experience with Tony at Diamond Palace as I looked to buy an engagement ring for my (now) fiance! From the moment I went in I felt like more than a customer. Tony really took care of my needs and the numerous questions I asked, not just walking me through what I needed to know, but working with me to ensure that my idea came together in a bespoke ring in the best way possible. Tony's support and care was the key reason I decided to proceed with Diamond Palace.
Since placing the order for the ring, everything was put into lockdown and the store and workshop were closed. However, Tony stayed in contact throughout and worked tirelessly to ensure that my ring would be ready before my planned proposal date despite the challenges that lockdown provided here.

I highly recommend this jeweller. They helped me create a beautiful bespoke ring for my girlfriend (now fiancé), updated me throughout the entire process, sent me CAD drawings of the mock up and were able to deliver the ring in time for my proposal. Tim was fantastic and I would certainly come back again for another high end piece of jewellery.

We had a really great experience at Diamond Palace. My sister and husband bought their engagement and wedding rings from them, as well as 30th birthday gifts and sapphire rings from them. Tim and his colleagues were excellent, friendly and accommodating and always trying to get us the best stones for our budget. They never pushed us to purchase anything, and were happy for us to make multiple appointments before finally deciding on a purchase. i went into Diamond Palace knowing I wanted to get an engagement ring and had a basic idea of what I was after. The consultant Sheila was amazing and was beyond helpful in helping with the design on the ring. I needed a really quick turnaround on the ring (I was proposing to my girlfriend on our break in Majorca which was less than two weeks away from the day I walked into the shop) and considering it was a bespoke design, I went in on a Monday lunch time and the ring was ready for me to pick up the following Wednesday.
My girlfriend said yes to the proposal and she absolutely loves the ring and was amazed at how well it fit. Sheila was able to get the size from a photo from the phone. All in all it was an incredible service from the shop floor to the ring makers and we have decided we will get our wedding rings from here.

Just wanted to share the excellent 2 experiences I have had at Diamond Palace in 2016 and 2017 ( I cannot find my 2016 review now !)
I purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend and the service was excellent, we were recommended Tony and he did not let me down. He was very friendly, calm, and clear when explaining the intricacies of purchasing a diamond ring. Throughout the process he kept in touch and always made himself available for a quick chat even when he was busy.
My wife and I later returned to purchase our wedding bands and again the service was excellent from Tony and the rest of the team. Especially for me as a guy I had never really thought about my wedding band and in the end Tony helped me find the right band which I now love.
In our experience all the staff were friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Diamond Palace as I have to my friends.

I’m really happy with my ring! Sophie was great! I met several times and discussed what I wanted / tried a couple rings. I would have liked to have heard more knowledge when I asked about emeralds vs garnets, but my ring is perfect! Exactly what I wanted. They also resized it free of charge and offered further resizing and cleaning should I need it. Friendly staff who gave me what I needed for the price I could afford! Awesome :)

I couldn’t be happier with the service, advice and craftsmanship I received from Diamond Palace and specifically Tony. The thought of trying to find the perfect diamond ring for my girlfriend seemed like a daunting task, but exciting at the same. I had done some reading online, watched some videos here and there and taken advice from friends. All good preparation and research, that said I gained more in 10 minutes talking directly to Tony that I ever would have found myself online.
Tony took the time to explain what I should look for when looking at diamonds, explained the 4 C’s in detail, and showed me a variety of diamonds which helped to illustrate the differences between them. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for in terms of ring/setting etc. Once again, Tony was fantastic and worked with me and my ideas as well as his own to help come up with the ideal ring that was in my head. His attention to detail is incredible, and having something bespoke like this is exactly what I was after. Its quite difficult to explain a design to someone without examples, but he took on everything that I was saying and produced the most beautiful ring.
I must add that I came in on a Wednesday, and was able to take the ring away that same Friday. Absolutely incredible turnaround. I was lucky that everything was available when I went in, and realise that this is not a normal turnaround time.
We’ve actually just been back to check the size together and to get some information on maintenance etc. It was brilliant to go in with my now Fiancee, and for her to meet Tony in person, and to see the thought process I went through and also meet the person that made her ring.

When you make possibly the biggest decision of your life you don't take into consideration that theres a few other pretty big decisions you've got to make along the way. I hate going in to a situation not knowing at least a little something about what I'm talking about. But when I realised having made the decision I wanted to get married and having asked the father I realised for my first big challenge that I knew nothing about buying engagement rings!
I did a little bit of research but I felt I was a little fish swimming into a sea of sharks. And whilst I had an idea of styling based on a picture I had seen, I had no idea about whether that was even achievable. So I got somewhat lucky to stumble upon Diamond Palace.
Chances are you've not been to Hatton Garden. Its somewhat daunting especially for someone with no clue what they are doing. I read reviews on here and had a list of shops to maybe go in, but perusing their windows I find myself struggling to engage. But as Id been climbing the escalator at the tube station I had seen advertisements for Diamond Palace. Do you believe in fate? Cos I do now....
They hadn't even been on my radar. I hadn't even realised I was looking in their shop window when I was politely approached by Sheila asking if I was ok. From the off she was no pressure, polite, reassuring and attentive. I had spotted a design close to what I wanted in their window and decided why the hell not.
From there on in it was made utterly simple for me. I had look at the ring in the window but on producing the picture of the ring that had given me my ideas, Sheila immediately sorted out something even better for me. I was never put under pressure, or sold hard, but given many options and helpful advice.
I had a budget ceiling in mind before Id even gone in, but what I got was something that looked 10 times the price. It was stunning. Add to that some lovely e-mails from Shiela herself gave me reassurance that I had made the correct choice. Since then the question has been asked and not only does my now Fiancee utterly love the ring but the acclaim has been pretty much universal from everyone who has seen it. In fact she's got a bit worried that it might all go to my head such has been the plaudits, but whilst I'm relieved to have got it right, the credit goes to Sheila and the team at Diamond Palace. I owe them a lot and I am eternally grateful to them for their help and assistance and we will certainly be back for the wedding bands.

Choosing an engagement ring can be daunting but Peter (the sales director at Diamond Palace) immediately put me at ease with his honesty and transparency. Peter was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, providing objective expertise on the diamond and the setting and giving regular updates during the construction process. I was in the market for a specific design and when I called Diamond Palace, Martin was extremely helpful in designing the exact ring I wanted. He went through all the steps and gave me exceptional advice. All the staff I dealt with too were extremely friendly I must add.

After going in and out of countless jewellery stores in Hatton Garden, once we found Diamond Palace we knew our search was over! From the first meeting, we felt instantly at ease in this warm and welcoming store. It is a beautiful boutique with a lovely selection of rings to suit any taste. But it is the wonderful customer service that really sets Diamond Palace apart from the other jewellers in Hatton Garden. My girlfriend and I visited a few shops in London’s Hatton Harden to consider engagement rings. I was however set on Diamond Palace after our first visit. We actually liked a ring in a different shop however I was more comfortable with the service at Diamond Palace when making the purchase. The personal service offered by Tony was great. He helped me find the ring style my girlfriend liked and made me aware of some very important ring and diamond features to consider. Tony was also easily contactable. Where do I even begin? Hatton Garden can be a very intimidating place; large selection with everyone claiming to be the best but Diamond Palace completely changed that feeling and put me at ease from the get go. I walked in off the street and was greeted by Adele who gave me all the time and attention in the world, within minutes I was looking at diamonds and discussing prices, which were by far the best value for money in all of Hatton Garden, a completely haggle-free environment.
I was looking for jewellers that would give me a personal and intimate service, somewhere I would feel comfortable and satisfied with but also somewhere I knew would listen to what I wanted rather than them telling me what they can give me.
Sheila and Adele gave me all that and more.
I needed a bespoke ring to be made and ready in less than 6 weeks ready to fly to Cyprus for the proposal and I can honestly say Sheila pulled out all the stops and made it happen (even after a few last minute changes)! When the day came to pick up the ring, I was so nervous and if only I could put into words what that ring made me feel when I opened the box.
The craftsmanship and the attention to detail was incredible.
I cannot recommend Diamond Palace more, from the day I walked in off the street, to the day I got down on one knee, they have been amazing throughout.

Hatton garden can be quite overwhelming for a first time ring buyer but from the first moment, Sheila and the team were professional, warm and extremely helpful. I cannot fault our experience with Diamond Palace. I first visited the shop back in October, when initially window shopping for my now fiance. I had been looking around various jewelers in Hatton Garden then stumbled across Diamond Palace. I immediately liked the modern and fresh vibe of the place. I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the owners wife who patiently showed me a selection of rings. I later came back with my partner in December and to my surprise she immediately remembered me. It was actually Tony who then helped us through the rest of our ring shopping. Tony was brilliant from start to finish. We are a same sex couple, both trying to find a ring for each other but at the same time keeping our budgets and when we were actually going to be buying the rings a secret. I think Tony quite enjoyed being in on it all. On the rings themselves we found Tony very knowledgeable and he gave good advice. We love our rings, so he definitely did a good job. We popped back in just today to get mine re-sized and it was lovely to see Tony. He seemed genuinely happy for us. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and liked the friendly atmosphere of the staff.
The service I received from Shelia at diamond palace was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and they had a excellent choice of diamonds. Shelia took the time to show me different options of designs and diamonds and worked to my criteria.
The ring is of top quality and craftsmanship, truly a stunning piece and I can't get over how sparkly it is.
For me what sets Diamond Palace apart is the genuine, caring approach they have for their customers this made the whole experience a true pleasure. I would highly recommend Diamond Palace.
