I approached Simon as I wanted an eternity ring to fit on top of the engagement ring Simon had made 7 years earlier. We met over Skype and I was able to explain what I wanted and Simon had all the pictures from those many years earlier from when my husband had designed my engagement ring with him. Simon sent some pictures and then created the masterpiece. The ring came in the post last week and I absolutely love it. It looks stunning with the wedding ring and engagement ring he designed and made. I received secure in the post so many thanks! I would definitely recommend Simon, there’s no pressure, he listens to what you want and delivers beautiful pieces.

Simon did amazing work on our custom wedding rings. My husband and I came to him with a very rough sketch of our design ideas, and he helped us transform it into the rings we long imagined. His entirely bespoke process was an absolute pleasure: we went back and forth with him on every iteration of the design using CAD software and videos (during which he was always extremely nice about the many tweaks we requested), and were able to see 3D printed models of the rings to try on and test, before the final rings were created. Having this level of involvement in the creative process is a special memory of our pre-wedding that we'll always treasure.

Simon is a true professional. The process from start to finish couldn't have been easier and I felt that I was dealing with a friend the whole time with regular communication and picture updates.
I never felt that I was being sold to, and being able to see a digital design and make amendments prior to having the item made was a real bonus, taking all the guess work out of process.

Top guy. I had a few ideas rolling around the old noggin and he helped tailor it down to the ring she now shows off to everyone. In a cool studio workshop in the centre of London, it was easy to get there and organize the plan of attack for design and stones to go into it. kept me up to date on how it was processing through with emails and pics. This time last year I went to see Simon in his workshop with one big idea and not much inspiration beyond that. He suggested his perfect proposal service which I highly recommend. Stone selection was informative, at my own pace and not pushy at all. The service post proposal was even more impressive, with my partner over the moon to see her ring design develop and come alive.
Simon's approach allows you to take all the credit, when really he is doing all the hard work. Don't doubt go and see Simon. (definitely ask him about his hockey career!)

Simon and Jenny both took such wonderful care of myself and my fiancé. Every part of the process was carefully detailed and executed to the highest of standards. When we first arrived we sat down with Jenny and carefully went through all the details of what we wanted and it was great to have an expert at hand who knew exactly how to turn our vision into an exquisite reality. Simon was really helpful in terms of advice for the design and the implementation was fantastic. What would seem like subtle features, such as the shank thinning into the setting, or a slight raising of the diamond made such a huge difference to the appearance. The time taken to produce the ring was also very fast and quality kept extremely high. My fiance and also many of her friends have commented how impressive they find the ring. Very, very happy!

Simon was great. He was very approachable and easy to communicate ideas and any changes. He is able to produce a 3d printout of the potential ring you design so that you have a better feel for how it would actually look before the real ring is ready.
He also provides a competitive price. If the actual production price of the ring ends up being lower than his estimate then he gives you difference back

The whole process of Simon and his team designing and making my fiance's engagement ring - let alone the amazing end product - was clear, professional but also genuinely enjoyable.
Not only being provided with a 3D image of the ring and a physical 3D print of the band/setting, but also seeing Simon's workshop, mean that I felt I had a clear idea throughout as to what the ring would look like and how it was made. Simon's easy and friendly manner also ensured that I felt entirely comfortable asking (possibly somewhat obvious) questions or changing my mind. Simon and his team were also very accommodating and flexible to make sure they were available when needed during the process.
Finally, and most importantly, the design and final ring was exactly what I was looking for my fiance, and made our engagement even more memorable.

I was kept informed throughout the process and tried on two plastic models and the metal setting before the stones were set in the ring. Upon my first visit Simon gave me a tour of the workshop and informed me about the process step by step, which was fantastic. The consultations to discuss the design, setting and profile of the ring, and to look at different stone sizes to establish what suited my finger best, were a great experience. Following the consultations Simon provided detailed images of the ring from different angles so we could get a realistic feel of how the ring would look. I also got to try on a 3D printed version of my ring to experience how it would sit on my finger, before the actual ring was made. Simon helped my husband design my stunning engagement ring - two diamonds taken from a family-owned pair of earrings, set either side of an incredible aquamarine stone. The stones were set in such a way that you can see how they were cut from beneath (my husband is a geologist!). It is a really lovely item of jewellery; great to own something that is so individual.
We subsequently asked Simon to make our wedding bands, with mine slightly curved to fit perfectly round the engagement ring.
Simon and his small team also recently made me a ring and pendant using two emeralds I had purchased in Colombia. They are eminently wearable and, again, one of a kind.
Simon and his team make the design process really straightforward, starting with a conversation about your ideas, some hand-drawings, followed by a CAD simulation and then a 3D print which you can review and tweak prior to commissioning the work. It's a straightforward and enjoyable journey to producing one of a kind jewellery. To add to that, it's always fun visiting the workshop for your one-to-one appointment to see where it all happens.

Simon has done a fantastic job for us. We wanted a vintage looking ring, and spent lots of time hunting for the right one but couldn't find anything in the shops. Simon was so helpful from the start and really made us feel part of the process by sending us updates and going back and forth on the design.
