Denise created a few floral pieces for my dad's funeral, including a really beautiful floral cross.
I had a specific picture and an idea in my head and Denise really fulfilled my expectations. Not only that but she also managed to work so well to such a tight schedule when the cross didn't arrive on time. So grateful that your flexibility and hard work helped us to avoid a mini disaster on a really important day.
Really great service and a super super lovely woman, thank you so much we all appreciated the flowers!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from my Mum's birthday in the early morning on Thursday 19th to be delivery on Friday 20th. I assumed due to the shop being very local, that that amount of time would be sufficient to fulfill the order, and if not, the shop would contact me to let me know. The flowers never arrived. I emailed early Saturday morning asking for the order to be cancelled and a full refund is be issued. Unexpectedly, the flowers were delivery Saturday, to occupants who had no knowledge of the order being cancelled, and hence accepted the delivery. The obvious thing to do would have been to contact me, and ask if I still wanted the order to be fulfilled, which I didn't, as by this point, I had already bought replacement flowers. A great deal of the joy and value of receiving flowers is derived from receiving them on the desired day. I feel like the shop saw my email, and quickly rushed to deliver it so they would not have to issue a refund. Surely we can all agree that flowers delivered past the desired date will not be fondly received. The order did come with a complimentary box of chocolates, but that pales in comparison to the disappointment experienced on Friday. The only contact/explanation/apology I got was the terse note in the attached image. I entered my mobile number and email when I made the order, so contact could of been made. Overall, I feel oddly swindled, as this could of been rectified easily. Very disappointing experience.

Having used this flower shop previously I was happy to order mothers day flowers for my mum who lived locally. What turned up was shocking. I had asked for something subtle and stylish but what turned up looked like multi coloured garage flowers pushed into a bunch. Called to complain and was told to call back! I didn't bother and won't be using them again. Very disappointing.

I ordered a vase of flowers for our son and daughter in law's 10 th wedding anniversary and they arrived as requested. Although I haven't seen them they look beautiful in the photo our son sent us and they were very pleased with them. I haven't used Denise's before but would definitely do so again.

Although there was a slight mis communication. I phoned on a Tuesday to arrange a funeral posie to collect on Thursday. When I got there, the lady in the shop knew nothing about it. But without hesitation, she made me a beautiful posie to take to my grandmas funeral. The posie was gratefully recieved by my mum (grandmas daughter) who said how lovely and beautiful it was. The staff will always try to help in whatever way they can.

My flowers from Denise's were gorgeous. I received a bouquet two weeks ago and they still are looking good. Every arrangement or bouquet that I've bought has been gorgeous and good value for money. The staff are so helpful too. Great service. Highly recommended.

Great florist that managed to get my last minute order delivered fast. Not knowing much about flowers I got great help and managed to get a beautiful bouquet. I went into the shop to order but you can also phone or use online. They also take card payments in the shop and are very friendly.

Rang up on Valentine’s Day at 10.30, expecting them to be too busy, but they were really friendly on the phone, and easy to talk to. Flowers were promised to be delivered by 3pm, and were there just before 2.
The misses was pleasantly surprised and the flowers themselves were very good.

We are getting married in April. We went into this florist before Christmas and was told to come back after Christmas. We went there today and yet again we was told to come back after valentines day. Discussing service so we went and ordered our £1500 of flowers from someone else.
