The man that served me really knew his stuff and helped me select a chain length and then layed out a choice of charms that I got to play with a layer.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a few problems with my pendant and did have to revisit the store multiple times but the staff were more than happy to help and offered a very tailored service. I am not very happy with my necklace!

Got an unworn pendant engraved in this store and it was so scratched up when I got it back - no wonder they make you accept a list of conditions including that they are not responsible for any damage during the process! When I get engraving online it has never been an issue
