I wouldn’t normally review a optician but Im making an exception. I’d to say thank you to front staff who managed to offer me an appointment at short notice. I was given choice to choose glasses from nhs and designer, they didn’t force me to buy designer, but looking at all those smart looking frames I had no choice but to buy a designer. I would highly recommend them.

In focus Cannon street are excellent. They saw last minute dot comr and helped me back when i had an eye ulcer and cornia erosion. Customer service is excellent amd would recommend to all to use if needed.

I've called 111 and they recommended to come to in focus optics and it was worth it. Same day appointment was available and they are strongly implemented social distancing and PPE. I highly recommend then.

It’s been 5 years I never had problem but this year first time bought multifocal lenses I had few problems with adjustments but front staff and dr always listened my problem seriously and gave me advice of how to wear my glasses.

Mohammed was really great to me and helped me pick a designer frame that would suit me at my age and with my prescription like a Gucci gentleman spectacles.
