They delayed delivery of my bed so we are without a bed at all in our new flat. Stay away. Even without delay it takes a month to deliver an item already in stock.

Helpful staff with a good knowledge of the range. They have a selection of fabrics in large swatches so it can be drapped over the sofa or small swatches that can be taken home. The staff can help with placing orders or queries about orders placed online. There is an ice cream shop in-store as well as a kids play area. The shop is never too busy and they have free parking

Beautiful, customisable chairs, sofas and beds. Great customer service and an in-store ice cream parlour. Expect to pay around £1000 upwards for anything in here (except for the ice cream - 1 scoop = £2).

Ordered a bed 2 months ago. Phoned to ask at the 8 week point when it might be turning up. They didnt know but would ask the logistics team when we might get the bed. They phoned back to say that the actual order wasnt placed. Phoned back only to be told that the person dealing with it will call me back. Have emailed and called and havent heard anything. When my wife phoned to chase.. they actually hung up on her! There seems to be something very wrong at Loaf based on reviews at other sites. Have phoned my bank to dispute my payment and get my money back as I am frankly appalled at the customer service and have no confidence that they will resolve or get me a bed! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely terrible service! I’m shocked. We had had a number of broken promises arround delivery, but just gave them a call for a simple installation question (window blind), and they hung up on me instead of saying that they didn’t have the answer. Very cheery guy, but I was a bit confused when he asked me to email him a photo and he’ll call back before I had even asked my question. What did he want a photo of? Seemed to guess the answer to my question about the order and then hung up when I asked a question about the bracket. Still in shock!

Don’t bother wasting your money. Sofa turned up looking beaten and bruised like someone had kicked it onto the back of the van. We’ve yet to have a refund after 4 tries of getting in touch and probably won’t see it for some time. The worst customer service I’ve received from a company!

We had the worst experience with these guys. Waited 6 weeks for a delivery, which was moved out another 2 weeks randomly. Then the delivery guys wouldn't even try to get it into our apartment, when we had measurements showing it would fit. Went back and forth with the customer service team- which is one of the worst i've ever seen who seem incapable of coordinating the simplest of things. They never once called us back, and we followed up every single time. Finally 12 weeks after ordering our sofa we cancelled our order and they didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. Would NEVER recommend them.

Mistake after mistake by loaf, after I ordered a sofa DIRECT from loaf. Spent 2 hours this morning trying to speak to the delivery company to book a date. Phoned Loaf to complain and ask to speak to a manger but was told he had to request a manger call back. If I didn’t require the sofa quickly I would cancel the order. Very poor service and I haven’t even got the sofa yet.

I couldn't describe what the products I ordered (totaling over 1k's worth) are actually like as they haven't arrived, despite placing my order over a month ago. The customer service is truly appalling and some of the worst I have ever come across. Loaf allotted a date and time (a Tuesday) that my package would be delivered, so I took a day off accordingly and low and behold it did not arrive. They then proceeded to attempt to deliver the item on the following two days despite me informing them that I wouldn't be home. I then requested a Friday delivery and they said that the product had returned to the depot and would not be delivered on that day. The icing on the cake? They said they could deliver on the Saturday but would charge me for it! A week later and I still do not have my items and I now can't get through to them by email or phone. Dreadful all round and avoid at all costs. These reviews are not made up believe me!

DONT BE MISLEAD BY THE 5 STAR REVIEWS - these are all for the flashy showroom, there is a clear message from the 1 star reviews - they have all suffered the same hassle I have as an actual paying customer, not a browser to a 'marketing shack'. Poor delivery...all on their terms- 2 hour delivery slot 48 hours before - they seem to forget to pay for this overpriced furniture we have jobs to prioritise Quality - absolute rock bottom - feels amateurish at best (not quality control checks) 9 pieces of furniture delivered - 9 broken...beyond unlucky...offered a 10%!!!!!!! Discount to keep broken furniture Customer service - beyond one very helpful person, seems overstretched with a lack of ability to be able to give discounts/compensation. Felt they get crap all the time off customers, which unfortunately for them., are problems made at a strategic level to save money on delivery of items and to pay for low quality manufacturing standards. Avoid- go to a John Lewis, get a time slot when you buy at the till, someone who picks up the phone where there is a problem and a product of a high standard. Loaf is a marketing machine and everything else in their operation plays second fiddle

Awful service! The Worst customer service, completely incompetent complaints and service team. I have had an on going problem with loaf since placing my order a few months ago First I had several problems getting my sofa delivered with every excuse under the sun used to justify why the delivery was late including they are unable to locate my sofa, problem with the delivery, problems at the warehouse you name it... i've heard it! I've emailed and spoken to so many different loaf representatives from various departments and each person has not made a record of the complaint at some point during the conversation. Every time i've had to deal with loaf i've had to tell them the whole problem and situation again with each representative telling me that the previous complaint was not fully logged.. but thank god emails and tracking I have a record of every time I've explained the problem! I mean how many times can they make this same mistake over and over again! The sofa itself is also of sub standard build and quality as within 3 months the stitching is coming undone in the cushions and strings are pulling out from the cushions. I highlighted this as a problem 2-3 weeks ago and was told that an report has been raised and someone from their team would arrange a visit to assess this- after waiting for 2-3 weeks and chasing this up further I'm now being told that it wasn't raised and I have to wait even longer now! Still waiting for my refund which was promised weeks ago and in spite countless emails and phone calls I am yet to receive my money back!!!! Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere! After spending over £2000 on one sofa this is not the service and poor quality of the product anyone should expect!

Awful delivery service !!! We didn't want to believe the bad reviews as we totally fell in love with two (!!!) gorgeous sofas. We bought both and surprise - no one showed up on the agreed delivery day. When calling them they made up some borderline ridiculous excuses. Well, that was one day wasted. Next delivery date is in two weeks, another day that costs time and effort to arrange working from home. Fingers crossed it arrives on time and in one piece. My advice to you - don't buy there unless you are a master of patience and forgiving. yes, the furniture looks amazing, but you'll have to go through A LOT of hassle to get it. If you ever get it...

Loaf is a company that deceives via flashy marketing, cutesy tone in its communications and 'funky' store design. The product looks great... But once you order, that's it. Loaf then turns into one of those cowboy companies that you see on consumer rights programmes. Don't get back in touch, overpromise, don't listen to customers. It's clear that they have a flashy front end marketing department but terrible back end order fulfilment system. Whoever is their customer service director should be fired. Don't get fooled by these cowboys. There are other options for furniture. Such a shame that Loaf is this way...

I ordered a chaise sofa which was faulty from the start - terrible quality and equally terrible customer service. They swapped the cushions which took months to do but they were still bad quality, the fabric also became loose and saggy after only 1 months use. It then took me 4 months to get a refund! I would avoid this company, it is not worth the hassle!

Unreliable. Cancelled delivery at the last minute. No idea when my new sofas will arrive as no date given in the phone message and when phoned the company and finally got through to a person, they placed me on hold and I had eventually to hang up when they didn't come back.
