Went for afternoon tea, was a lovely evening. The atmosphere, customer service, food, decor was all amazing. Their savoury food is definitely better than the sweet food in the afternoon tea package.

Omg you must visit. It’s was already lovely but with the refurbishment it’s simply has a wow factor! Just think of what you want and it’s there!! Seafood , Pasta , Salads, wine , coffee , cake and not just any the best! Vito the managers is a wonderful Italian character who brings the offering to a new level. Vito the superstar of Green Park

Such an amazing place. The decor speaks for itself, very classic. Their service is amazing too. I spotted a lady having what looked like heatstroke and they bent over backwards to look after her (she came through!), such good service! Back to me, I had a simple croque monsieur which was perfectly filling for a nice lunch. Would definitely return.

Me and my husband visited this brunch recently. Our waiter Cristina was such a lovely lady. She made us welcome from the minute we sat down at the table. She stays professional and smile all the time. Her recommended mushroom risotto and spaghetti pesto was to die for! I would really recommend this brunch for the food, Covid measures are well in place as well, but especially for the service and the atmosphere!

I'm ordered fish & chips and two of afternoon teas, and four of English teas. It was my first experience eating afternoon tea. Very good! Very delicious! Quality of staffs are good. They ware accepted my bad English. Thankful. The restaurant provide good hospitality.

Every morning I have a choice of many cafes to choose from in Piccadilly but I have been coming here for my breakfast most mornings this summer. Yes the coffee and eggs are good but the main reason is the superb service provided by Cristina and Vito. They are absolutely charming and lift the clientele with their smiles and attention to detail. If only every restaurant had this ambience the world would be a happier place.

Gorgeous dining experience within reasonable budget. We had a light snack, scones and tea but weren't expecting two scones which was rather scrumptious and value for money. Experience was great, not felt rushed to get out and interior is exquisitely done. Would recommend them.

Frankly, it is bad experience. The staff are not friendly att all. They told us that we only have Pistachio cake, and I see that they offer chocolate ckar for next table. Something really strange. The tase is teriable as well. It is not recommended at all. I hope there is less than one star to give them.

Great cakes, upmarket atmosphere. Beats a hotel lobby for business meetings.

After a long work day and amazing dinner in central London we decided to walk in caffè concerto for a warm tea as it was freezing outside. We entered the caffe without being welcomed or acknowledged whatsoever, so I decided to approach a waiter by the counter who promptly answers ‘how do you even know I work here?’ Astonished by his rudeness he starts laughing saying he was joking. Let’s just say it was the most unprofessional welcoming to a caffe I’ve had in my whole life. Once sat down we quickly decide to order two teas and 3 macaroons. 10 minutes to get the teas and macaroons never turned up. Not worth a penny. Save your money. Stay away.

They are lying on me by saying that we have only one kind of cake. In the same time, they provided different types of cakes for other tables.

Was greeted but was not shown to my table, just pointed at a table where my friend was waiting for me. My friend said she waited 30mins and no one came to check if she wanted a drink. We had afternoon tea. Dirty/ used cutlery and we did get a new one. Our drinks, hot chocolate and lemongrass and ginger tea was ok, tea wasn’t strong flavour as I hoped, it was subtle but still enjoyable. Sandwiches was ok though one salmon sandwich had a bone sticking out which we said nothing as we were being polite just picking it out and leave aside. Scones was nice and warm. Dessert was ok but nothing special. The interior and China sets was nice. Customer service ok but no one came to check if we were ok or if we needed tea re-fill. There are better afternoon teas elsewhere.

We went today at Caffe Concerto celebrating our one year anniversary and we had such a great time. The place looks amazing and the staff is very polite, Siradje made sure every step of the way that we enjoy the food which was absolutely spectacular. Thank you to the chefs as well. We will definitely come back.

Super affordable brunch. Less than 10 pounds you will get yourself full and satisfied. The atmosphere of the restaurant will let you forget you are actually in the city centre of England after soaking in an italian restaurant theme for too long.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I had booked in for afternoon tea at the Green Park branch for our anniversary and was completely in shock by the icy reception I received from the manager of the store (Vito Calabrese). We booked the reservation through wowcher but had an issue with receiving our confirmation email - which I had informed the company of prior to our visit and had also tried to notify the branch by calling them on several occasion beforehand with no luck. Once we arrived at the restaurant I tried to explain our specific situation to said manager for him to not only not let me speak - by talking over me and not listening-but to also state that we did not redeem the voucher (when we had) and then to go on to insult me twice. He even had the audacity to say when I took note of his name from his badge 'you can have my last name as well'. As though he knew he would not face any repercussions for his actions. My boyfriend stepped in to try to resolve the situation- who Vito responded much better to- and proved that what Vito was saying was incorrect. Arrogance, having an abrasive attitude, the inability to listen to customers and being microaggressive are not things I expected to receive from a Caffe Concerto manager. I was a paying customer and not a member of staff he could order around, finding this very inappropriate and unnaceptable. This was the first and last time I ever enter a Caffe Concerto restaurant.

A great Italian restaurant right on Piccadilly! I had the crab and lobster pasta which was delicious and fairly priced. The interior is impressive and the service is attentive and efficient. I can't believe we have walked in twice and got a table immediately.

The "Black Forest" deception ! Okay, don't get me wrong the place is fancy, every dishes are looking delicious, the prices are HIGH, waiters are doing a good job even if they are not very friendly. As a girl who grew up in Alsace, France, I was surprised to see the 'Black Forest' there. I wanted to try. It was just a chocolate cake. Without kirsch (which is the alcohol used in the recipe) it is NOT a black forest. And DO NOT wash the cherries please! I didn't eat a kirsch-cherry I ate a little water ball. I'm disappointed. As I said, the place is great, other things may taste good but not the black forest (until they decide to use the real recipe).

This is not a 5 star restaurant but the mussels were excellent, the lamb very good and the strawberry tart was everything I had hoped for. Service very friendly as well. I highly recommend it.

This cute little café in Piccadilly Circus has a beautiful aesthetic, amazing branding, and delicious food. Florentina Alina was attentive to my needs, but allowed me to have my own space. The only downfall has to be that I was told, when ordering my dish, that there would be a salmon sandwich in my “Luxury Cream Tea for One” and only ended up with a few desserts and two scones. All-in-all, it was worth a stop-in for an afternoon tea. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend stopping in for a pot of tea or glass of bubbly/wine.

Great service, but the reason I am leaving the review is because the food was amazing. The best breakfast I’ve had on my UK holiday. Note: the place looks insanely fancy from outside, but the prices are very reasonable - £8.95 for the biggest breakfast that I couldn’t even finish.

Great place to eat, waiter was really nice with Italian accent, awesome. Only music I didn't find appropriate for such place (I would appreciate classic music may be) and staff door next to the table which could not close properly and customer were able to see what's in there. Otherwise 4*

1. Several times we've found out that there are extra dishes in our bill 2. Desserts look amazing, but most of them are not fresh and uneatable It's a shame for the cafe with such prices to allow such situations ☹️

Food was good service not so. Confusing that a cheaper seasonal menu was advertised outside but no mention was made within. Ended up paying quite a bit more than expected. Also, there was a mix up and we received an incorrect meal, however this was quickly fixed. The food itself was perfectly good.

We had a nice bread and butter. Yum yum! Bread and butter a day keeps the doctor away. We wish we could review the cake too, but we only had one dish (bread and butter). Yum yum!

Visited Cafe Concerto to have an Afternoon tea for two. Really tasty food and the best English breakfast tea I have had. They even let us swap one of the teas for a latte which also tasted great. The sandwiches, cakes and scones tasted fresh and we definitely left the cafe feeling satisfied! The service was amazing, friendly staff. We came in with a groupon voucher but we didn’t realise we had to book it through head office to redeem the offer. However the manager Vito allowed us to redeem it anyway which was very kind of him. Great service and great food. Would highly recommend and we will come here again.
