I *really* wanted a piece of chocolate cake and I was thrilled when I saw Caffe Concerto was open. The best place for cake in the city. Words can't describe how delicious this chocolate gateaux was. Lovely packaging too. Can't wait to go back and enjoy their hot food too!

Although I have visited London numerous times this was my first experience having afternoon tea and I was not disappointed. It may be slightly expensive but not unreasonable for a tea for two. The staff were very kind and I enjoyed the atmosphere, although I did think it was quite tacky and over-the-top in some places (like the plastic tree). The prices are much cheaper than most places if you're looking for an afternoon tea, and for the area you're not going to find somewhere any cheaper easily.

Disappointed. I’ve had food and cake at other branches and really enjoyed my experience, but the food here was sub-par. Chicken and chips costs £20!
