We order one afternoon tea for two. The quantity was enough for a small snack. But the taste and variety of petit four was quite deceptioning. I had it better in Germany, for example.
Very goog hot chocolate. Good atmosphere.

Overall NOT a great service. Most of our time went in waiting for our order. Extremely slow service. Been to other sfternoon tea, therez always been an unlimited flow of sandwiches. We were charged for 1 extra sandwich.

I found the staff to be quite rude and unwilling to help.. we simply asked for a table right inside to keep warm however the front of house told us no table were available inside. We decided we would go elsewhere and only then were we offered a table inside. In fact there were 3 to choose from!
Also no one came to check up on us and we were unable to flag someone down for our bill due to the lack of floor staff so we started to leave in order to pay the bill.
Due to this event I rate only 2 stars however the food is brilliant.

My birthday today and as Cafe de Paris is no longer in Green Park we decided to go to Cafe Concerto instead. What a mistake. I am usually very easy going but on this occasion l spoke out. My husband and I ordered linguine lobster, what can l say he got what he expected and l used my imagination because the half of lobster l had only provided me with two small pieces of meat. Apparently according to the manager, it depends on how the chef halves the lobster! Not good enough!! After severely complaining we got a reduction on the bill. Even then it was very overpriced for a plate of pasta with two small pieces of lobster. Service was slow as well. Asked for the wine menu and steered away from that too.
Definitely can't recommend this place and won't return.

Food was nothing special, service was brutal. Waited 45 minutes after starter for our main course, and it wouldn't have arrived at all had we not reminded the waiter about it. The claimed problem with the kitchen's order printer clearly did not affect the table next to us, whom were served a starter and main course in the time we were waiting for our main course. I'd sooner eat a salad from a cow's ass than eat here again. On the positive side, our cutlery was very clean.

The place is nice. Waiters and waitress are very polite and caring but the quality food doesn't shine. I took the Fritto Misto and was really oily . I can accept it in a small fish and chips place but not in a place like Caffè Concerto .

We were there for tea and cakes. But our visit was Not so pleasant. From outside Cafe Concerto looks posh but inside it's so untidy. The toilets were Uncleaned(both gents and ladies). I and my wife both had disgusting feeling and came out of the Cafe immediately after that. There are many other decent Cafe in Piccadilly. This one is NOT recommended at all.

I called to reserve a table as we were 2 minutes away and was told no problem. Then I mentioned I was a member of the gourmet society which basically gives 25% off and suddenly they wouldn’t have a table ready for 45 minutes. If you don’t want to oblige the deals/partnerships you sign up for then don’t sign up. We never bothered to visit and went to a great little pub around the corner where the food was great.

Excellent value, pleasant surroundings in the heart of Piccadilly. If you go in the early evening the set menu is amazing value at £15.95 for three courses. There are plenty of options and the quality of the food is exceptional.

You can blame it on the location but £4.20 for a cup of tea from a teabag is unacceptable, especially when you get bashed like 20 times by passing staff because of the poor position of your table. The cake served was of very average quality as well, thought I could buy it off the shelf from any grocery shop. Oh boy how do you forget such an experience. Won’t be back in any of your branches.

Delicious food. I ordered the salmon nicoise for main but as they'd run out of salmon they kindly prepared the nicoise with seabass instead. It was perfect. My son was very pleased with his lamb shank main and chocolate fondant dessert. Good service and clean toilets!

Poor service! I will not come again. I visited this cafe today and informed one of the waiters that I will sit in the outside area. He then spoke to his colleagues to take care of me but she said that she is busy. I sat outside and no one came to give me the menu. A couple were sitting next to me and we all were waiting but no one came. I saw one of the couple going inside the cafe to bring the menu. Then he went again to call the waiter while i was dumped without a service! Once i saw the waiter coming to the couple in the next table to take their order I gave him my order straightaways. He was going to show me the menu but I refused because I didn’t think he would come back again. I quickly went inside after I finished my drink to pay ( of course I could not wait for one of the waiters to bring the bill if theY even think about it) When I complained to the man who was on the till (probably the manager) he tried to give excuses which made my impression even worse . They still charged me for 12.5% service charge!!!
