Being my first cafe experience in London, I put this place above others. The food was great, fair price (13 pounds for pasta dish) and great coffee! I ordered a cafe latte, my fist one out of the states, and loved it! Very large and the coffee they have has a great flavor.
I would recommend this place.

Had an espresso that was ok but qiote expensive and a croissant. Staff was ok but no one smiled. Mihaela Monica who served us was ok but our order was taken only after we called for a waitress. The place was not busy, so I think the staff should be more active. The toilet could be cleaner.

The Customer Service at Caffè Concerto Piccalilli today was excellent, I have never been to a Caffè Concerto Branch until today (Wednesday 14th August 2019,the staff are so Professional I felt I was in the hand of the Professionals, I felt welcomed the Young Lady Assistant Cinthia Grazia was so Friendly, Professional,and Fast I had a Takeaway Latte with almond syrup done to perfection, I really enjoyed the Quality Customer Service from Cinthia Grazia and the delicious Latte today, I will be coming back to Caffè Concerto Piccalilli very soon. Caffè Concerto is the Best I highly recommend a visit.

Disappointing quality of food (cake and coffee) for a family of four. Poor service with cutlery thrown down on the table, allergy question answered with an "I don't know" and no offer to find out. When food ran out a different dish brought out with no explanation or offer of something else. The bill was also incorrect. Don't be fooled by the busy appearance, avoid the place.

I like the chocolate sponge cake layered with dark Belgian chocolate cream and fresh strawberries, decorated with milk chocolate flakes and topped with chocolate dipped stawberries. Other variations are optional and available.

I visited on a night that wasn't busy. Had the salmon tagliatele. It was tasty and the portion size was good. Good service as well. Spent about £30 on a main, a small glass of wine, and a cup of tea.

I've been working in Mayfair for 10 years and I'm regularly visiting caffe Concerto for lunch or dessert. Vito, Christina and Iulianna are amazing, truly dedicated managers and extremely friendly. The food is impeccable and they serve a large variety of dishes. Great place to visit!!

Afternoon tea very disappointing not value for $$$!!
I am giving a balanced account of our experience the good and the bad so it would be good for the business improvement plan to take this on board more so for their own sake.
We had a 4pm appointment and arrived at the sister Concertto coffee so Freddy the manager there, helped us and made sure we were seen for afternoon tea in the nearby cafe and also went out of his way to come to our table and ask was everything ok, very contentious manager thank you Freddy. Please note Freddy did not work in the cafe where we had the afternoon tea booking.
Although we had a wowcher code we still spent £20 here on £40 afternoon tea. It was disappointing because having been to other places for afternoon tea they were much better and it’s competitive. I would suggest you add at least 2 more sandwiches per person and rather than assorted desserts which were too sweet I would suggest you give each person their own selection.
This part was very irrating neither the manager or staff working on (5th July 4pm) did not once ask did we need anything else ie a top up of tea or Prosecco would of been priceless to the reputation of afternoon tea and the business whereby some value for money would of been noted for a potential customers return visit and some grandeur restored for the customers experience.
This has never happened to us before in particular for afternoon tea, this, we felt like an inconvenience and this left a raw taste to the afternoon tea experience.
Only If these bare minimum suggestions are taken on board and the afternoon tea experience improved would we would return otherwise any other reply will fall on dead ears and we won’t be returning. I reiterate at least 2 extra sandwiches, own selection of desserts and some interaction from staff; is everything ok would you at least like a top up of drinks or at least offer some extra food as the afternoon tea selection is lacking giving o value for money or contributing to the customers return visit.

Really poor quality food. Definitely not a Italian. Bad waiting service. I was embarrassed in front of friends who came to visit from the USA. The manager did redeem it by apologising and giving us a complimentary macaroon box set so that was a very kind gesture of him. He also took off a dish that was below serving standards off the bill. He saved the evening I would say.

Fantastic Brunch with my partner and his friends.
Really recommend it for a nice quite comfortable brunch and catch up, they also have a coffee roast attached so you can pick up some nice bits to take home with you.

Horrible service . I've asked for a chamomile and they brought me some kind of herbal infusion with a bit of chamomile. When I told them that my drink is not the one that I ordered the waitress turned with a big bossy attitude that I was having what I asked for. Long and unnecessary conversation followed , my tried to explain that they can not give whatever they want without inform me first. They didn't seem to understand so I paid and I left. Sad sad sad
