Nice interior, good service but the food can be much btr

Overall good setting, good food (needed salt and more flavour). The thing that let it down was the service. The waitresses seemed to rushed and therefore didn't use their service skills to their full potential.

Perfectly passable breakfast and coffee. Very appealing selection of cakes, however. Definitely have a look next time you're on Picadilly.

The food is average, but the staff is exceptionally rude. We had reserved a table tonight, as we arrived, we reconfirmed the reservation details. The staff told us off for not mentioning the booking details correctly at reservation. I calmly explained that I did let his colleague know when I called for the reservation, he nodded and said ok. It came across to me as (unnecessarily) very rude reception. I guess they didn't care much about their customers' impressions, the location was great, so they had the "take it or leave it" approach.

Nice food but slightly slow service

Nice atmosphere, delicious coffee with Bayley. Unfortunately the waitress forgot about part of our order.

Went with my friend. It's a bit smaller than most of the other ones in the chain, but the high ceilings make it a good find to spend some quality time.

Decent decor, desserts are good albeit pricey for what is a run of the mill dessert place. What lets this place down is the sub-par service.

Very bad service, when I asked politely if there is wifi available one guy from the staff said "NO" like I was attacking him... The quality of desserts we tasted was awful and probably were really old like 2-3 days old... Ridiculous prices as well

Hello everyone, I hope this review will be useful not only for potential visitors and also for a management team of the Caffe Concerto at Green Park . Little preview “ Me personally and lots of my friends are regular visitors at the Caffe Concerto ( different brunches , such as Green Park , Bond Street etc . ) generally services was completely satisfying, but last experience , unfortunately crossed everything good what we like about this place “ . Everything happened at 5th of August , Sunday . It was very hot and sunny day , me and my friend we came to the restaurant around 12 I would say , we were well greeted and seated . Waiter brought us menus , and we straight ask for some tap water . After 15 min waiter came back and we made an order it was 2 coffees and 3 macaroons (strawberry, pistachio , and VANILLA) I have to specify on this , because on a first place we order choco one , but they run out of it so we took vanilla . And again we asked second time for water immediately, cause I was coughing and disturbing probably other customers , also felt unwell. After 5 min I stand up and got glass of water by myself. Since 10 min more , we have been served with our coffees and macaroons . On the third time , we requested more water, cause I was coughing again , and by the third request we got 2 glasses of water , finally , but on those glasses , I think there was swimming some dust ???? cause it was quite visible. Moreover, one of the spoon for coffee was dirty , and the VANILLA macaroon becomes LEMON somehow, it’s was disappointing, cause someone might have allergies to citrus. Generally, we were very kind with waiter , talk with respect and etc . But he was looking at us like “ what do you want “ very unwelcome. We was really disappointed about such behaviour and service. We got the check and that’s it . So , we didn’t ask anything impossible, just basic 5 steps of service . Which is for such place use to be great performed . Unfortunately , the last visit was disappointing. Too bad ????
